PDS was great from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment. The crew was early on the day scheduled, got to work and was done quickly. They made sure they communicated to me what they did. They cleaned up after themselves well. They even picked up a couple of large branches that fell with the previous days wind. The crew manger was thoroughly educated and knew exactly what needed to be done. My roof has an EXTREMELY steep pitch. I thought the job was going to be much more of a hassle. They made every step of the way as smooth as can be. Few hours passed and they were done just like that. I was sent a bill online and that was it. Very easy process. Dealing with people who are experienced with roofs and ladders and have done this a million times, is comforting. Will definitely be using them again as needed.

All the good things we read and heard about this company were true. They did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. They were here when they said they would be here and cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was excellent.

I got a siding wash done and it looks amazing. Makes me feel happy everytime I come home to my nice clean home. I will have them come back to remove some moss on the north side of the roof in a month or two.

My roof had ugly black steaks. The roof is about 11 years old and we have a large tree that hangs over the roof causing the problem. Not too much moss just a black and dirty. I saw this company in action working on cleaning a roof down the street from me so I decided to ask the gentleman what I would need to do to get a quote for my roof. We chatted a little while and I got to watch them work for a bit, they were working hard! The gentleman I spoke to was curtious and knowledgeable about the whole process. When they finished with my neighbors home, they took a look at my home and I was sent a quote via email later that afternoon with offered available dates within the same week. My roof should be one of those before and after pictures because they really did a solid job soft washing my roof. These guys genuinely care about the quality of work they put out and you can see it.

Next day response by email and upfront, set quotes. The guys who came to our house were great, friendly and efficient. Everything was cleaned up beautifully (which is amazing because we have 4 giant pines that make a LOT of mess). Definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Solid company. The crew that came to my house last week was incredible. I didnt know my roof could look this good. There was a ton of moss and algea being removed. The debris that come out of my gutters looked horribly disgusting, but that didnt stop a thing. They proved themselves.

Very professional, except for not showing up to complete job on date arranged and not sending pictures of work requested when agreement made to do work. I have texted more than once and called. No response. I specifically asked also for one photo of a cracked vent on the roof he found when working on the gutters. I have someone coming to fix it and they would benefit from this information. He is difficult to get ahold of. I played phone tag with him prior to meeting, speaking the first time at the front door. I wondered if he was just too busy to do the work. Maybe he just needs a secretary to do schedule management and customer care. Hes great on-site.
