Super thorough restoration of my familys 1890 clock. Hadnt run in 30 years. They are friendly and very informative. Which makes them super busy with work from around the country. I highly recommend.

They were great. Unable to help me however they were honest in their assessment of repair of my clocks. It would have cost more than they are worth. I appreciated the honesty.

My Mother had a 1900’s Grandfather clock that 3 others tried (and failed) to repair. Sadly, she has passed but the nice people here came and got the clock. It is fully restored and being stored until I can permanently have it at home. They are wonderful and the quote was exact for repair.

Outstanding service! Great phone etiquette before I drove to them. When I brought my old coo coo in, that has never run, they reset the beat, and oiled it no charge.. quick and knowledgeable! Words cannot express how impressed I was with my experience at Covenant Clock! We took an antique mantle Clock that was passed down to us from my grandparents in to have them look at it. We’ve had it for several years and it hasn’t worked. They cleaned and oiled it for us and it has been working great! They are so kind, knowledgeable, but above all HONEST. Highly recommend them!

Great service and instructions on maintaining my rare clock.

When my Grandpa Pete Betschart passed away in 1978 - when I was 10 years old - I was given this German Grandfather Clock he had built himself. It has been with me the last 40 years, in storage, 3? different houses, in a box, under my bed, in a closet. (it has been thru a lot!). With my office being completed, I felt I finally had a place where I could display it and enjoy it the way it was meant to be enjoyed. When I pulled it out to hang on the wall, the glass was broken and it no longer worked. I was crushed and felt responsible for neglecting such a treasured and precious heirloom. I brought it to Covenant Clock Restorations, a few blocks from my office. I told them the story and they researched the mechanism. They contacted a factory in Germany and felt it best to replace it with a new movement. However the movement was now obsolete. So instead of throwing away the movement, they painstakingly rebuilt the entire movement, refinished the fragile wood and replaced the broken glass. When I saw the finished clock and heard it chime on the hour, I cried. It brought back such precious memories of the clock hanging in my grandparents house. I now have it proudly displayed in my office and every 1/2 hour, I am brought back to being young and enjoying time with my grandma and grandpa. 💖😅 Here are a few before/after pics

My grandmother left me a 1950’s coo-coo clock, a kitchen clock, and an anniversary clock. All needed refurbishing. I’ve since been in for help with simple things like reminding me how to wind as well as minor repairs after little hands pulled the weights on the coo-coo clock. The men at the shop feel like family which is important as these are heirlooms that I entrust in their hands. I highly recommend this shop for delicate repairs of valuable clocks.

Super nice people! I have a vintage clock that no one works on any more but they said to bring it in and they would do a quick check. I did and to my surprise, while I waited, they checked and oiled it and now it works perfect.

We have had two vintage clocked restore by this firm. They re knowledgeable, professional and certainly honest. I will be taking a third to them. What a wonderful find as there are so few left!

If I could give a negative number I would. We brought in the inner workings of our grandmother clock. We were told and I quote, you have a nice clock here, you have a Ferrari engine of a clock in a pinto body. (The last talking about a supposed overhaul of the clock workings by another clock repairman and the fact that the clock body wasnt of any real value). He proceeded to play on heartstrings telling us that the song was of a wedding hymn and how important that it would be to restore because it was a gift from our in-laws. They quoted us up to $1,900 for the repairs. We said this to my in-laws who took it to their clock repairman, he fixed it. Guess the total? GUESS!! $36!!!!!!!!!!!!! $36! Thats racketeering if I have ever seen it!

Extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. Restorations are costly but appear to be correctly done. In my experience they stand behind their work.
