I dropped them after over 10 years because they kept raising my prices (no accidents or tickets). My father had several life insurance policies through them. I have been trying to get through to someone to discuss these, they said they would get back to me in 3 days... its now been over a month. No response from anyone. Do yourself a favor and do business with someone else.

Bedford may be ok, but customer service is sub par at best. Email communication is good, but person on the other end could not explain why our insurance was doubling with a different car close in year and the same coverage.Agent in Portsmouth that we were required to work with was terrible.It was funny when I emailed to cancel they immediately sent me quotes to lower our insurance. Too little, too late.

I have insurance with liberty mutual my wife and I should have been put as policy holders and they put my wife and nineteen year old son as the holders and me as an operator I bought a new truck and need an insurance binder for the bank and they cant put me as a policy holder my son has to be thats probably how they saved us money since hes only been driving a year and me forty three now they cant get a binder for me,I will be changing to a new company, If they cant handle a simple task how can they take care of an accident if we should get in one good forbid.

Worst place to deal with. Recently bought a new snowmobile and put insurance on it the guy I talked to asked me for the VIN number 6 times because I guess it’s hard to write it down and they couldn’t fax the insurance binder over to the dealer in 7 business days. I guess it’s time to start looking for a new insurance company to deal with. Liberty mutual sucks

My husband recently died. I called Liberty Mutual to find out how much it would cost to take him off my insurance. They did not inform me that because my husband had recently died, my insurance premium would increase. I found that out when I went online to check my monthly bank statement. Not only am I grieving, but I also now have to deal with an increase on my car insurance when I am already on a very limited budget. When I called and inquired about this, I was told there was nothing they could do. I would caution prospective customers to be very careful when considering Liberty Mutual as your insurance carrier.

Last year when I bought my home, I used Liberty Mutual for our homeowners, auto, & life insurance policies. I was actually very familiar with them, as I was a real estate agent at the time and had a business relationship with the gentleman who I worked with to make all of this happen. I was quoted one price for our auto insurance, and signed documents agreeing to that price. This was supposed to take effect at the same time as our homeowners insurance. When I saw our homeowners was in effect, but hadnt heard anything on the Auto insurance, I called. He waited until our previous coverage had lapsed and now told us it was going to be substantially more than what we had originally signed for. We signed the documents ONLY because we were told that not only would we save if we used RightTrack, but that I had an accident on my record that was falling off, so to call back after December to get my new rate. I call back in December to find that not only does he not work there anymore, but that I was lied to, and this is not something they do. So they bait & switched me, and then acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. Had to talk to at least 10 different people on the phone over the course of about two weeks, before I was finally able to speak with a manager. He again told us we couldnt do that, so I cancelled our policies. THEN, this year, I told them a month in advance that I was absolutely not using them for my homeowners insurance, as I had found the same coverage through someone else for less than half of the price. They went ahead and billed my mortgage company anyway, and caused an escrow shortage which caused my payment to be raised by $300.00 per month. I shudder to think of all of the times I recommended this company to my Clients thinking that I was protecting their best interests because I had a business relationship here. If they do this to people who actually do have an ongoing business relationship and actively refer them more business, imagine what theyll do to you!

They should change their jingle to Robbery, robbery, robbery. I guess someone has to pay for their private jet at Hanscom. How about over $10k a year to insure three cars worth about $10k in total?! Seriously? 😂

BEWARE.Worst insurance company ever! They will lie to you constantly, take months to start your claim,even when their policy holders accept responsibility they dont. police reports do not matter to them. They will try to find any way to cheat you out of any reasonable setttlement. If you get hit by a policy holders of this company expect to have to either take them to court or use your own company if its not liberty. If you are a policy holder good luck. If your a policy holder and you hit someone else expect to get sued as your company will not protect you.

I only have praise for the Liberty Mutual, disability claims department. Brandy Pelletier, has been very supportive of my condition, she keeps me informed of what is needed. I also make a point to update her on my condition. Lois Beaupain, in finance is very compassionate and understanding of the financial challenges that individuals have.There are several ways a person can become disabled. Illness, accident, war and in my case medical negligence and neglect. Its a tough pill to swallow, when someone or a organization that you put your trust in disappoints you.Thank you Liberty MutualThank you,

If you are a customer and not shopping for a new insurance provider then you are paying 75% more than the market.... Do yourself a favor get a quote and bank a lot of money.... Liberty Mutual was charging me 100% more than my current provider....

Was given ridiculously high premiums on some of the most basic insurance for my car without any info on the fact that it would be doubled for adding a small addition to my premiums, then when i called I was told I the same thing for 20 minutes and then hung up on once I asked if I could please speak to a supervisor becaude i couldnt understand my policy, i feel like i was bullied into a bad policy and now Im bullied to not understand it either
