ADAPT is an awesome place with a lot to offer. I was just there last week to see Dr. Stolle for manual adjustments and acupuncture. My back had been bugging me and I can honestly say that in a matter of two days I was feeling SO MUCH better. Her work is simply phenomenal and acupuncture does not just mean needles! There are multiple forms of it - I highly recommend her
Not only do they do focused workouts and offer good classes, their more advanced specialized training and rehab is excellent
Choosing ADAPT Training over 12 years ago is hands down the best choice Ive ever made! At 52, I continue to get stronger and have no limits in the activities that I choose to do. The comprehensive workouts help with both cardio and strength and are different every day. COVID precautions are amazing! Thank you for changing my life.

Awesome gym. I have personal training with Jessica and she has helped me combat my back and hip issues. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it if you want to work towards your fitness goals!
If you want results, join this gym (and go as often as possible). After going 5 days a week for a month, the wife and I already noticed an improvement in mobility and strength. Eric and Bryan are really great at what they do. Not your regular workout. Fun, challenging, and safe exercise routines designed by a physical therapist. Their cardio classes are tons of fun because you get to run an obstacle course.
Kandice and her associates give you their undivided attention while assisting you to meet your goals. They are extremely knowledgeable and help you learn whether you are getting in shape or understanding a new way to walk after an injury or illness. I have been to many P.T. trainers and the people at Adapt cant be beat. A+++
This is one of the most enjoyable, unique, and effective workout experiences that I have EVER had. I used to play a lot of sports growing up, but like many people, I became less and less active in my adult years. Working out here has satisfied my longing to be active in sport again. The community is wonderful, the classes are never the same, and they are always fun and interesting. Check them out, they offer free trial classes to everyone.
This is hands down the best gym in Beaverton. The trainers are super knowledgeable and do a fantastic job with tailoring the workouts to any fitness level. I always worked out during the early morning class and had a great time with that crew.
ADAPT is an excellent gym with a range of great fitness classes taught by fun and energetic staff. ADAPT also offers a wide range of fitness options for any level of fitness. There staff is very knowledgeable about fitness and takes a custom approach to each client to help them get back on track and start breaking through their individual fitness goals.
Sorry, but I confused this rating with another place and only now discovered how that happened. Andrea is a great and energetic personal trainer. Her techniques are spot on and she is knowledgeable on a wide range of exercises including weights.
I got a massage from Ali F. She was great! I am a talker so I was happy she could hold a conversation through the entire massage. And the massage was awesome! Plus, since they are a therapy place, one can choose to pay for the massage through HSA or FSA, which is nice! Ask for Ali F. if you want a massage :)
Im a chiropractor and I regularly tell my patients to exercise. Actually I badger them if they dont. Nevertheless, Adapt is my go to place that I send all patients for both the group classes and to the PTs in their group.

This place is just what I needed and still need. Yes, Ive only been going here for physical therapy for about three weeks and have made 70% more progress than I did with regular PT. Ive been suffering with neck and shoulder pain from car accidents and about 5 months ago fell down my stairs and hurt my tailbone and thoracic area (between shoulder blades). I was getting nowhere with 3+ months of regular PT and decided I would take my husbands advice and try this place. I am almost pain free. The best part is the physical therapist was like I only want to see you 4 more times and then move on to the next step. Instead of milking me for every dollar with small step therapy that was not working, they are getting my body moving back to normal. I cant wait until I finish to see where I am at. Should have went here a long time ago.
Adapt Training is awesome! I have been working out/training/recovering here for about a little more than a year. I came to Adapt after trying various workouts but never seeing results or ending up hurt for months at a time. The classes are all amazing and the trainers are super great and helpful! I really enjoy working with Kam Harwood, and taking the BURN camp. If you need to jump start your lifestyle, need motivation, want to get into better shape, or even just maintain then Adapt is for you.The Burn camp with Kam Harwood has honestly helped everyone that I have talked too. In the camp Kam focuses on all the aspects of your fitness the mobility, cardio, strength, and even helps with your nutrition. The best part about it is that any body can do it!
