I am not native speaker, hopefully you all could understand. I had my insurance with Steve more than 7 years. He was very friendly and helpful. I got involved in car accident, someone hit back of my car last Wednesday. I called 911, I exchanged the insurance information with other driver, and Ive been contact to other driver’s insurance company on and off. I called the office two times last week, one gentleman answered phone call with a lot of patience. He was nice and friendly, he guided me to file the claim with All State side. I called today, Sandy answered the call, I know Sandy worked there for long time, and I expected she is very professional and helpful. I only had few questions, the gentleman I talked to said the All State claim department will call me within 24-48 hours but no one called me yet. If All state will reach out to another driver’s insurance company. I have claim number from other insurance company if all state needed, and if they need me to send car accident pictures. To be honest, I have no idea how insurance process works, that’s why I need to call to figure out. Sandy seemed like on rush and had no patience at all. I am not sure if she is work from home or something, I could hear TV very loud on the background. She was rude and yelling at me after a minute. Very disappointed experience, please don’t expect your customers know everything like you do, and please have more patience when customers ask reasonable questions. No reason to be rude.

Been with Steve ward for close to 5 years and I dont plan on ever leaving. Beverly is amazing at handling things for me, totaled car for the first time and she helped me through everything very patiently. These people really make insurance needs extremely easy and I would highly recommend them.

I have been unfortunate to have my car stolen and despite this very stressful situation, Beverly was the angel on my shoulder. Seriously, she was patient and walked me through every step of the process...listened to my concerns, at times she was like my therapist.
