Their staff is very professional, and they have an easy online Check-In. My hairstylist, Eileen, always does a fantastic job cutting my hair. She is very professional, has a ton of experience, and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to all of the hair care products. The salon is always clean, and they are Covid cautious and they keep all of their hair cutting tools and the salon sanitary.

Ann gave me a haircut and did not speak much English. She also asked me the same question 7 times. It seems like it was her first time doing it. The rest of the staff seemed ill trained as well. Maybe they are all new. She tried to charge for me an MVP but I asked one of the other ladies and she fixed it. Not going back to that location. Will be going to a different sport clips tomorrow to fix this mess

Great service! Been going there for years. I go to Amy but several of the Ladies there have taken care of me in the past. I have always been pleased!

Planned a first time visit. Staff was awesome! MVP is free the first time. Still walked out with a $40 haircut though. During these times $40 is a bit much for a cut, shampoo, and massage. Still have a personal fave for 1/2 the cost at great clips in Bedford. This was just a last minute thought process.

Ive been going to this Sport Clips for years, and have always had a great experience! I dont have a preferred stylist, usually just going with first available. All of their stylists are knowledgeable and friendly, and provide quality work. Would definitely recommend!

Checked in online, arrived on time and it seemed the stylist i chose picked up another customer so had to wait for her to finish with him, she didnt communicate to assure me i was nxt or to give her a minute to clean her area so i waited a few more minutes and ended up leaving. Waited a total of 15 minutes after my online check-in.

Some of the girls dont seem to have a sense of urgency with customers, the other girls are doing a good job.( sorry just cant remember their names. )

Made an appointment online. A short wait when I arrived and the haircut was great.

The only thing I don’t like here is after telling her exactly how I wanted my sons hair cut she did it a different way and I had to have her fix it. Please just do what I first asked for and we won’t waste time.

Its definitely not up to par compared to the other Sport Clips in the area.

I transitioned to this area a few years ago and needed a new place to get my hair cut. I tried several local placed but Sports Clips won out. Ive had way more accurate/good cuts then cuts that miss the mark here which makes it a rare find. They are always kind and do am awesome MVP. 100% worth a try if youre in the area and need a cut.

I have been using Sports Clips for some time now after my previous barber retired. It took a while to find someone that would listen and cut my hair the way I wanted it not necessarily some new fashion cut. The stylists at this location are friendly and usually quick with a Hello when you walk in. They do not try pressure up sell tactics but they will ask the occasional do you need something for home, no problem with that. The place is always clean and I never worry about the clippers being sanitized.During this time they are doing a good job of social-distancing along with as much non-contact as you can get away with but still get a great hair cut. Sorry not going to mention my particular stylist she is busy all the time now so I have to wait when I want a hair cut. So you will have to find your own...but any of them at the Bedford location will do the job right.

Kat is my go-to stylist when I visit this place. She has always been really kind to me since I moved here about a year ago and greets me with a warm welcoming smile. She constantly goes out of her way every time to make sure that I’m satisfied with not just my cut, but my overall experience. I couldn’t find any stylist around here that could get my simple haircut correct, but she nails it every single time. My special needs son, Sean, has been getting his hair cut here for years. Ive never experienced a bad visit yet. Everyone knows him, even stylists that have not cut his hair and call out to him by his first name. Any stylist he gets, she makes sure he is comfortable and will work with him because he tends to get a little ticklish when they do his sideburns! I cannot recommend this place more highly.

They are great there. Very relaxed environment with sports games on the TV. Be sure to get a shampoo with a hot towel.

Amy (manager) knew how to cut my graying hair so it wouldnt look like I touched a light socket. She is awesome.The assistant manager, Lee, is equally good. The rest of the staff is very stable, meaning the managers are doing something right to retain staff in such a volatile profession.

We’ve been coming here for years. Except now. My son is special needs & cannot wear a mask. Not even with a doctors note, they won’t allow him in.No mask, no service yet this is NOT a law.It’s outright discrimination against handicapped individuals who through no fault of their own are able to tolerate wearing a mask because of health or other issues.UPDATE: Amy the manager treated my son like a king when we came in after this disagreement. She didnt take my money and Sean got the great haircut he always does. I think I may have given an update with pictures but I cant find it now so I am clearing the air here.

The stylist was extremely rude...and had an attitude right from the start. She barely cut any hair off and as soon as I asked her to go a little shorter she started getting upset and started getting vocal about it. I tried to play it off and said I know where Im going with my haircut. She got into argument mode and I had to just get out of there with my hair half cut ! She appeared to have a thing against Indians/colored people (some other comments say this too), but that would explain the attitude right from the start. Never EVER going to this store again !

Dont use Alex as a stylist. Attitude towards a paying customer is not a great idea... I just wanted my hair a bit shorter and evened out on the sides. The attitude came out so I just paid and left. Now my head looks like a crooked big mac from McDonalds. All the other stylists are wonderful though!

Emily was the one I had to choose because my preferred stylist was not available. She has got some sort of attitude problem which will definitely make me not visit this location ever again. She was just very rude with her behavior since the beginning and kept on saying I know what I am doing..been doing this for 18 years or whatever. I am surprised she did not learn how to talk in her 18 years of experience. No wonder why all other stylists were busy and she was the only one available.

My hair dresser, never thought I would say those words, but she is great. Rachel makes me excited to get in the chair and start our conversations. Shes not just my hair dresser she is my friend. I hope she never leaves. Much love for her! Shes the best!

Timely customer service with plenty of perks. Had a stylist by the name of Janice who cut my hair (which normally never happens since my wife is in cosmetology). An actual scissor-cut! Paid very close attention to details and even shaped up my beard nicely. (Yes, my wife was pissed when she saw someone else touched my hair.) We discussed options, and she asked insightful questions that lead a great experience and to this review. By the way, Scalp massage is On-Point! Thank You guys, I will be back.

Ive been here in the past and never had issues, I moved away for over a year and eventually moved back. I started coming here again and met Stephanie. I explained to her my situation about having the same hair style for over 6 years due to a cowlick I have in the front, and asked for her professional opinion. Not only did she bring me out of my comfort zone, she killed the hair style. I have received nothing but amazing compliments from friends and family! I definitely recommend her. She is now my preferred stylist!
