I drove all the way there to have my husbands watch band replaced. Anthony looked at it and told me he couldnt remove the old band. I talked to my husband about it later in the day, and he was able to remove the band in 2 minutes. Maybe the man deemed the watch not worthy of his time, or just didnt care enough to put in the work. Either way...I wouldnt recommend you wasting your time.
Very nice friendly gentleman. Great service for quick battery changes, watch bracelet adjustments, strap swaps and changes. Anthony delivers most services in under an hour. He’s my goto guy for simple watch service. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
Wow this place is so fast! Friendly and professional service too. I will definitely be back for any future repairs
He did a great job!
Dropped of my watch for a battery replacement, had it back functioning within 20 minutes. Very friendly and highly recommend will definitely be doing business there again.
Ive dropped a watch off before Christmas for a simple repair, its March and I still dont have it back. Getting a hold of them is the worst part about it, theres quite a few days during the week theres no one there, even on days theyre there staff is often on break, current excuse is the clerk is out of the country for three weeks. Would I recommend this shop to a friend? Not a chance!
The man I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great experience! Face of my watch rotated inside the housing after it got knocked around. Went to watch repair at Fred Meyer on Beaverton-Hillsdale. That guy was rude and dismissive, and told me it would be $180 to fix, requiring it to be sent back to manufacturer. Went to Anthonys at Fred Meyer on Walker Road. He did it in 3 days for $35. Couldnt be more pleased.
Hard to get to answer the phone but fast and easy service
Difficult to work with, this watch repair tends to run late for scheduled repairs. I had a really hard time dealing with ANTHONYS watch and clock repair located IN the Walker Rd Fred Meyers. The jewelry department. I ended up with about 50 nites of sleep medicineFor me, this is a very close shop but after having a difficult time picking up my watch, which only needed a battery. I spent about 5 weeks trying to get my watch..Anthony was on vacation..thats cool..Then he said he had too many repairs to do and needed his bench time for these repairs. After insisting several times previously that I bring in his repair tag to pick up my watch (which I had lost l month before.rior). I decided after my one use with Anthony not to go back to this shop..difficult to work with though it is VERY cool and near to my home.Working with Anthonys is difficult, to say the least...I dont intend to take my non- functional clock repairs some not quite as close for repair. I need this done ASAPand for me, its time to plant roses-and getting Happy Chappy at the price they quoted me means I AM ready to go!!BE wellElle
The service is fine but overpriced. My comparison is between Anthonys Watch repair in the Fred Meyer on 158th Ave and the Fred Meyer Jewelry shop in Hillsboro located on Imbrie drive.Examples:Resize Metal band: Anthonys $20 Fred Meyer on Imbrie $10Replace battery: Anthonys $13 Fred Meyer on Imbrie $5Fix broken clasp: Anthonys $20 Fred Meyer on Imbrie: FreeIf its just a little out of your way, just go to Fred Meyer on Imbrie it is worth a little extra driving.
They werent open when I needed them.
Horrible third world customer service!
