Every time I go to “the barbers” I would always request for Maryam, she always does the job and she makes sure that when I leave, I feel great about my hair, Maryam is probably going be my personal hair stylist from now on. Overall “the barbers” has great customer service and they take care of you. If I were to say anything, I would recommend this location. Because they are all hard workers!

We love going to this barber. We came for a haircut for my son who was in a wedding (that day) and needed someone to do a really cute cut that was picture ready. Kurt was our stylist. Kurt listened to my son and taught him how to style his hair, which was a huge plus and very much needed to continue the style my son goes for. We love to call and request Kurt now because he’s the best! Kurt sincerely rocks at hair and totally understands how to create an amazing picture ready hairdo that lasts!

Heather is incredible. I have been driving all the way out there for over a year (60+ min drive One-Way) for my son and I. My son has autism and is not a fan of the chair. She has by far exceeded anyone else to care for him and make sure that he is comfortable and ready and never rushes him into it. And as fo myself, I ALWAYS receive tons of compliments after visiting her. She is the reason I follow wherever she is (She started out at a different Barbers when I first went to her). Worth the drive to have my son taken care of and to always come out looking my best. Thank you Heather!

I’ve been going to Barbers for the past 8 years. Initially I enjoyed the complimentary popcorn, soda, and massage. I consistently received a solid haircut and they were always flexible if I had any issues with it. I highly recommend Heather Shrader at this location. She nailed my haircut (high fade and styled on top) the first time and I’ve been going to her for a couple years now. Have never once had an issue when I’ve seen her. I went to a couple other higher end salons out of convenience a few times and always ended up back at Barbers with Heather.

I have been going to The Barbers (Progress Ridge) and specifically to Lori Lee for the past 5 to 6 years. I only have awesome things to say about my experience. All the staff are amazing and great at what they do! I love the environment! Lori is absolutely amazing! Even though I moved 15 to 20 minutes away there is no place I would rather go to get my hair cut.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for about a year and a half and have found all my haircuts to be to be high in quality and reasonably priced. While I do have preferred barbers, the whole staff is down-to-earth and friendly, but still professional. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Lori for 3 plus years and about 7 - 8 times a year. I have never received a less than great haircut, today included. She is a very meticulous and contentious barber. There seems to have been a turnover but the current barbers appear to be stable and competent. I have been a customer service trainer for 20+ years so I recognize good customer service.

I usually go to the one off scholls. Great customer service. Showed the barber a picture of what I wanted she glanced and started cutting. 10 minutes later she asked me what I thought. I tried to explain that I wanted a Balled fade with a hard part..She went over the edges a little and was done never showed the back. Got home the back was patchy .had to fix at home. Definitely not returning to this location.

The Barbers at Progress Ridge is where I go to get my haircut. Im not sure if everyone is like me but when I find someone I like to cut my hair I tend to keep coming back. I have had the same person here cutting my hair for the last couple of years. The location is convenient for me, and I think the price is fair for what you get. This place is more your free popcorn and a water fountain as opposed to someone offering you free beer and a hot shave place. My only complaint would be you cant make an appointment, so you have to call in and get your name put on the waiting list and get an estimated time to show up.

Good haircut. Usually no wait when I go (after 6:00pm). Its good for what it is. Efficient haircut, not a neighborhood barber feel. You walk in and you sit down. Not a welcoming, small town greeting, welcome, or hello. Better than super cut, but not something I would wait more than 25 minutes for.

The staff here are top notch. It is a convenient location. They will always do their best to accommodate you. Ashley is the best I recommend requesting her! She will give you that close up cut so you feel fresh and clean every time.

A good cut at a fair price. Some stylists are better than others. They dont take reservations so its can be hit or miss.

Ive been coming to this place for a little bit over a year now, and can say a lot of great things about it.From the moment you walk in, to the minute you walk out the door, you feel welcome, relaxed, and completely satisfied with the services. You can watch sports, eat free popcorn, drink free soda, and get a chance to laugh at the occasional humorous conversations started by the friendly staff.I say you give it a try. You may just become a regular.Things to improve on? If you prefer a particular barber, wait times can drag out. Maybe add the ability to make appointments?Overall a great experience though.

All of The Barbers give a great cut, but this location is the best. It’s not an 8 minute in and out buzz shop, unless that’s what you want. They take the time to do it right.Pro tip: Hang out after the hair cut for the shoulder massage.

Always get my sons haircuts here. My husband is also a fan and he is very particular.They are friendly, honest, professional, and do amazing work.

Second time in a row they said my curly hair will look fine if they take an inch off and now for the second time I can’t style my hair and now I have the pain and agony of waiting.

This was a good experience away from my usual Sports Clips. The quality is sometimes a little higher mainly because they use metal gaurds instead of plastic with is needed when your hair grows in different directions like me. They almost always offer a free shoulder massage and the price is in particular with other shops.

Terrible, when It took a total of 10 minutes to cut my hair. When I got home there was a number of hairs missed it was un even all over, It was my first and last time. don’t recommend!

All the times Ive been there they have very good staff and service exept for one time they cut my sides to short besides that, the barbers is the place u go to get my hair cut every time.

My barber forgot to finish cutting the entire side of my head. It looked terrible. I didnt even want to go back to make them fix it. These kids are mostly fresh out of school. Forget it.

Some of these stylists are alright but avoid the fat tattooed one.It is not only incompetent, but it has a bad attitude and will constantly complain and pester the customers for emotional support.

I used to go here, but what is unfortunate is that the owners dont seem to care about their employees enough for the stylists to stay around more than 6-12months. Just when you find a hairstylist that knows how your haircut goes, the hairstylist leaves the Barbers.

The service has seemed to go down over the past five years. I have a specific person I like but her hours lately dont match with what she gave me on her card. Ive been waiting currently for nearly thirry minutes AFTER I was told a spot would be available. This will likely be my last visit to this location.
