He came very quickly after I called. It was a dark road so he made sure I was safe then started to load my car. Quick and professional.

Mr. Eddie was extremely helpful and kind. He charged us less than most competitors would have. He went out of his way to help us push the car into a parking spot once it was off the tow truck. He also shared some great stories while we rode with him in the tow truck. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing towing help!

A&R Towing came real quick to me when I drove onto a flooded road. I was panicked in the beginning because I didnt know what to do, but once they got there they really lightened the mood. They were willing to help me push my car to the side for free even after I decided not to tow in the end. Theyre real nice people and Id recommend them.

Oh My Gosh! Eddie,of A & R Towing-Beaumont, Texas was the kindest, most respectful, caring & helpful man ever. I-10 East just a bit West of Beaumont, pouring rain, lots of traffic, I ran over an unavoidable remnant of a Semi’s steel belted tire. That’s it. Chewed my new tire & rim to pieces. I felt safe w/Eddie & he got me back on the road. He came through 911 after my Allstate Roadside Assistance said it would likely be 3 hrs before they would get there. They weren’t going to pay for towing service either. I specifically asked that question. I’ll be returning my Sync-Up & Drive. First & Last time to call them. Allstate told me to call 911. It would be faster. Thank you, Eddie, for being amazing & caring about those you serve. I recommend A & R Towing 100%. If you’re lucky, you might get Eddie.

Please do not use this towing service. The owner will try to scam as much money out of you, or your insurance company, as he can. He picked our truck up at 1PM, when my husband went to retrieve it from the yard at 6PM that night, it was still on his tow truck. He stated he was not removing it that night and we would have to return the next day. This allowed him to collect more money. Then when we arrived the next day, he added up the total to almost $500.00. After calling other tow truck companies, this was at least $200.00 more than their estimates. He stated it was a difficult tow because it was positioned partly on dirt and the street. There are many other details from terrible customer service, to hidden fees, to missing equipment after we picked up the car. I was advised by Beaumont PD to take him to small claims court but I havent done it yet. Please, dont give him any service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We just had major flooding from Imelda and my car was damage from being trapped in the flood and he was just as rude as possible talking over me, nasty attitude, and being sarcastic. Don’t waste your time I had to call someone else.

He called us TWICE SAYING HE WAS ON HIS WAY!!!HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND WOULD NOT ANSWER OUR CALLS!He TOLD MY HUSBAND ON ONE OF HIS PHONE CALLS THAT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT HAD CALLED HIM! That TOO WAS A LIE! My husband ASKED A POLICE OFFICER ABOUT THAT AND HE JUST LAUGHED, AND SAID THAT THIS GUY HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS!!!PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The only reason I’m giving one star is because I have to to be able to write the review. But this guy sucks we told him 2 times we needed a Ford F-150 towed and showed up with the wrong equipment and started to give my husband attitude saying we didn’t tell him the correct model car. Plus took him 2 hours after we called him. DONT I repeat DONT give him your time or service!!!!
