The team from Beavercreek Heating and Air did a great job removing our old Heating and AC unit and replacing it with a brand new system. Our AC unit went out after 19 years and not only did they give us a very fair quote but they were able to get it installed the next day. They had to bring a team up from Columbus to do it but they went out of their way to make sure we got our AC back up and running in 1 day during one of the hottest days of the year.Instead of a salesman coming into our home and trying to over sale us on a system that was probably way more than we needed they gave us a no-nonsense quote at a fair price that will do everything we need it to do. I would highly recommend them when looking for any type of Heating and AC service.

Josh was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was amazed at the amount of time he took to check every component of my furnace. With the amount of time he took and only to be charged $39? I assumed that he would have found something that would have driven the cost up. But no, the $39 coupon was all I was charged. Josh spent some time after the furnace tune up answering my questions. I have found my HVAC company. You really need to give them a call.

Alright, so the guy who came out to have a look at our old furnace was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He walked us through what happened, and what needed to happen to fix the situation. Our heat exchanger went out and it wouldnt be worth buying a new one for a 20 year old furnace. We ended up getting a new furnace from the company and they gave us a great deal, even upgrading us to the carrier brand. Then they sent two installers out like a day later(really quickly, noice), and they were also fantastic, friendly, fast, and professional. Sometimes companies send out cheerful salesmen and some really moody installers but everyone from the phone operators to the installers were just great. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is how companies should be doing business. Ill likely be grabbing an AC from then coming up this spring!

Called them to fix my grandmother’s AC in her Beavercreek home and they came out same day. They called when they were on their way, they were on time, polite and respectful, and didn’t try to take advantage of a little old lady. I typically dont leave reviews unless Im extremely happy, and this time is no different. Josh and Chad were here on time, got to work quickly to find the problem with my heating system, and were very professional. Josh talked me through my options of of either a repair or replacement. Seeing as how my system was 24 years old, and I wanted to sell the house in 2+/- years, the band aid fix (MY words not his) was not the best choice, even if it was the less expensive option. He was able to get me a great deal and with zero interest financing. So glad I called this company vs any of the others on Google or in my area. I would imagine that needing to get a heating system repaired or replaced is typically a stressful situation, but Josh and Chad made it so much easier ( and dare I say, enjoyable?) Would not hesitate to call for any services needed in the future and highly recommend this company. They truly live up to the 5 star name!
