Ed went was the kindest and sweetest soul and went above and beyond with his service. He was originally just going to change our tire to the spare after we popped it from a nail, but after we mentioned that we were going to take it to the closest tire shop he insisted that he fix it himself so that my friend and I (who are both 19) wouldn’t get scammed. When he didn’t have the proper tools in his car he ran into the closest gas station to buy them to be able to patch our tire. Not only was his work incredible, he made my friend and I feel super comfortable and safe (which is difficult to do when you’re 19 year old girls stranded alone in a mystery location). Cannot thank Ed enough!!

Ed was the most helpful and incredible person we could have asked for. We popped a tire and wouldn’t have been able to drive anywhere on it and he came to our rescue. He arrived 45 minutes early and was changing the spare in no time. I had asked him if the damage to the tire could be patched and he went to his truck to get the things to patch it for us. When he realized he didn’t have the right stuff he ran into the gas station we were at and bought it to repair our tire right in the parking lot. He saved us so much time and hassle and couldn’t have been sweeter. His service was so kind and accommodating and he did everything he could to make sure we were safe and could get back on the road as fast as possible. Wonderful service, above and beyond. He was great! He took the time to explain what was wrong and advised us on what we needed to do. He dropped us off at our house and towed my truck to their garage explaining that their mechanic would be didn’t work the weekends. He took great care loading our truck so as to not cause further damage to it. We need more caring and compassionate tow truck drivers like him.

Josh and William from 2 Guys Towing are fantastic! They handled the towing of our travel trailer from I-77 to their shop (drivers would not move over a lane, so it was too dangerous to change the tire where it blew), and they got the tire changed in minutes! The pair are professional, and have a great sense of humor, which made a stressful situation much more bearable! They even offered suggestions about where we might stay for the night, as it was getting late and we had already traveled some distance that day. I would definitely recommend 2 Guys Towing!! I was stuck with a flat, no spare on a busy (seemingly very narrow) interstate about 8 hours from home. My roadside assistance company had made several mistakes and I was there for a couple of hours. When Ed of 2 Guys was given the job he called me. When I related my story, he said he would be there as quick as he could. 15 minutes later, there he was! He even had a Gatorade for me in the truck! AWESOME! He got me to the Hyundai dealer and he made sure that they knew I had had a difficult time. I am sure that his talk with them made my time in the dealership much quicker. Ed is a great technician, but also a great guy. Thank you ED!

Mike Stapleton is one of a kind! I’m traveling for work and made it to Beckley to find a screw in my tire and a rapid leak resulting in a flat tire and no one to fix it on a Sunday night. Mike called me within minutes of being dispatched by my roadside assistance company and talked to me until he was parked beside me. Then, he made some hotel suggestions and drove me to my hotel, waiting until I was safely checked in. He then took my car to the repair shop and brought my keys back to the hotel since there was no drop box! After all this, he offered to come back to get me in the morning if I couldn’t get an Uber! He was friendly, knowledgeable and as far as I’m concerned he went way above and beyond in a stressful situation. I was about in tears before he arrived, and he totally turned me around and had me laughing and smiling! The world needs more Mike Stapletons!!!

I’m not sure where these scam artist have come from. Edward has used this towing company to solicits mechanical work which he neither has the tools or time to complete. I intend on calling the company to properly notify those in charge while also requesting a reimbursement of the plasma cutter which has been stolen from me. I’m highly disappointed in the turn out of this situation. I didn’t request this company to then be scammed by their drivers. I simply hope I don’t end up taking this business to court over one employees theft. This is both sad and ridiculous to have going on during tough times like these. No veteran deserves to be treated this way black or white…!!!

While traveling on Rt 3 in a he Beckley area, the water pump on my vehicle broke. Providentially, right where I had to pull off the highway there was a tow truck loading another vehicle. The two tow truck drivers, Mike and Edward, came over to my car as they could see I was stressing and didn’t know what to do. After talking with them, I quickly and easily arranged for two guys towing to tow my vehicle to a repair garage. Edward Hamilton ended up towing me and my vehicle to American Truck Repair. I wasn’t familiar with any repair shops so I had to rely on Edward’s assurance that the repair shop was reputable. Edward was correct and the repair shop turned out to be a great recommendation. Edward was very professional and very sweet. I have no hesitation in recommending Two Guys Towing and want to thank Mike and Edward for their concern and help. I also want to acknowledge the kindness of the owner of the vehicle that they were preparing to load when I pulled over. That gentleman offered to let them tow my vehicle before towing his.

Quick service - Driver William Dalton showed up within 15 minutes of being called. We were traveling home from vacation in Georgia when our car broke down on I77S. We were 2 1/2 hours away from home. William knew exactly where we were located. He towed our car to the Subaru garage. Then he took the time to be sure we were in a safe location while we waited for family to come and get us. He was very kind and helpful.

My family and I broke down on i-64 near Hinton. Our engine died in our car .we had the most professional and helpful experience with a worker for the company Wiliam Dalton. He was very kind and helpful. We ended up meeting back at my car for him to get my keys. He took my address and called me once he reached my home for drop off to confirm he was at the correct location. Those little things go a long way in todays society. I couldnt be more appreciative. Called after more than 12 hours of the car being picked up. Worker said they weren’t sure if they had my car. They had to call me back after 30 minutes to find out. Once they realized my car was at their lot, I went there to find out they did not have my car secure whatsoever. All of my windows were down for no reason, and that allowed for all of my belongings (clothes, laptop, concealed carry weapon, money, etc) to get soaked as it just stormed. On top of that, they left the doors unlocked just to make it that much easier for if somebody wanted to come steal everything. Do what you will with that information.

Not only did Mr Dalton show up promptly but he assisted in getting my mobility impaired mother into the truck with her service dog, drove them to a nice hotel, went the extra mile by talking to the hotel desk employee and got my family a discounted room, lowered the truck so they could get their luggage out, and waited as they got their luggage in the room and shut their door making sure they were ok before her left. After a little google search I learned that this business is Veteren Owned. My dad was a veteran and would have been extremely proud that this business is doing right by people. He was very friendly yet professional. He put the older friends at ease with the situation. When asked about a referral to a mechanic rather than the dealership we had planned he checked with his dispatcher to see if 2 Guys Auto Repair had an opening in the schedule. When they did not he referred us to a different mechanic, called them to make sure they had an opening, and then took the car there. He was our angel in a very stressful situation!

Great customer service and he really helped reassure me during a stressful time. My family and I were traveling back from vacation to Ohio 4 cars full when my car broke down in Beckley, WVa on the turnpike 77 near exit 54. Lost power and I was able to get it off the exit into the parking lot of pax. Onstar reached out to 2 Guys towing and Mike Stapleton arrived within 45 minutes and was very kind, patient and professional. I was A complete wreck since there was 4 of us in my car. Myself and my 3 daughters. He gave us time to do some rearranging of people and things in the cars. He was very clear on what was going to happen with my car and exactly where it would be. Mike even called me a short time later to reassure me that he delivered my car to the GMC dealership in Beckley and also made sure my windows were all up and doors locked. I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Mike Stapleton. He deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service to myself and my family. I’d give him a 10/10!!!

EDITED AFTER THE COMPANY ACCUSED ME OF NOT CHECKING IF IT WAS THEM OR NOT (which it was):I was just now driving on highway 33 in Dublin Ohio when I became victim to unsafe and erratic driving buy a man driving one of these tow trucks. He almost side swiped my car because he didn’t check his blind spot. Thankfully I’m from a city where defensive driving is necessary so I got out of the lane quicklyAnd YES I verified this was the same company because it had an area code 304 phone number on the side of it... which is for this exact company. Trust me, I would know the area codes of Columbus and I know that ain’t one. Not very classy for a company to assume a customer is wrong before checking the facts. Last I checked, towing companies can tow vehicles long distances (other reviews have also proven that you drive to Ohio). They don’t always stay in the area in which their company is based... plus, I wasn’t saying that this company “serviced” Dublin.... it was simply the city in which the truck was driving through when I was practically forced off the road by one of the trucks with your emblem and phone number on the side ... sounds like someone is either illegally driving your truck out of your service area or you don’t know the whereabouts of your drivers... but get looking into that 🙄...I’m sorry if this seems mean but I take my life seriously and drive safely... the men in that truck didn’t do the same and didn’t even apologize after I honked at them to tell them of their discretion. So I felt the need to let the company and others know that these men in this truck are on the road representing your company

Service man was very friendly and careful with my vehicle

Broke down with in the city of Beckley, they told me to give then a few min since they were switching shifts and checking the trucks. I was expecting maybe 45 to an hr wait to be honest. With in 10 min I got the first call and the driver wanted to confirm my vehicle, he was able to determine we needed the bigger tow truck. So from my initial call they were on site with in 30min. I drive a 2500 Ford transit which are not exactly easy to tow due to their height. I feel like getting a tow will always start as a bad situation but the customer service here made it so much better.

I was driving from Columbus, OH to Lake Norman, NC to visit my parents when my car broke down. I called AAA and had it towed to this repair shop. I obviously didnt have a scheduled appointment, but Chris dropped everything (and you could tell he was super busy) and did everything he could to try to help me find the issue. After figuring it out, he informed me he wouldnt be able to fix it, but did recommend another place that could (a dealership, as they could likely fix AND it would have been under warranty - so they not only recommended a reliable place, but saved me a ton of money, too). It wasnt the closest place, but I listened to Chris recommendation and went a bit farther out of my way because of it. Boy, was he right!!! The place I went to next was able to find the issue and fix it for me, and I was back on the road in 30 minutes! If it werent for Chris and the folks at 2 Guys, I wouldnt have had any clue where to go. I was so distracted by the situation and arranging another AAA tow, that I didnt even ask him what I owed him, and he never even mentioned payment for his time!!! (I still feel badly for that, by the way, Chris, if youre reading this.) I just want to thank Chris and his team at 2 Guys for doing everything they could and giving me a great recommendation!!! It really saved me, and I cant say enough good things about how I was treated. They really made a terribly unfortunate and disappointing situation much, much better. Thanks, everyone at 2 Guys!
