I have been bringing my Lexus cars here for years, the tools they use are exactly the same, and there is a lot of crossover concerning parts EXCEPT you wont pay a premium at Toyota, and the service is just as good imo. The service staff is very good, very non-aggressive and informative. Oil change and inspection have never taken more than an hour, and I have been coming here for over a decade. Thanks again.

I switched back to Voss a few years ago for service. Mostly for convenience, but found even though slightly more expensive, they were honest about what needed done and what was not needed...in the end saving a lot. Just had in for 120,000 service and again saved on services. We did have an oil blowout 4 days later and was quick to blame service from the oil change, but was quick to diagnose and was unrelated and went way out of their way and had back to us in 24 hours. Truly amazing crew getting what you pay for.

I was in and out quickly after my check engine light came on. I thought it was for an oil change but all I needed was a tire rotation. They were honest and fair. I’ve found the dealers are worth the small amount of extra money in comparison to their competitors.

Mike and the staff are friendly but not in your face run at you in the parking lot as soon as you exit your car. Mike was great with my smiling oldest son here with his newly leased Corolla Hybrid!

Great staff and very helpful. Parts Department is second to none. (Seriously, those guys are great). Service Department is top notch, even when busy they are very friendly and professional.The one sales member Ive met (Matt Yoxtheimer) was very no pressure and worked hard to get me in something that fitted my needs. Came for an oil change. Was able to schedule online which is a plus. The service was very quick! I was going to walmart’s auto center but it’s actually more affordable and I get better oil here. The staff was super friendly and kind. Never tried to sell me on a service I didn’t need or pressure me into anything. Ill be back for all my future car service needs!

Tony patiently explained the maintenance and repairs my car needed. He didn’t rush me as I debated what I wanted to do. He even went the extra mile to look for coupons and other ways to help me save money. He did this without prompting and it is just now that I’ve crunched the numbers that I realized how much he helped me save. The service department at Voss Toyota is one of the best I have ever worked with! They took great care of my 4runner when we broke down, and did excellent work on the transfer case. While the work did take a little bit longer than expected, Steve Knabel was professional, responsive, and friendly during the repair process. I found him to be trustworthy and knowledgeable. The labor was high quality, and fairly priced. From now on I will be doing all of my maintenance at Voss.

They were great. Tom helped me with the 2010 Toyota Venza I bought. Cant say it was the best price Id found, but it was competitive. Toyota cars are relatively expensive, anyway. One thing, this was a one owner car that was purchasing another Toyota from a Toyota dealer that originally sold this car (it was transferred from another dealership. Carfax is wonderful}. Thats a great sign that the customer liked the car and the dealership.Update 12-6-2020: The car is working out great, the positive reply from Tom the GM was appreciated, and the 120 miles each way from Decatur, Indiana to Voss was well worth the trip. Thanks again for the response, Tom. Im sure youll either see me again (no way to say, its a Toyota that will likely last as long as Ill be able to drive), but friends will certainly know. :-)

We had the absolute best experience at Voss Toyota! We had about 2 other local dealerships on our radar but Voss was the most consistent, offered the best price, and even brought our car in from Columbus just so we could get the exact car we wanted. I cannot thank Mike Severs enough for all of the emailing and phone calls back & forth for the better part of 3 weeks and then Tom Pleuthner who met with us in person and who handled the delivery of the car. Tom is amazing at his job and we will 1000% recommend him to all of our friends. The whole process was so easy and we didnt spend hours waiting around like in the past at other dealerships. After waiting at least 10 minutes before a salesperson actually acknowledged that I was in the lot looking at a car, someone finally approached me not wearing a mask, I was wearing my mask. He came in close, I stepped back to put an appropriate social distance between us. I then asked him if I could have the keys of the car I was interested in. After at least another 15 minutes he came back with the keys still not wearing a mask.I was seating in the drivers seat with the door open. The maskless salesman leaned inside the driver side door. I asked him to move back 6ft. from me, if he wasnt going to wear a mask. When it was clear he wasnt going to respect my concerns I got out of the car. He asked if he could do anything for me, and I told him that there was no way I would buy a car from someone who wouldnt appreciate that I was covid concerned. The last straw was that he laughed at me for being so concerned. Probably the most unprofessional guy I ever dealt with. With 235,000 deaths seems its time we all follow the guidelines of our health care system. If the management at Voss Toyota cant get their salespeople to follow CDC guidelines, they need to close their doors.

My fiancé and I were looking to purchase a CR-V. We originally went to Germain Honda and weren’t given the time of day. We went over to Voss Toyota and the experience was wonderful. I got to test drive the CR-V and then they broke down numbers for us. Ethan was a great help and asset! Tim sold us the car. It did take me about an hour and a half to decide, but they took their time with us and their patience was rewarded. Highly recommend!

Recently I had come in to check out a 2013 Malibu. As I live over an hour away from Voss, I called in to make sure the vehicle was still available. The man I talked to over the phone was Tom Downs. He seemed friendly enough over the phone, but when we got to the dealership his personality at the very end flipped on a dime. I understand the service charges such as the conveyance fees, as well as the document fees, but when I counter offered Tom looked me dead in the eye and told me that I wasted my time. He then turned around and left me in the dust to go back to his desk. Completely rude an uncalled for. I was simply trying to negotiate the price. $8800 car, and I offered $8200 cash in hand. Tom has been in the business for 49 years, and is currently 72 years of age. Well I got some news for you Tommy Boy - time to retire. I never write reviews, but how I was turned away as if I was the scum off the underside of his boots was some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I will not be returning to Voss. P.S - I was willing to go up in price but the way Tom treated me in that moment.. definitely not worth my money or my business. To whoever is reading this, buyers beware. Cash is no longer king, and instead these big business companies would rather keep you on payment plans and in the grip of the repo man. Good luck.

Dont waste your time on voss. Go to walker. The new car manager is hostile and disrespectful. Its so bad that other employees actually apologized for his unprofessional behavior. In addition walker beat voss on price and when voss agreed to match the price they tried to slide in an extra $1k, which was caught while signing. My brother had just returned from deployment and was buying 2 new cars. To be sitting in the finance officers office with a check in hand and be talked to like that. It took over 6 hours. Not military friendly, not customer friendly!

From the time of initial email contact with the dealership, to driving off of the lot, it took under three hours. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and expected. The vehicle that I was purchasing was waiting for a test drive and off we went. When I had returned to the dealership we went forward with the process which was very painless and a zero pressure environment. I received fair trade in value for my vehicle and literally was there only an additional 45 minutes, which was the time it took to detail the vehicle. Very bad service. I go there with a flat tire under Toyota warranty and they promise to call me back within couple of days after they order the replacement. Well, it has been more than 3 weeks and no call back. To the contrary, i took the same car with the same tire to Kings Toyota in Cincy, I got the tire replaced within 3 days. Same car, same tire, but two different dealers. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone and I will happy to drive a whole hour to Kings Toyota to get my Toyota service instead of driving 5 mins to Voss to even get my car washed.

I was here about two weeks ago while I was out car shopping for me first car. I started by looking at the used-car list online so that I would have an idea of what to expect when I got there. Upon my surprise, I found an extremely nice BMW 3 series that had almost everything I was looking for. after further research, I decided to drive up to the shop and check it out. I was a little nervous due to the stereotypes of pushy car salesmen since I really just wanted to look, my experience couldnt have been any better. The gentleman that helped me out was Morgan and he did a fantastic job of answering questions and giving me details about the car. I took it for a test drive and noticed the brake rotors seemed warped.... Morgan took it upon himself to have the car serviced the next available day to have it fixed. He also gave me updates via text without ever once pressuring me to make a decision on the spot. I ended up finding a better deal for myself at another Voss dealership, but I am very thankful for Morgans help and directness throughout the car buying experience.

I ran across Voss while doing a nationwide search for a preowned Highlander Hybrid. We live in middle Tennessee so it was important to feel confident in driving 6 hrs to test drive their car .. Voss being a Toyota dealer made us feel more confident buying preowned. The car was in great shape, cleaned and fueled when we arrived. The cash transaction was simple, reasonably quick and our salesman, Greg, followed up with us today to make sure we were enjoying the car and to help should we have questions. We purchased a used Prius for our 16 year old daughter. When we purchased the car, the radio and back-up camera worked. However, the salesman told us that they did not have the navigation CD for the car, which was fine with us. We recently had to replace the car battery. As soon as the new battery was in her car, the back-up camera and radio stopped working. When we contacted Voss, they said they would charge us $140 to look at her car. We purchased it only 4 months ago. I feel like they should stand behind their vehicles and should at least look at the car without charging us. I would not purchase another vehicle from them.

-While the issue was because of Toyotas fault, I had to rent a car while my car was in the service caused by Toyota manufacturing.-They promised the service would take only two days to make it look easy for me to just wait 2 days, as they did not offer a replacement car or shuttle due to COVID-19 or even an uber ride.After two days they called and asked for more days as my car needed more work caused by Toyota.I called to explain that I could not stay long without a car, they promised to call back with either the exact time when to get my car or a rental car I can use for my vacation while my car was still in service, no one called. On the 4th day, I needed my car, so I called them and they said you know what your car is ready and come get it. It took them 4 days, they rushed to fix it no matter what, and I did not have time to check it as I had a vacation, so I just used another car for my trip.I know I have an accent when I speak, yet I still feel I should have been treated better since it was Toyotas fault.

I just picked up my new Highlander on August 30. Ethan George was great to work with! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He answered every question regarding all of the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. I am not a fan of high pressure sales (as are most people shopping for a new car), and Ethan did not put any pressure on us at all. We drove several vehicles to make sure that we were purchasing the one that was right for us. I had a lot of questions and I never felt like I was asking too many. We never felt like we were taking too much of his time either. Ethan also wanted to be sure that we were happy with our choice.I would highly recommend Ethan George and Voss Toyota in Beavercreek! We have had a lot of Toyotas over the years, and the service department is also great to work with!

When it was time to purchase a new vehicle, I started my search at this dealership thinking that I would find what I wanted and get a relatively good price. While my first trip here was a good experience, when I sat down to negotiate a price for a vehicle, the sales person became EXTREMELY aggressive. I felt like there was no way I would get a good deal from the sale, I felt threatened, and could not bring myself to go back ever again. There was also a number of times other employees would walk by and “congratulate” my salesperson for “a good month” and “a good year” while we were talking about different vehicles and negotiating prices. Really unprofessional and tacky sales tactics.

It was late on a Saturday when the staff was surely ready to close shop for the short weekend and I dragged my sorry behind in after a long day of car shopping for a Honda PIlot (of all things) I saw on their lot.Tim Brown asked how he could help and spent the next hour or so meeting my every need to sell me this Honda. He couldnt have been more professional and courteous. He knew as much about this Honda as I would expect him to know about a Highlander or 4Runner. Once we got to the paperwork he was quick but thorough and really seemed to be interested in making sure I understood things and put me at ease with detailed explanations he certainly didnt have to include.Once we got to the financing part I knew what was coming - this is the shakedown portion of the transaction where they get back all the money they discounted earlier with extras you dont want - but Stephanie wasnt like that. She was very friendly, helpful, quick and painless and I couldnt believe that there was no shakedown. By the time the Pilot came back from getting a wash and full tank of gas, we were done.It was a refreshing experience - at a car dealership.I have only had this level of customer service and experience one other place in my life and I just had to make sure to leave them a good review. Voss Toyota of Beavercreek - never change.

Drove approximately 3 hours to make a purchase on a vehicle, Lou the salesman called me at least 4 times while I was traveling asking when Id be there! Upon arriving, he tried rushing the sale without insisting a test drive because they were soon to close, eventually we got to test drive the vehicle and as we drove I asked two questions, how long had the vehicle been on the lot and was there any issues with the catalytic converter, he stated that the vehicle had been on the lot for 1 month, I did my research, it was actually 3 months! 5 days after my purchase the engine light came on and I had it diagnosed, said I may need a catalytic converter (coincidentally)! Tried reaching out to Lou via phone and email, not a response yet! Also, I had absolutely the worst experience in the finance department with some lady! Communication skills was horrendous to say the least, never spoke, had me sign and asked me for my money! No handshake or thanks! Anyone that knows me, knows that I dont complain and very easy going! Not trying to ruin there busines by any means, would just suggest better training along with ethics! God bless!

Everyone is very friendly, but the service department wasnt very thorough when checking on a coolant leak from our car. Our car suddenly started overheating and it wouldnt stay cool even after we refilled the coolant. We took it straight to Voss to get it looked at since we were nearby. After a couple hours with the car, they told us we needed a new radiator. We decided it wasnt worth fixing (the car is only worth about same as the cost to repair it) but when we drove the car home the next day, it wasnt overheating anymore. The leak doesnt seem to be as bad as we (or Voss) thought.

I wouldnt get my vehicle serviced here, for ANY reason. Either the service department is incompetent, or theyre liars. I went in to have mud flaps installed. I was told the front flaps couldnt be installed since I had a set of aftermarket running boards. They tried to tell me the running boards were immovable and wouldnt allow the front mud flaps to fit. I loosed the 6 bolts on each side of the 4Runner boards, slid them back 2 inches, and installed my mud flaps at home. They had even called me back to the shop floor and did a dramatic demonstration of how those boards wouldnt move. They are mounted with T bolts. If youve ever installed a set, you know they slide back and forth for adjustment. So regardless of inconvenience, I will never put my 4Runner into their hands. Ridiculous and unnecessary.

1st purchase at dealership and felt like I was treated like an adult, not a target. Serviced by experienced, adult salesperson as opposed to children with shiny outfits, jewelry, and even shinier hair. No pressure sales experience and product-knowledgeable staff. Arrived late due to traffic but they fit me in to service my car. They did an excellent job, very thorough, and walked me through the state of my car. I also got a free car wash with my service! I was told it might be 2 hours, but I was in and out in only 45 mins.

After a good relationship and excellent customer service, it ended. They changed completely.. Voss gave bad information; that, with a manufacturers defect that resulted in a six hundred dollar repair that they refused to take responsibility for and instead rather rudely tried to put on to us (before I even complained).The service rep couldnt read the oil dipstick himself, giving three different readings, but offered no contrition. I dont know why they turned so suddenly; but they did.

Great service and friendly staff. They have taken really good care of me over the last 2 years.They dont seem to recommend a bunch of useless maintenance. I really appreciate that. When they do make service recommendations it is usually on wear items and they provide an estimated remaining life expectancy.

I just come here to get my maintenance done on my car. They are polite and nice on the phone. One thing I like is I feel wanted and respected and most likely I will come here whenever I feel the need to trade my vehicle in.

Had an amazingly positive experience with Matthew Yoxtheimer @ Voss Toyota, very upfront without the dealership games. Truly classy and consummate professional. Highly recommend you go see him before you anywhere else. Service was done in a brief time for oil and filter changes and rotate tires. I also appreciated the car check to let me know what services I should consider such as to replace the cabin air filter at a future visit. People were friendly and the waiting room was pleasant.
