I visited the store to pick up a last minute wiring harness, they didnt have exactly what I needed but Matthew went above and beyond to find another option that would work for what I needed. Great service all around. Thank you!!!

Well...its hard to rate the place vs the service. The place... probably a 4 star. A letter on the sign was literally duck tapped up, who does that?The night guy, Bob...he was the most condescending mofo Ive run into in a while. We couldnt use the app or the website to return the truck. It was after closing, I know everyone wants to go home, but I knocked on the window because he was still there and we had bee trying for about 15 min. He points to the address on the window, yup we tried that. I can read 60pt font. He came out and began talking down to us about having iPhone instead of his Samsung(like the web is somehow different on an iPhone). Ironically, all 3 of us had Samsung phones. I was ready to throw in the towel and pay the $20 fee for not signing the truck back in. My brother however stuck with it. Turns out that you have to sign OUT of the website then go to the specific URL which is a bad design from U-Hauls side. It took Bob and my brother another 10min to figure that out. Bob finally became helpful instead of condescending. There should be like 12 ways to turn back a vehicle. I wont ever half to go back to that store...but if you have any issues and Bob is there, good luck.

This location is a complete mess. They skewed up my drop off location, and then wanted to charge me $1500 to change it, so I had to drive the truck all the way back across town. When I showed up, they had no record of even checking the truck out to me and basically accused me of stealing it, even though it was the same guys I had checked it out from. Over all just terrible service, very disorganized, and turned what should have been a quick errand into a nightmare. Also I would not recommend young women visit this location because all of the staff I interacted with were creepy and condescending.

The folks inside were great! Everything went well until we arrived to return the truck. We were going through the check-in list on a link that had been sent to our phone. That involved taking a few pictures and logging mileage and fuel levels. A lot person yelled to just put the key in the door, but we were still doing the check list. Another lot person yelled put the key in the ignition and leave, but we were just finishing the checklist so we may have lingered a moment. Then the first lot person yelled put the key in the door and get out of here. The whole check-list procedure took us less than five minutes. Does management really condone customers being told to get out of here. I consider it rude and ill mannered beyond tolerance. If someone is working without customer contact, then perhaps hire the lowest common denominator, but...Rental facilities are ubiquitous in this area, and I will never do business here again.

Their wiring meistro is fantastic. He fixed the 7 point wiring harness connections on my 1997 f250 in under an hour, goofy wire colors, blown fuses and all. Photo of my indestructible rust bucket over in the photos tab.

The 2 times I have used this location I have had nightmare experiences. The first time an employee was hooking a trailer to my brand new custom ordered Rubicon Wrangler and they let the trailer hit my rig and sent and scratch it. The second time I recieved 2 texts and an email saying skip the line, check in online; I didnt want to check in online. When I entered the location to pick up my reservation, the employee refused. He said if you dont8⁸8believe check in online, we wont rent you a truck. I said the website and texts confirming my reservation said I could check in out the counter. Once the employee put down his snap chat he replied the same again. I did call corporate and they assured me I could do a counter pick up. I returned to the location to get the same answer and an attitude from the employee. He told me corp had called him and that I lied to them and gave them a different story. I refuse to do business with this company under any circumstances and I strongly reccomend going elsewhere even at an additional expense

The team at this location is super professional and very helpful. I rented a car tow dolly and they helped me explore my options and choose the safest most economical solution to my needs. In addition, they helped trouble shoot my wiring when the lights werent working correctly and then fixed it at no charge! Thank you U-haul of Beaverton!

These guys were really helpful with getting wiring set up for a trailer hitch. I got in way over my head, but they really helped me understand what I got my self into. Much appreciated!

Have been here several times. Colin and crew are THE BEST!!! Alway professional and extremely helpful. Got my V70 hitched up nice and got great advice on other projects of mine. If anything was not in their scope they always referred me to other reputable shops. Would not hesitate to bring my business back here. :)

Salesman (assistant manager) was very pushy. Did not let me fiance finish reading the fine print before hitting accept, and actually hit accept for him without permission! Also kept bumping up the mileage amount instead of listening to us when we gave him the exact mileage if our trip.

Picked up a large box truck with less then 1/4 tank fuel in it at pick up. Was frustrated when I picked it up that they hadn’t taken the time to put fuel in it. We all know they charged the previous renter some arbitrary $ to put fuel in it but they didn’t. That’s shady. When I returned it I went inside to talk to the manager because I was frustrated that half my day was spent thinking about where to get fuel, and how much would be in the tank to return it with “slightly less then 1/4 tank”. Manager’s response was that they “provide vehicles with large fuel capacities so they don’t worry about having enough fuel in it at pick up, and they can’t conrol how much fuel the previous person drops it off with and they don’t have time to add fuel”. He tried to do some generic math to show that the truck had a 100 mile range. I explained that he was wrong as I made it less then 30 miles before the low fuel light came one. Nothing about the conversation made any since other then he had no interest in providing customer service or listing to a concern a client had. His only solution was that he rented me a vehicle with a large capacity fuel tank, to bad they don’t use that feature. Avoid this place or insure they know you want to rent a vehicle with fuel in it.

The guys here are jerks, and obviously hate their jobs. The guy who checked out the van I rented was rude, and the guy who checked it in was rude. He didnt even address me when I was standing there next to it. Plus i got it back 20 mins. early! He got in and drove it up 5ft, then motioned me with his hand to come over... the only person who actually seemed nice and cared about the customers, was a young woman with glasses who attached a trailer for a couple that was waiting before I got there. Im never going back there! Ive worked in customer service and retail as a high school and college student, and these two 40 yr old men gave no f*cks. Pretty sad...

Needed a wiring harness. They had 1200 in the back the guy said! Which he was not helpful nor wanted to help us. We were more of a bother to him.Horrible customer service!
