The crew arrived on time and was very professional in all aspects of the job. Masks were worn as well as booties over their shoes while inside. Extra work was needed on tough water spots on one window and they were successful in removing them! Thank you for the extra time and attention to our windows. I called and Balachi, the owner answered, we settled on a time and day for him to come and wash my windows. He and his employees arrived on time. One employee came in, she brought booties to put over her shoes and got to work taking out all my screens. Outside one employee washed all my windows and another was inside cleaning the inside of my windows and the window wells. I realized I needed over 5 screens repaired. Balachi took them and brought the newly screened screens. They did great worked showed up on time. I will hire them again!

They had two teams working at the same time. Windows are immaculate now. They kept walking through the house making touch ups. So Crystal clear that I hardly know that a window is on my house. I feel like I can reach right out and touch the trees. Im extremely impressed and a job well done. Will have them return every year. Awesome, these guys did a great job. They seemed trustworthy- our little girls enjoyed following them around and watching them work. A lot!! But yeah our windows and tracks are looking terrific now, and the price was great.

Malachi was great to work with. They quickly got me a bid that I accepted. They showed up on time and went to work. They cleaned all the outside windows of our two story office and adjoining three story apartments. They had not been cleaned for seven years that I know of so they were beyond filthy. After calling several other area businesses and receiving a return call from only one of them to let me know that they werent even scheduling estimates at this time, I received a call back on the same day from Clearview AND he also came out to give me an estimate that same evening after he got done with his other jobs for the day. He gave me a written quote immediately for all requested work, which seemed reasonable. I planned to get a second quote to compare as is usually recommended, but then decided to just hire the only company willing to even communicate with me. Im SO GLAD I did!Balachi and his crew were able to start work within 2 weeks of my request. They arrived right on time and worked hard all day to clean my roof/ gutters and exterior windows, and power washed my fence and deck. Balachi was very communicative throughout the job. Due to damp weather, he returned a week later to finish the job of repairing/replacing old rotting boards on the fence and staining the fence and deck. Again, they did a great job and worked hard in 90+ degree afternoon heat. My fence and deck look great! We had just over two weeks to prepare our house for sale, a lot of work to do, and these guys did almost everything, including painting the entire interior of the house and some carpentry. They also arranged with friends and associates for landscaping and carpet cleaning. If there was anything that needed to be done, they took care of it, on time and on budget. One of the best experiences I have had with contractors and I have worked with more than a few over the years. And incidentally, our house was listed late on a Friday, we got seven offers over the weekend and it sold for $47,000 more than the listing price. Its an understatement to say I was happy with their work and I would recommend them to anyone, and use them again if the need came up.

These guys were amazing! They showed up right on time, went to work on the windows and power washing, doing an awesome job on both. My windows sparkle and they were able to get stains off the outside of my house that I couldnt scrub off, without any damage to the paint underneath. They were really nice to work with. Mr. Castillo and his crew are fantastic. They cleaned our gutters, removed moss, treated for moss, and cleaned our roof. Safety is their top priority; they asked to install a safety cleat on the roof so they could secure themselves. I happily paid $100 for them to do this. Before and after, Mr. Castillo takes photos to show you what he sees, and what they did. I cant recommend his services more highly. He also accepts multiple forms of payment, like Venmo, which makes life easier. The crew cleaned up meticulously afterwards and my yard looked way better than before. Do not hesitate to hire, you will feel at ease.

I’ve used them for two consecutive years and I’m glad I found them on Thumbtack. Our windows/screens inside and out look amazing! They pressure washed off mold growing on our front posts as well which isn’t an eyesore anymore. I’ll be using them again to clean our gutters out in the Fall.
