Got hair cut immidiately after making appointment a hour ahead of schedual ..the ladies there were very nice ..only one issue i had was the hair cut clipper machine was slightly pulling hair on one section of the blade..im not sure if it was because they were clogged up and not properly cleaned between cuts or if it was a malfunction with the clippers and they need to be replaced ..i told the lady and she kept cutting me with them ..my suggestion would be is have a few back up pairs of clippers ..if some one says its pulling the hair swap clippers so they dont hurt.. hair cuts should be a enjoyable experience and refreshing not painful.. if they are company machines maybe inquire about getting new ones(diffrent brand) for replacement if this is a notorious issue with hairs pulling.. the visit before this one id rate 4 stars.. super cuts looses a star because most of the cuts people dont take the time for attention to the super fine detail all over its more like a quick generic cut.. in out done ..witch is nice to but i dislike to rushed and less attentive cause sometimes ill have to cut a few long hairs lingering along the edge up once back home

I was so nervous I always go to supercuts however it was my first time at this location and by the grace of God I was serviced by this beautiful young lady CYNTHIA and she did an AMAZING job!!! You could tell she knew was she was doing by the questions she asked. She’s truly gifted and I’m so pleased with my inverted bob!! Thank you Cynthia you’re the best!!!

This place was absolutely horid. I took my daughter there with me and she also got her hair well as she put it massacred. The guy that cut her hair shouldnt even be cutting out paper dolls let alone someones hair.

I wont be back at this place again. The lady who cut my hair was nice but didnt cut it right and shave off the lower part of my neck like everyone else who normally cuts hair. Not worth it for the price. It was fast service but I prefer it be cut right and like I asked. I said 0 fade but it was more like a 1 or maybe even a 2 ish. I dont normally do reviews or even bad reviews because Im not normally hard to please but honestly they could have just done a better job for the price. I still tipped her because thats just how I am but will not be coming back to this location.

CC always does a great job of cutting my hair. She is also very friendly and engages in great conversation while cutting hair. I waited almost half an hour today and it was worth it to have her as my stylist. Job well done Supercuts. CC is one reason I will keep going to the Bedford location.

These gals have been great to me for years now - frankly surprised I hadnt already done this so much sooner!The few times I have had issues here and when brought to their attention without being an outright jackass about it, theyve been extremely accommodating. By far the best bang for the buck in haircuts! Ask for Nilu or Tracy - Im sure the others are great, but I have only personally had either Nilu or Tracy cut mine. I was referred to this location and to these specific stylists. (I am now referring you as a favor - and I do mean favor.) My girlfriend switched to Tracy after using the same lady for years! Friday afternoon is the slow time when you can be in and out quickly, but call ahead. And tip these girls right: youre getting a stellar deal.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! There’s was an African American lady with short hair, A Caucasian lady with short hair, & Hispanic lady all over the age of 30 today at about 3pm that all gave horrible customer service!! 1.) My partner was skipped!! Even after writing her name down on the list 2.) when one hair stylist became available she acknowledged that she was skipped but proceed to ignore, clean up, leave for the day and not attend her!?!. 3.) when the third stylist was freed up but decided to go to lunch after it was delivered to her and couldn’t be courteous enough to say “someone will be with you...” then after the Hispanic lady was freed, after skipping my partner! was about to skip her yet again!!! When I confronted her about the situation she then proceeded to say “oh I didn’t know I skipped her” even after her name was written down on clip board!! These women need better training in customer service!!!

Im brand new to the Ft.Worth area and gambled the first time I needed a haircut. Gambled and LOST. So, I asked a friend where he goes because his haircut always looked great. Supercuts in Bedford Being that this location meant a 35 mile round trip, I was torn. Interestingly, when I get there, I sit down next to a lady and her husband who tell me they drive a two-hour round trip to come for their whole familys haircuts at this location! I will be forevermore going to this location and to my new found stylist! One less thing to worry about😉 Highest recommendation given!

Today my mothers caregiver took her to Supercuts in Bedford.(shops at central park)Most of the people there know she has dementia. Today was a horribleexperience! The hair cut was fine, it was the hungry, blood thirsty sharkemployees working off a commission selling products. My mom wasput in a horrible position. The last thing mom wants to lose is her feeling of making her own decisions. The employee put mymother on the spot in front of other customers with a hard sales pitchof buying products! Im so upset that I cant see straight. We will notbe back!!!!

They do Black men and women hair and well and for all men who like doing there own hairline that asks you if you would like to do it before they start cutting and workers are very friendly and they also have amazing hair products on sale.

Horrible place. My boyfriend got his haircut here all he wanted was a simple trim and the lady completely messed his hair up. Went way to high on just one side and cut his side burns at an angle! Who does that!? And literally did not take her time at all he was in and out of that chair in 5 mins that is just ridiculous. I would never recommend this place and going to the Indian woman that works there. She was awful!

As for the actual quality of cut U have to say 2.5 stars but as for the courteous staff and overall good, clean vibe they are awesome. Should be priced a bit cheaper to influence higher tips in my opinion.

Horrible! My brother and I are on vacay and he wanted a trim for hair. We walked in and sat there ten minutes without being acknowledged. Made a huge mistake not getting that sale.

Ive only come here on Mondays because my barber shop is closed. For me, Ive given this supercuts three chances and my boys two chances - Im done. Ive had to fix my kids hair almost everytime I bring them here. I understand cutting a flat-top haircut is hard to get even, but when I have to fix it myself, its irritating. A Flowbee attached to a Kirby vacuum could do a better job. Lastly, I know these salons try to upsell their overpriced products, and thats fine. But when you ask me once and I say Im not interested, dont ask me TWO more times. When I said I wasnt interested for the THIRD time, she goes to square up the back of the hair line on my neck, and pushes the electric shears/razor into my neck so hard, I literally had to get up and walk away with a unfinished haircut. I asked my kids if the back of my neck was bleeding, it hurt that bad. Ive had hundreds of haircuts in my life - not one time did any barber or hair dresser jam the shears into my neck like that. Im assuming it was the manager on duty who asked: Is everything OK and I told her no. I told her about how it felt like she cut my neck and the annoying upselling. I told her when a customer declines a upsale, dont keep asking. She said: Its their job to keep asking. No kidding. She didnt even ask about my neck. Ive owned and operated three different business and you NEVER treat a client/customer like that.
