Wow! What a huge difference from 10 years ago!!! I began looking at my first Sonata 10 years ago and at the time, this Beavercreek dealer wouldn’t negotiate at all, which led me to Cincinnati (bigger market/selection). After having y Sonata fir 10 years, I went searching for a different sedan, wanting a luxury brand. Willing to give them another try, I stopped at Superior first to look at a Genesis G80. They listened to me, my requirements, my price point, my trade, my future needs and suggested I try the new Sonata. I did, and WOW, they were right. It fit all my needs and more. When they replaced it, they chipped the paint above and made 5 more indent places on the piece below.They would not make it right. I havent heard from their management. DO NOT take your car to their service dept for body work!

There needs to be better communication about the status of the vehicle being worked on. If information is put into the computer daily as the car is being worked on, anyone answering the phone would be able to provide updates. I appreciate getting a loaner car after being my car back for the 3rd time, but the loaner should be cleaned inside before giving it to someone especially during covid. In addition, paperwork from the last person the car was loaned to was left in the car that included her name, address and license number.

Rating is based on my deal. With manufacture rebates we were able to get our 2021 Kona $3k under dealer cost. Negotiated deal remotely and was very pleased once we showed up in person no tricks were attempted and things remained exactly as agreed on prior. Also with 10yr 100k warranty and 3yr free oil changes there is no one else out there expressing such a high level of confidence in their product.

This is the dealership where I bought my 2021 Hyundai Elantra. Ive been coming here for the complimentary maintenance. Everyone was really helpful today. I got Superior treatment. I got prices for all kinds of things today. I got prices for detailing I got prices for scheduled maintenance. Everyone was really nice. The wi fi was working well. They always keep the place really clean. I left with some leasing prices. Everything was all right. Hyundais are pretty low price cars as far as I understand. I guess if you are looking for a low price car you might want to consider a Hyundai.

If you go to this dealership ask for Chazz from the start, even if he is busy with someone else he will take care of you and them, I witnessed this guy get us the deal we felt comfortable with along with hooking up another family. The experience was indeed superior and we absolutely love our brand new 2022 Genesis GV70! If someone from corporate is reading this, then promote Chazz immediately to a managerial position or a trainer, you will definitely sell more cars with his techniques and knowledge of the vehicles, because I absolutely hate it when someone is trying to sell me a car they know nothing about, and this was definitely not the case with Chazz!!

Overall unhappy with experience. Poor communication between us, the sales people, and apparently the service people. Drove almost an hour to pick up vehicle purchased with cash, in the time frame we were told, only to find out it wasnt ready. They delivered it the next day after I made several calls to find out what was going on. I drove it a few days ago and noticed the left turn signal is out. Has been this way since we got it. Car is my sons and this is his first car so he didnt realize the blinker wasnt working right. Im not impressed with the service in any way.

I went into Superior Hyundai with the hopes of trading in my car, that I knew would have negative equity, and getting into a new SUV. My credit score did not end up being as high as it was reporting once my score was pulled which discouraged me from buying. Luckily, I had Chazz as a sales rep and he helped me get into a brand new 2021 Kia Kona with no money down and I was still able to trade my car in even with the negative equity! Returned my old leased vehicle to Hyundai Beavercreek and leased a new 2020. I emailed back and forth with Jared Fox days prior to coming in the dealership. Jared quoted me some lease deals that were amazing, but when I got to the dealership those deals did not exist. He proceeded to give me prices that were extremely higher than what was quoted via email. I got upset, so he worked a deal out for me with the price of a new leased vehicle, making the first payment on the new lease and paying the last payment of the returned leased vehicle. I was happy when I left, my payment was still higher than I anticipated paying, but I was happy they worked this deal out for me. I even went to Walmart to purchase Jared and Rick(the salesman I dealt with) a gift card for food. Long story short, I ended up paying my last car payment on the returned leased vehicle and called the dealership several times to resolve this. They told me they would send me a check and its been 2 months now and no check. These guys are a joke. Dont trust their quotes and dont trust that theyll follow through if they promise to pay your last car payment. I will also contact someone at their corporate office to resolve this because I have in writing that he agreed to pay my last car payment.

They wont be able to LOOK at a vehicle of ours that needs repaired for two weeks, forcing us to either pay obscene rental fees, or be without a car during that time. Other dealership repair shops will put you in a rental while repairing your vehicle. The problem with the car is one only the dealership can fix.

Superior Hyundai was great when I took my vehicle in for service. Since I had to have a part ordered they gave me a rental car to drive for three days. Their service was excellent all the way around when I picked up my car I had no problems. In fact I left my garage door opener in the rental and they went out of their way to get it returned to me .
