This agency is about as good as it gets for my insurance needs. Love way they taught me bout how my coverage works and tailored it to my situation. No hype or pressure either. And the customer service is top notch. For the few times Ive called, everyone was friendly and professional and handled any questions on the spot. I also love the fact that they contribute to the community, not just as a corporation or a business but as real folks getting involved. All in all, this is the best agency Ive ever dealt with. You cant go wrong by checking them out

They went over everything with me, helped me to know how my policy works, increased my coverage to where it really needed to be, and saved me money is the process. First time that has ever happened. This agency needs to really work on their customer service. I was with them for years, but have decided to move my business elsewhere. I have multiple emails sent to Michelle and Heather with no response. Every time I called their office, Michelle screened the call and 90% of the time told me that Heather was on a conference call. Last week I emailed Heather regarding a change that needed to be made and I never heard back, so I called their office and was once again told by Michelle that she was on a conference call. I sent a follow up email to Heather, then she returned my call leaving a voicemail letting me know that she needed a bit more information. Exactly seven minutes later I received an email from her stating that she left me a voicemail the day prior and had not heard back. Always an excuse. Hopefully this agency will address their very poor customer service.
We have been with Allstate for 37 years and have never had a problem when something happens. They always respond quickly and service is professional and courteous. They always check for updates to my policies and everything is within Tx state guidelines.
We have homeowners and auto insurance with Allstate. We slid into a pole in the mountains on ice and they quickly repaired our van without any hesitation. We also have a huge roof that had damage and that claim was processed just as quickly and easily.
Excellent Customer service and have always suggest ways to save cost on insurance products. They are very responsive to requests.
Everyone is so friendly and willing to help, even when its not insurance related. I love their concierge program and how it helps the local businesses!

Horrible experience. Ive used Allstate many times over the years and unfortunately this time picked the wrong office. Customer service is non-existent. Emails and phone calls do not get returned. Recommend contacting a location other than this Hurst office to avoid months of wasted time.
Great Agent, always looks for ways to save money. Keeps me updated on policy changes
