Worst place to get a truck. Lied to us the first time we used them, thought it was a one time thing, tried them again and lied to us again. Office staff has no idea what they’re doing and gave us the run around.

Horrible place. First they tried to give us a broken trailer and my driver notices the broken part and then they gave different trailer stating we can use it on a one way trip but the contact stated that it has to come back to this place, so this is the sound false statement. When we drop it to Dayton, OH they are charging me $3000 to have some one bright the trailer back to TX. Market rate is way below the $3000. Stay away from these scammers.

I had a pleasant experience no problems. Twenty six inch truck with automatic lift.

I rented a truck and was quoted for miles and cost per day. Charged 8$ a gallon to refill, which they figured at 5 miles per gallon. And other unknown fees. Final cost was 3X the amount it was signed for. Would highly recommend uHaul

Awesome people and service i rented a truck and wasnt able to refuel it do to my card being hacked and the lady there could have said to bad so sad and charged me the full price of over 200 dollars but she didnt she billed me for 77 dollars awesome people
