Overall, the experience was good. I called, with an answer, to receive a quote on towing a C7500, a rather large truck. The quote was pricey but affordable given the situation. I wanted other quotes before agreeing so I hung up and called back later to accept the quote. Customer service on the phone was very respectful and happy to assist me. However, the next day, the day I had scheduled for my truck to be towed, the driver comes to the property with a sour attitude. I believe the drive’s name was Mr Mike Zaloom. He complained about not being able to contact me, the driveway being too tight for the tow truck even though my large C7500 fit with ease, the spot that my truck broke down which I couldn’t help, and even how I planned to pay with a business check saying, “We normally don’t take checks. Only cash or credit cards”. The previous day I was told cards would have an additional 4% charge so have other means of payment besides a card. On the upside, the truck was well maintained, the company stayed with the price originally quoted, and they showed up on schedule. It was simply frustrating to put up with a bad attitude.

Water pump or radiator blew while running errands in Beaumont and was on the road being towed within 50 mins of calling the office. Very quick. Awesome service, professional and honest to God good people. After I was towed home I left my wallet in the tow truck and was later met 13 minutes from my home before Memorial weekend. Small towns make you do big things. Between 2 locations title and registration to vehicle disappeared. New tire flat battery dead and of course one would park the car in a pool of water. Daily storage fee over the state limit. Will give you a hard time when the facts are in their own paper work.They were gracious enough to purchase an over priced battery with their business account must not be to great no discount.They did admit Im no mechanic odd considering the equipment, not every man knows how to use it. Fortunate four me.

Rude I had to wait 4hours he kept saying he was on his way sometimes they wouldnt answer sent me to voicemail after they told me it would only be a hour. I asked do you take cash or credit the mantold me if my friend credit card worked he would take it . What kind of customer service is that . Called at 12 in the morning to assist my daughter stranded on 59. They said a driver would call her when they were on the way. After 30-45 minutes we didnt here anything. Price was as quoted. Very professional driver who had a great attitude. Would recommend using this company for any towing needs. They towed me 100 miles plus a trailer for a reasonable fee in the middle of the night. They had the right equipment to do the job.

Well no one really likes to have their car towed, the people at the yard were very helpful when we went to pick the car up.

The driver of the larger truck they have came down are small narrow residential road towing a Entergy utility truck. After trying 3 times and driving in my yard to make the very hard right turn they had to make. While making that turn the top of the truck got ahold of the cable line and I believe the electrical line. After my wife ran out hollering stop stop the driver continued on ripping the cable line off of my house where it connects. And almost ripping off the electrical. Now we have no internet and have to get spectrum out to fix it. When she called spankys to tell them. Whoever answers told her not their issue the line shouldnt hang that low. A truck that size shouldnt be on our road. So yes my review is Ill gladly use someone else for my towing needs and make sure I let known the BS they caused whenever I am given the chance.

Unprofessional tow truck theydeserve zero rate non but zeroThe man I delt with he have no idea about tow truck business or storage I been dealing with tow truck and storage fasilty in a long time years and I never had any problem but dealing with spankys towing it’s the must bad experience I had today 👎🏼👎🏼They don’t obey the TDLR and the man work there or the owner I’m not sure who’s he is he will try to keep your car for extra days to add more charg even du you have all the right document the tdlr ask for get your car released yet they will lie and say you missing something or you don’t have insurance when you do ! or he will say ther close after 5 and weekend just come back Monday even du they Require to be open 24/7 by the tdl law..smhAll I can say for now they have very bad customer services !!!

I have a personal story from a family member id like to share with you.A few months ago they got in a wreck in hardin county. Well his wife the owner of the vehicle tried to retrieve items from the vehicle but was denied in the beginning without proper paper work which was in the vehicle. Finally she was able to get do the vehicle but was unable to get to anything because of all the parts from another vehicle inside theirs. Eventually the driver got so irritated with her and started throwing parts out the car and almost hitting her in the stomach who was pregnant at the time. The dirver got so irritated at the whole situation that he locked her and her ride who has a child with them in ans called the cops. The child ended out peeing on himself because he couldnt hold it anymore because the driver Wouldnt let them go. Absolutely unacceptable.

This company makes me sick. I got into a car accident and they were the company called to assist. I called to go get me belongings and vehicle and they told me that MY CAR BURNED TO THE GROUND! They never unhooked my battery and blamed me for all of the damages and damages to vehicles around it. The owner is a rude and nasty man who wouldnt even reason with me when I explained this was there responsibility to take safety precautions to avoid problems like this. He was just insincere amd absolutely rude. He is tryingto make me responsible for not only replaceing my vehicle but paying for the damages to the other vehicles around it. Not to mention all of my belongings, sentimental unreplaceable items are lost due to their careless and horrible business.
