Owner very unprofessional. Rented the 13 by 13 luau jumper, tables and chairs. Owner texted me at 9:06pm on the day of the party that he was outside to pick up jumper, tables and chairs for another party. Never was this part mentioned prior to booking it. I still had guest at the tables and kids inside the jumper. He drove into my driveway way too fast almost knocking down my mailbox. He seemed extremely rushed and agitated! This is not the way to do business when we are in the middle of a birthday party. What company does this? I texted him back and never responded.

DNN Party rental is Awesome! We rented a Frozen Bounce House for my daughters birthday party and she had a blast! The nicest disney jumpers I have found are here. This is to place to rent from. The nicest and cleanest one. David is easy going and straight forward. Highly Recommend!

So unfortunately I didn’t rent one from them because they didn’t have a driver to delivered it.I’m not giving a 3 star for that fact. My rating is due to lack of follow up and not letting me know with enough time that they couldn’t do it. If it was for me texting them bk I wouldn’t have had enough time to find a jumper so please be in touch with your customer on a timely manner. All the best

My experience with DNN was great! The service A+. I rented the Disney jumper last year for my daughters third birthday and it was clean, colors were vibrant and very nice. I was very pleased. My sister and I, both, have rented for our parties and will continue to as long as we are provided good business. :)

Think twiceBooked a party for my daughters first birthday. Owner David called me less than a week before starting he had booked a large corporate party. Wanted to drop off the equipment three days before and have me store it. Then have me pull the equipment out and set it up myself, stating I was liable for damages. Never stated he would give me a discount even when the price included set up. Never showed compassion only stating there were other companies out there with the same product. Will never go with this company again. Hope you think twice if you think he is reliable. Seems like they are more worried about the bigger payoff then the consistent business.

I have been using DNN over 7 years, I have never had a problem with them. They are flexible and accommodating. David and Nancy are are always friendly and professional. The prices are very good compared to the competition. I would definitely recommend them.

Owners were very reliable and friendly! The bounce house we rented was big and very clean. Rented it for Saturday and they delivered it on a Friday monrning. Our kids were very happy and had a great time playing with it. Price is great too! Thank you so much for your service.😀

Very friendly owner and very reasonable prices! They came the night before our superbowl party to set up the jumper which was very clean and looked almost brand new. The tables and chairs were in great shape and easy to set up. I definitely will call for all our parties in the future.

I had a great experience dealing with D & N Party Rentals. We reserved a jumper, cotton candy machine, Hotdog machine, popcorn maker, a table and some chairs. They arrived on time, set everything up and picked everything up later that night (also on time). Everything was nice and clean and the kids had a blast.

Booked with them text all my info as requested but they never replied to confirm, i thought maybe there busy so the following day i text him again to confirm we were all set they finally call back and they did not put me down for the correct items, he goes on to tell me he deletes all texts because he has alot of orders. I dont understand why you give me a price by text and ask to send you the adress of the event by text if your going to end up deleting your text messages. I ended up canceling be cautious and look out when booking with this business.

Excellent pricing, jumper was clean, decent pricing for jumper, chairs, and tables. Delivery was on time, efficient, and communicative. Will recommend and use in the future!
