I always rent here they are the friendliest people

We went through this company for our wedding and will never use them again. They promised us wooden chairs for our wedding and then delivered some sort of brown metal and plastic chair. After going back and forth, they swapped out the chairs but told me that I had to come get them after I paid To have them delivered and received the wrong chairs. I then Was given only a fraction the chairs that I ordered and had to make yet another trip to pick up more chairs that were again supposed to be delivered. The owner then told me to make it right, she would refund me for the chairs and is now refusing to do so. For someone that has been in that business for as long as she has claimed to be, you would think they would have better customer service than that.These people will nickel and dime you on everything and then not honor their word. While the owner is available after hours for phone calls, they are only looking to take your money. If you can go to a different company with better customer service, I highly Recommend doing so. They made the wedding setup and whole experience for my wife and I a Disaster and are now refusing to honor their word with a refund on the chairs like they promised.

We rented the white chairs for my daughter’s outdoor wedding. I was very happy with the condition of the chairs. Pick-up was easy. The chairs stack easily. They looked beautiful out in the grass.

I would never use these people again. The first bounce house leaked air. The second one leaked water all over my grass. Then they broke my Guarage door. Very unprofessional.

​Im not one to blast businesses when I receive poor customer service, but I feel completely disrespected by AAA Rental. I rented a bounce house for my sons birthday. This company is AWFUL at communication with customers and did not call to let me know when they would be delivering the bounce house. I just so happened to be at home during the work day because my son was sent home from school. They were too busy to pick up the bounce house on Monday so I agreed to keep the bounce house one more day. I specifically asked that I be called before the came to pick it up so that I could ensure I would be there to let them in. I never heard from them on Tuesday, but when I got home from work, they had come to get the bounce house meaning they had to climb the fence and unlock the gate (which locks from the inside). Meanwhile, my dog was inside the house and ate the framing on the door trying to get out because there were strangers in the yard. I immediately called and the lady who answers the phone said she would call the delivery team and asked what happened. Never heard back. My husband called and spoke to the owner the next morning and the owner admitted that her employees entered our backyard without permission and saw no problem with it. She was completely unapologetic about the whole situation, arguing that her business was swamped and too busy to call yesterday. I am just blown away that a company would be okay with employees breaking and entering into a customers yard. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

These people are great. Used them to rent one of those jumping things for daughters bday party. They are very inexpensive

We have rented about six times over the past five years. Delivery is prompt and very friendly. Service in the store is great. The only draw back is it may be time to update some of the bouncers.

We rented a blowup for VBS. We picked up and setup on church property only to realize it had numerous 1/4 in. to 1/2 in. holes throughout the blowup. Which we had to tape tape ourselves. We contacted AAA Rentals only to be told to tape up. While talking to them the blowup collapsed on a number of children. The women on the phone was very rude and finally said to just return unit. Our Pastor called them back to talk to manager who happened to be the same person. She again was very rude to him also. Both conversations was overheard by numerous people. I personally have used this company in the past but will never use again. It was obvious that there was no inspection of the blowup. Thank God no one was hurt!!

I almost rented the entire store lol. They were so sweet, kind, and even loaded & unloaded all items. Thank you!!

Will Never Do Business With Them Again! I had called at least 6 months before my wedding to reserve 18 round tables and a dance floor to be delivered to our venue. After looking at our wedding venue I called about 2 months before the wedding and told them that I would not need the dance floor only the tables... at which time all they said was okay no problem. Then 2 days before my wedding I get a call from them confirming the 18 tables needed for that date and then mentioned that the delivery option is no longer available due to me not meeting the amount of money required for delivery anymore.... Excuse me? They couldnt tell me this when I called 2 months ago to cancel the dance floor? so I asked the lady how far away was I money wise from meeting the requirement to have my delivery still go thru... she told me $30.00 bucks so I told her I would call her back. I got on there website and found an arch for $35-40 and called back and asked her to add it on so that I can still get my items delivered. She came back on the phone a few moments later after speaking with the owner and told me that the owner says the money requirement didnt matter the fact is they are busy and delivering only 18 tables and an arch just wasnt justifiable.... are you kidding me? I then explained to her that I was a this predicament because of them not informing me about this when I canceled the dance floor 2 months prior. she then went and spoke with the owner again who agreed that it was a mistake on there end and that they will deliver but I had to pay for the tables that day over the phone... which I did. For 18 table they charged me $256.55 which included a delivery fee, but wait there is more. The owner told the girl on the phone to tell me that the tables will be delivered before 10 on the day that I booked..... they ended up not showing up until after 2 which put everything behind since the venue was already decorated and we were just waiting on the tables so we could put the table clothes/runners/décor on them. Not to mention the tables where crap. we couldnt use about a 3rd of them because the legs kept falling out from underneath the table.... bad business! so be warned people if you do choose to rent from them.

Awesome- amazing- again!!!!!!! Great staff great bounce house and will use them every year !!!! I would give 10 stars if I was able they came out set it up and picked up and no hidden costs or feed very honest and just wonderful!!!!
