Steve is great and is fostering a great group of people under him. I bought at one location and have had service (free oil changes) at 3 other locations. Everyone weve dealt with since the first guy on the lot, that actually tipped us onto the 30k SUV we bought, to all 3 service center managers have been EXCEPTIONAL.

Took the car home for the weekend and fell even more in love with it. Sadly, at the last minute, the deal fell through and I had to walk away without my car. My saleswoman was great, but I was told they didn’t have a particular vehicle and sold me on a different model ( not her fault ) when another of their locations had it. So lost on not only on that vehicle but the major down payment I made so wasn’t able to get the correct vehicle bc I didn’t have enough money down. Now I’m stuck missing out on the one I’d loved to have. 👍🏻

Had several issues right after purchasing my vehicle from the Beavercreek location - cd changer making constant noises, sunroof stopped working not name a few. In the end, the company took car of the issues, but it took a lot of pushing and lengthy waits on their service drive.I’ve since taken my vehicle in twice for an oil change and tire rotation, and both times have taken over two hours with a scheduled appointment. The most recent time, after sitting for about an hour, I walked over to see my car was still out on the lot. When I asked about it, I was told they decided to “squeeze in” someone else who didn’t have appointment in front of me.I understand getting backed up, but it’s frustrating when things get backed up because someone without an appointment is prioritized over someone with an appointment.

We went around a lot of dealers but nowhere we were treated as good as at this place. TJ is an awesome person.

The guy who helped me was super nice, but to be honest, kinda made it feel like your classic dealership. For example, he came to greet me at my car when I parked, and I meant GREET. He came right up (almost on the inside side) to my door as I opened it which felt kind of awkward. Other then that, it was an awesome experience.

They took great care of me. I had 2 vehicles and wanted to trade them both in for 1. They gave me top dollar for both my cars, I didnt have to roll any negative equity into the car I wanted. Logan was my salesman, he was very easy going, never tried to be pushy, Levi was the sales manager that was able to get my deal done, and their internet sales team was great getting me started. For a place that claims to be a used car dealership it is not. Its a as is dealership with not as is prices. While the car salesmen was pleasant to deal with, he management staff who was too busy on the phone to actual talk to the customer was not. And when we asked to directly talked to the manager he forced the salesman to play middle man. So if you want to pay almost the price of a new car but it be nowhere near that condition, you have found the place to waste you money at. And pay close attention to their no question asked 7 day return policy, it comes with questions.

Nate is AWESOME. Punctual, very kind, and excitable. Got me a BRAND NEW Renegade when I thought my options for a new (or even used) car were non existent. I will only go to SVG for new cars or service from now on. They have earned a lifelong customer. Tom and Nate are two of the coolest people I have ever met and truly seemed to care about my situation and tried their hardest to find the best deal for me.

I just traded in two vehicles and my salesman, Mr. Burden was superb and helped me tremendously- He, however, sent the car I traded for - back to be cleaned up and gassed up and when I left it was not clean and he had to personally take me to get some gas. Went back the next morning and was there an hour while they cleaned it again and it still wasn’t clean . I took it to the car wash in Beavercreek and then had to clean all of the inside windows - I’m in need of a job if you are hiring there at SVG - I’m sure I could do better than this. For a place that boasts its customer service - not impressed. Thank you .

I would give zero stars if possible. First of all our sales person was great no complaints at all with him. Service after the signing was completely different. Dont fall for the we owe you option and the 7 day love it or return it option. Im currently on day 4 after signing and unable to return the truck i bought and unable to get a response back from the dealership. So I have to repair a 40,000.00 vehicle I just bought. I Will never go back

The service I received from Urbana branch was excellent my problem is the following I purchased my car in March when I checked air conditioner in May the rear air conditioner was not working my car was under 30,000 miles so I called they said my my car was not under warranty anymore because of the three years purchase person who leased it before me Im sure was charged for damages which was not repair I feel it should have been repaired because I had only owned it for 3 months and it was still under 30000 miles

Recently purchased a van hear. Extremely dissatisfied. Service center is terrible, they couldnt even out the proper psi in the tires. SVG will cheap out with anything they promise you, better off servicing the vehicle yourself and put better quality parts on. SVG will also nickel and dime you for everything.

Purchased a vehicle and traded in another. I’m now 30+days late on a payment for the vehicle I traded due to them not paying the vehicle off in a timely manner. I’ve reached out multiple times to them as my Credit Union has been calling me for weeks to let me know they haven’t been paid. Left a voicemail for the “boss” at the Dayton location. Haven’t heard back, not sure I’m expecting to. Nice people at this location, but the offices in Dayton are trash. 10/10 would not recommend them!

I have never been to the actual dealership. The people were very nice on the phone ( hence two stars). The car we were interesting in buying was a great deal. I called about it to see if it was available. They said it was for the price it was advertised for. Someone else was test driving it when I called. They said if that person didnt buy it they would call me back( which they did call me back). The problem was the realized their mistake and were asking 10 K more then they advertised instead of honoring their mistake.

Close to home. They really work hard to get you in a new or used vehicle. Stand by there promises. I recently purchased a truck here and was driving it home within 2 hours, this was the quickest I ever got a vehicle.

My husband and I traveled 2.5 hours to look at a truck we found online through SVG. When we arrived we were greeted by TJ as soon as we walked through the doors. TJ listened to our concerns as well as the importance of staying in our budget. He provided exceptional personal service throughout our time at SVG. We ended up purchasing a Ram 1500 EcoDiesel truck exactly in our budget. The truck still had some dog hair in it from the previous owner. He said they would take care of it. Unfortunately when they brought the truck out from being detailed it still had very noticeable dog hair on all the seats. TJ, our salesman, took the truck back to shop and vacuumed the seats himself. The environment of SVG is pleasantly different than most other dealerships, a very unique dealership. We were impressed by everything we experienced at SVG, with the exception of their detail shop. In my opinion from looking at the truck prior to purchase and after purchase all it appeared the detail shop did was run it through a car wash. Nothing had been touched as far as the dash, compartments in the doors or even vacuuming very noticeable dog hair. Thankfully our salesman TJ honored his word and made it right, by vacuuming them himself. Every person we encountered in the sales department was very friendly and helpful. We would purchase from SVG again, despite the subpar detail experience.

Came to check out the new campers. Erik did a great job showing me around as well as their used inventory. Ended up buying a used, 2019 camper and a Chevy truck to tow it with. Erik got everything ready so that my wife and i could drive safely to Fort Myers, and got the camper prepared and delivered locally for pickup in the spring. Great experience at SVG.

This place will help you get into a car when a lot of other places wont. They had a decent selection of vehicles at decent prices. Where they get you is in all the fees. My car was $11,998, I put $3500 down, my loan to finance is $12,554. This is where they get you with adding stuff and not explaining it to you and I will take blame on myself for being naive and not looking over everything. They added a service contract without telling me which cost me $2100. Gap was $700. Documentary fee was $250, plus sales tax at 6.75% equaled out to a tad over $16k for a $12k car.They also dont tell you how much your monthly payments will be, or how long your loan is for. They also do not ask what you are willing to pay monthly in terms of car payments and try to work with you on that.To end my little rant i will say this. Thanks for doing what you did so now i know how to better protect myself from the future.

If you really need a car and your credit score is low they will work with you, but you will pay more as you would anywhere else.

DONT.....One of the worst car buying experiences I could have ever had. Firstly we felt pressured and rushed into buying the under coat and all the extras. Secondly leaving the parking lot almost immediately the car started to have problems we called and they promised to fix it for us. We had it for a day and brought it back to them to fix the issues. THREE MONTHS LATER we went to get the car back to find that nothing was fixed, and the headlight was damaged. They then took it back to fix it and told us it would be done in a week, but then didnt receive the car for another 2 months, got the car back with a ton of miles on it, a messed up aliment, someone had smoked cigarettes in it and the wheels were curbed. Oh and the car mats we bought were taken from the car. Staff started to ignore our calls and emails, just dont do it, they dont care.

Bought a Diesel truck from them. We were happy with the car buying part of deal, however we were told that there was 3 free oil changes that go a long with the purchase. We go to get the oil changed (since its suppose to be free) to find out that is only for cars and not diesel trucks. Well that was one of the selling points for us was the free oil changes. You know one last thing to worry about. Well instead they oil covered 5 quarts of the change and we had to pay for the remaining quarts of oil which mind you isnt free. I was looking at buying another truck from them but for them to flat out lie to both of us to our faces. I will take my business else where to a company that doesnt lie to customers faces and give them false information. If they would have been upfront and honest about it from the get go I would have given them 5 stars but since they lied about that it would have been one star, but since they did an awesome job working with to buy the truck they get 2 stars and that is all I could give them.

Horrible customer service, no return calls while having our vehicle serviced, called them 17 times within two weeks and had only 2 call backs, would not fix all that they stated they would when we purchased the truck. Salesman was friendly but knew nothing about the vehicles. Vehicles are not clean, should do that prior to letting customers test drive them as they are sitting on the lot would think they would have been detailed first. Would not recommend!

Went to look at buying a Prius, ended up buying a military truck.

I sold a vehicle to them on October 10 and I have yet to receive any form of payment for it. My bank also has not received any form of payment for it. Also anytime I try to get any information I get the runaround. The last time that I was given any information I was finally told that they lost my paperwork when I originally sold a vehicle to them I called my bank this morning and they still have not received anything.UPDATE: I did finally receive payment but when I did it wasn’t for the correct amount. Then it took another day to get the rest of the money.Moral of the story: Don’t go here unless you like getting lied to.

Sales manager, Ryan approached me while I was waiting for my new car to be brought around. He told me that since I declined the extended warranty, the deal was off (even though all the paperwork had been signed by me and their finance representative). He said, I could still buy the truck if I agreed to the warranty. I told him that if that was the case, bring my car back up and Im leaving. After waiting for my car for about 15 minutes, he came out and asked what we could do to save the deal. I said Honor the deal we signed. After continuing to refuse to change terms on our signed contract through Ryans explanations about why the warranty was needed for the deal because my trade had negative equity and those warranties have profit built in for the dealer, Ryan finally said he would eat the loss so that I would stay a customer and asked in return that I send some people their way.I returned today to drop the extra key off for my trade, pick up the second key for the truck I bought and get my few things out of my car. My Harley Davidson sunglasses (and the pouch they came in) were gone. Car wasnt cleaned out, but those were.Forgot to mention that the truck was listed as having a bed liner, off road package and power package...it had none of these three

Had an oil change and tire rotation at this location and the service itself was great. Quick in and out. But not a single employee was wearing a mask! I purchased my car at the Shoup Mill location and am considering upgrading my car in the coming months but doubt I will be a returning customer if no one is wearing a mask. This is very disappointing. I had a great experience last time but will be taking my business elsewhere.

It pains me to say I cant recommend this dealership. My salesperson was Carrie and while she was very nice and very pleasant to deal with I found that she gave me a lot of misinformation to try to get me to purchase a car on the spot. She tried to talk me out of shopping around at other dealers to avoid my credit taking a hit. Every car I told her I was interested in was an SVG car but wasnt on their lot and she told me I shouldnt get that car and kept trying to talk me into a different car. When they came back with a finance offer and I told her I was not willing to entertain such a ludicrous offer. She brought back her floor manager who tried to talk me into getting a cosigner even though they knew I was not interested. I spent 15 minutes trying to be talked into walking out of the dealership with a car when they knew I wasnt interested.

I had a great time at SVG! I came all the way from Nashville and bought a low mileage ‘16 Highlander because they settled on a great deal and Sy my salesperson made sure that it wasn’t sold before I got there. Had a great time at SVG today. Carrie was awesome, super helpful, and not pushy. The best car buying experience Ive ever had.

I was shopping around for a new car right after I had totaled my car. I was interested in seeing what was there. I saw a Honda Civic that I wanted. Carrie came outside and waved me down.. I told her my situation. Carrie insisted on my getting my credit app. We did all the paperwork on the Civic and I was approved. I brought it home showed everyone on social media that I got a new car. Then I received a phone call that I had to return it that the loan didnt go through.. Carrie picked out two less than perfect vehicles for me a jeep renegade and a Ford Taurus. SHE talked me into getting the Taurus. After that they had informed Credit exceptance wouldnt allow me to have 2 loans. They would hold the Taurus for me that my down-payment would act as a deposit. I had kept in contact with Svg to make sure all is still good with them holding the Taurus. The manager Scott told me that Carrie no longer worked with Svg and referred me to Christian. I told them I just wanted my money back and Scott talked me into staying.. My insurance company took 3 weeks to settle with credit exceptance. Everything got settled. I was pumped to go get my Taurus. I get there and I was informed that the Taurus was no longer available cause they did some service which increased the price of the vehicle. I told Carrie that wasnt right and that I wanted the Taurus. Carrie said that if I wouldve had a higher credit score that all this wouldnt have happened. She got her finance manager and he said that I owed more money to Credit Exceptance which wasnt the case when I made my last payment prior going to Svg. The finance manger said that my options have changed in 30 days.. The finance Manger said that he had other cars that he can put me in and Carrie pulled up a Hyundai Kona.. I ask Carrie what were the other vehicles she said this is the only vehicle for me. Carrie said if I would have gone to a buy here pay here lot that i wouldnt get the same service or a nice vehicle. I drove the Kona and luckily it felt like me.. This car buying experience was horrible I wouldnt recommend this SVG location.
