I signed up for insurance through Farmers right after my sister died. I had gone online and looked for a quote before she passed and I got a phone call from the agent just a day or so later after she had passed away. The agent was so pleasant and apologetic. I gave them a time to call me back, which was months later, and they did. A few days after that 1st phone call I got a personalized sympathy card in the mail wishing my family well and offering prayers. When I got the 2nd phone call I signed up right away. Im saving money and they actually care about me. I got a personalized card thanking me for my business and I got a Christmas card too! Mike went above and beyond! My husband s car wouldnt start when he came out of the post office. He is disabled and had stood in line a long time at the post office. I called about our towing insurance. A tow țruck came along with mike! Mike brought my husband a bottle of water and took him home!
