Josh is a very honest,trustworthy,knowledgeable,polite,mechanic/business ownerTook my 01 Silverado with numerous problems that others were stumped on Not only did he solve every problem but he also found other minor bugs and fixed those also. Josh knows his business and takes good care of his customers. Ive been working on cars and hot rodding for 35yrs and have a good working knowledge. He didnt try to bs me and while there I witnessed some of his interactions with other customers. He seems very straight forward and honest. Most things I do myself, but if I need to have something done, this is will I will go or recommend to friends.

Recently moved to the area and Josh got us in and out within 3 hours without an appointment. The honesty, speed, and hospitality was unmatched. Anyone in the Dayton area should definitely go here!!

I cant say enough good things about the owner, Josh. He was extremely friendly and professional. Very genuine person. He stayed late to make sure that I got my truck back the same day that I dropped it off which I really appreciated. He does great work and his prices are beyond reasonable. He is knowledgeable and honest and is very passionate about what he does. I wont trust anyone but Josh to work on my vehicle. Josh is great, I had my Rogue towed to him, he replaced by starter, air compressor, drive belt, did oil change, put in new seals, and tightened everything up. I am really impressed, it runs great. He explains everything so I could understand and was affordable.

Had coolant spewing out and at the time had no idea why. It was a Monday and the following week was setup to be very busy. I called Josh who had an opening the next day. Tuesday morning I get a call bright and early from Josh saying it was just the water pump and he could have it fixed by the end of the day. Josh kept his word and with a fair price! I was back on the road that evening!

The A/C and starter had gone out on my girlfriends Ford Escape so we called around and my grandparents recommended we call Crafton so we did and made an appointment. They stayed in touch with us, did a great job fixing both issues, were affordable took the time to check and top off all our fluids. They were very friendly as well as just all around good people. I highly recommend Crafton to all my friends. the A/C is very cold now and the car starts every time. Couldnt be more satisfied with their work.

Josh is an honest auto mechanic - I had a leak in my car that I couldnt figure out - after the third visit he spent 3 days looking for it and couldnt find it and because he couldnt give me a reason he didnt charge me a cent even though he spent hours on labor. He honestly cares about the cars as well as the customer and thats a hard thing to find these days! I would definitely come back to this place for any car issues that didnt require a specialist or dealer!

I am extremely happy with the work Josh (i think is his name) has done for me in the last couple months. He fixed my truck on two seperate occasions, he was able to get my issues resolved very very quickly, he did not try to upsell me on stuff i wasnt looking for, and i feel like the cost was fantastic for the service and speed i recieved here. Most of the time i try to fix my vehicles myself, but the cold at the time, and the difference in speed between myself and a professional mechanic with a shop was very much worth the money and ill definitely go see them again if i need more mechanic work. Fingers crosses that i dont, lol

I had good luck with this place when it was d.b.a. Dye’s Auto Care. I’m having even better luck now that it’s under new ownership & management. The only negative I can say is there might be a long lead time, but I suppose that’s only because everyone else is figuring out what a great place this is. It’s worth the wait.

The best experience I have ever had at a mechanic, Josh is an honest and stand up guy. I brought in a Nissan Rouge that I was planning on making an offer on and Josh found several red flags during his inspection. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this shop for repairs. I was very stressed searching for an affordable price to get a clutch job done, and a place that would do a good job. I have been trying for well over a month to get my vehicle worked on but the owner can never get the parts in. That’s not too much of a big deal as much as the fact that at on at least 4 occasions, either the owner and/or his wife tells me that they’ll call me with an update, yet they never do. Telling somebody that you’ll do something, then not doing it, is in my mind, unprofessional. I can’t recommend Crafton and would say go somewhere else.

I couldnt recommend Crafton Auto Care enough! Josh saved me big time when I needed the control arm replaced on our primary family minivan. He replaced both control arms in what has to be record time, and charged me an incredibly fair price. Josh and Sara were very friendly and professional. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else!

Excellent car repair run by wonderful people.I got my A/C repaired at Crafton while visiting Beavercreek based on recommendations of friends in the area, and I certainly understand their high praise. Despite several issues in the part getting delayed that were out of Craftons control, Josh and Sara went out of their way to get the part and get it installed fast enough for me to drive back home on time. I highly recommend Crafton!

My muffler broke on my Nissan so I brought my car in for a muffler replacement. Not only are they hundreds cheaper than other nearby auto repair shops, they replaced it within 3 hours and the quality is amazing!

Quick and under $30.

I stopped in to ask a question and discovered Dyes had sold the business. I talked to the new owner, John. He was very friendly and very knowledgable about cars. He took the time to thoroughly explain things to me. Im sorry to see Dyes go but feel very comfortable with Craftons.
