The buying process was super easy and painless, our salesman Happy Hager made sure they could fit our needs before having the finance office run our credit application, and asked us what we wanted before showing us anything. The finance lady Angela was so good to us and truly made the impossible happen, and explained everything to us and was actually able to get our payment and interest rate lower than expected. Im always pleased with my service, but this time I was more stressed because I had to bring my dog and was worried I would cause a scene and have to sit outside with her while i waited. But nobody questioned me, everyone was so friendly. My dog sat with me in the waiting room and nobody acted afraid or disgusted. I love the comfy waiting area with the self serve drinks. Ive already referred a friend to the dealership in which she baught a car as well. We love it.

The sales and service department have always been great to deal with. However the parts department is always a nightmare. The lack of customer service does this dealership a disservice. We now just order Toyota parts online.
I started online looking at their used vehicles to see what condition they were in and their prices. I was amazed to see vehicles with decent miles at lower prices than other dealers. Plus you get the carfax info right on the website so you can get a feel of how well the car was taken care of. So, I mark that Im interested and then Bobby calls me to set up a time to come test drive. I schedule for the next day. I go in and I immediately can tell that this car is in better shape than even the website can display so I test drive and I fall in love. I got a great price with extra perks and benefits plus an extended warranty and free stuff, which everyone loves. So, from start to finish I have had an Amazing experience with L&S Toyota and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

0 stars if I had the option. Adam McCoy stepped out to greet us while looking at some vehicles. He wasnt necessarily rude, but he made us feel like he really didnt care at all and was only there for the paycheck kind of guy. My boyfriend wanted to test drive a Toyota Tacoma, and I wanted to test drive a Toyota Camry, so we went to test drive the Camry first. First of all, I dont understand why he had to drive the vehicle off the lot before we could drive it. Second of all, I dont understand why he had to be in the vehicle while we were driving. It was one of THE worst test driving experiences Ive ever had. Once again, he made it seem like he just didnt care. The ONLY time he ever showed interest in being personable with us, is when my boyfriend mentioned his employer being Norfolk Southern. At the end of the test drive, we had made up our mind that even if the car were free, we wouldnt be going through him. We asked for the keys to a Tacoma next and didnt even take it off the lot or move it from the parking space because of the previous test drive. We will not be buying from L&S now or in the future because of policies and because of this experience.
Horrible service. Took my tacoma there for the 10000 mile service and they rotated my tires and I got it back and had a horrible wobble in the wheel and pulled to the right. Had to take it back to the service department and get it re balanced.

We cashed in the extended warranty on a Toyota Tacoma we traded off. The financial department was excellent. Mike Shepherd, who sold us the truck, is an awesome person and an awesome salesman. The service personell are inexcusable. The reason we traded it off, didnt want to deal with their ineptness every time we needed to have it serviced.

Wife took our three month old Rav4 in for service, the AC had not worked since we purchased the vehicle in the beginning of December. Hadnt been a big issue, on account of it being winter. We were charged a $50 diagnostic fee and told that the AC condenser had a hole in it from road damage. We were given a $680 out of pocket repair quote. I drove two hours to a different dealership who actually diagnosed the car and found that there was no freon in the fully sealed system. After an AC recharge at no cost to us we were on our way with Ice cold AC. I will not be doing any business with L&S in the future and will be inconveniencing myself to go to an actually component dealership.

Parts department is awesome. Willing to let me show department exactly what part I needed on the computer. Part arrived next day. Was able to get my truck with 200,000 miles back on the road as normal. Prices same as auto parts store. I would much rather have factory parts that remanufactured junk from a auto parts store.

Everyone is extremely nice when Im there. They call me by name upon arrival every time. The service guys are great as well as the salesmen. We bought a Tacoma in 2013 and the service was above and beyond. We are now looking to add another toyota to our family. Also the renovations made to the building were outstanding. Purchased a 2004 Tacoma last fall. They would not lower their asking price because they claimed they had just lowered it by $2000. Finally gave me more for my trade (this is the way they like to proceed, they say it is better for insurance reasons) and we reached a deal I could live with. I specifically asked if the vehicle has passed the frame rail inspection. The salesman said let me check and when he came back he said it had. Should have asked for proof. Got a notice from Toyota over the weekend saying it needed an inspection and treatment. Now have to drive an hour and a half to another Toyota dealer because L & S does not have a body shop. In addition to the travel, the notice says it will take one or two days to apply the treatment. So I have to take at least one day off from work, maybe two. Bottom line, if you want a Toyota and want to be treated fairly, go somewhere else.
Friendly sales people... Ronnie answered all my e-mails and phone calls right away and was right there to help when I pulled in. Pretty fair pricing. The process was time consuming mostly from my unpreparedness. They make you comfortable though. Over all Im happy with my experience and new truck.

Not the best experience. The salesman that came out had zero knowledge of the car.....it seems that he was quite new to the brand but still. He didnt ask any questions and when we left he got us a business card that was blank. We couldnt find him again if we wanted but we probably wont because we purchased a vehicle at the very next place we stopped.

Took 10 minutes for a guy to get to the phone. After describing what I needed to have done, the guy wouldnt even give me a basic quote. I tell him heater core, coolant spilling at the back of the engine on the passenger side. He said are you sure its not oil? Yuck...Google figured out with a basic description. Ill bet that their repairs require multiple follow ups. No confidence.

We had the BEST experience ever! My husband has been looking for a Toyota Truck and he found one here and at another dealership. Less than 2 hours later Happy Hager made his dream a reality! My husband & I went back to L&S to take a look at the Toyota Camrys. He had seen one online ( aused 2017 that had less than 15,000 miles). We test drove it, but he wasnt sold on it. I had talked about seeing a brownstone color one on their website. Happy pulled it around and I fell in LOVE. I was a completely loaded 2018 Camry XLE. Happy took us out for a test drive, then he asked if I wanted to drive it. I have a HUGE fear of driving with strangers in the car. He had really put my mind at ease and I took it for a spin. I fell even more in love with it. They ran the numbers and it just wasnt going to work with our budget. My husband had seen another silver/gray Camry that he really liked. It had a few less bells & whistles. We took it for a spin, but I just couldnt get my mind off the brownstone color. I am usually always walking away with silver/gray, but something about the brownstone color I just loved. Jeff Hamrick knew I was disappointed and knew that I wasnt thrilled with the silver/gray like my husband was. He went back to work on the numbers again and came back and was able to get us where we were comfortable. Jeff & Happy worked REALLY hard to get me in the one that I loved. Both said they didnt want me to have to settle on something that they knew I didnt love. Angela Morgan made the paperwork fast and easy. 2 cars in less than a week. We have never experienced service as we have at L&S! If you want great service, you will not find a better group of employees like L&S has.
