We had so much fun! From the moment I made my first nervous call the staff was so helpful and easy to work with. Once we got there we were happily greated by the staff who asked for my cake and decorations and from that moment on everything was taken care of. My party helper Ashlyn was amazing and really helped to make her birthday special.

Went to my Granddaughters birthday party there and all the kids had a great time.

Had my 10 year olds birthday here. They all had a blast and want to go back tomorrow 🥰. We did the pizza party package and it was reasonably priced and good value for the money. The staff was nice and helpful. Four stars because it was a little warm for my liking 😂.

TERRIBLE!!! We just had a party there for our 5 year old. For starters the music that was played was NOT appropriate for the age group we had. Also in the party details they tell you that you will get 3 LARGE pizzas. THAT IS A LIE!!!!! The pizzas they give are mediums at best. When we asked about the pizzas we were told that yes, those are our party larges we dont have time to make full size large pizzas for the parties. Let me suggest that if you dont have time to make a large pizza, DONT ADVERTISE A LARGE PIZZA!! Then to add to the fact that the entire time we were there they were rushing us and the clock they go by runs fast. On top of it all, as our baby was opening her presents, the staff persistently approached us with a bill trying to get us to pay it in the midst of this time where we should have been focused on the moment. Also, during the presents they continued telling us that we had to get the table cleaned off and we had to hurry up in doing so. I will not ever book a party with this skating rink again! I definitely would not recommend anyone to book a party with them.

Took my team there for an end of year party and they loved every minute.

When the lights were on (not pictured), atmosphere felt very dull and boring, but the occasional glow skate was fun. Demographic was most young children, and place was pretty packed on a Saturday night. Bathrooms were ok, and overall this is definitely a fun place for kids who want to skate.

Absolutely loved this place if you expect to go please show up about 45 minutes early because they only accept so many people and you will be turned away its a very clean very nice people nice lockers even have a device for learners not to fall they have a nice concession stand will absolutely go again

I wish I could say more about this place, but I just cant. Its old as the hills, and in need of renovation. The floor needs repair, and just a really small rink for the amount of people that were there. Ill drive to a Houston rink instead.

This might be the only place worth the price of admission in a 50 mile radius

When I went ther Ethel place was filthy I got my skates Im a 9 and they gave me 7 but I didnt check because I trusted them now I have a blister thats the size of 3 quarters from there skates

This place was ok. The birthday party area isnt separated from the floor & for birthday party guests.. the employee serves your food & drinks but stands there the whole time.. like thank-you but ... 3 stars. The pizza is not as good as you would expect... Its not warm & its very over salted.

Had my grandbabys 5th birthday party here and I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The music was NOT appropriate for that age group. The staff was not friendly at all, and they advertised 3 large pizzas for the party and we were given mediums, if that and we were told that they didnt have time to make large pizzas for a party so this is the party large. We were RUSHED the entire time and when my grandbaby was opening her gifts, her parents were rushed and harassed to pay the bill, and to get the table cleaned off. Also, if you have a party for young kids there, I think you should offer the assistance walkers AT NO CHARGE, if they are getting the beginner skates due to already paying $10 for each skater. The amount of money paid for this party was definitely NOT worth the accommodations. If I could give less than one star for this review, I would!!!

Had a private party for my 7 year old niece. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The private party rate is a little expensive for the 2 hour slot, but staff were great and the kids enjoyed the glow party atmosphere.

The price went up then 5 dollars just to watch reallly wow

Just came from this place. Rude staff, food was subpar, and they kept rushing our party. I told a staff member the time was off he said that they know. I even got a picture and it time stamped on it. And they where rush with that time.I will not ever recommend and will tell people to stay away.

This skating rink is by far the best place to have something to-do when youre bored. Mostly every year I visit here to come skating for a private event. The staff are awesome! They do play along with the customers for fun! I remember coming here during my younger years of a child! Cant believe how the time flew by! Packed house back then. I do see this skating rink in having a great potential for the community. If you go, I recommend riding in the inline skates as its so much easier to skate with and you dont have to worry about falling as much as compared with the usual skates(roller skates/quad skates). Now, the only complaint I have is that the parking lot paint needs to be updated. The parking lot lines should be striped and marked with paint as I can see the old paint is wearing out/non-seeable. Thats the only concern I have. Great place to visit. I would recommend this place! Fantastic to have your celebrations here if you want to do something fun!

I used to love this place, bought skates here but it has really changed. Have free tickets but was made to feel unwelcome so havent used them. Refused any music requests unless rap or club songs. Parents treat it as party and dont supervise their kids who run over people on floor. Heard some customers had belongings stolen from under seats. Food is terrible and floor is filthy and stained my clothes when kids knocked us down.

Mostly the classic feeling I had growing up- shameful pleasure party music, bowling alley quality food, kids everywhere, a scratched up hardwood floor, and a disco ball. Everything I want in a rink! The only thing I hated was the skates. They were wet on the inside when I got them and they smelled like awful sweat. The smell even got into my socks. Other than that, a great experience.

This place is a fixture in Beaumont Im 55 years old and I attended my first birthday party for a classmate here and after all these years kids still have a blast skating and getting birthday treasures here and now my grandkids skate here. smile big.

It was okay my son fell and the assistants on the floor was busy talking to a group of friends instead of tell the bigger kids to slow down and stop with all the tricks around smaller kids the food court burnt my pizza and totally forgot about even letting me know safety needs to be more enforce

My friends and I visited this establishment this past Saturday and I am very disappointed in the way we were treated by the manager, Thaddeus. We went to the open skate from 12-4pm but were not aware that there was a birthday party that day. Because of this half of the floor was blocked off and the music was more kid-friendly. We skated around for less than 10 minutes and decided we wanted to come back that evening for the later session. We were told that we would be able to receive a refund and return later. While receiving the refund, there were rude remarks made by Thaddeus such as, these stupid a** girls. He also gave us mean looks as we left. We later returned for the evening session that same day. Thaddeus was still rude and just overall made the environment uninviting. The ONLY reason we returned was because there are no other skating options in Beaumont and we really wanted to skate. I will not be returning back to this establishment until this management issue is fixed. This is not the way you should treat paying customers!

Would have rated it lower due to a couple of factors. They were only open for four hours on a sat. They had a couple of birthday parties so there were times my children had to sit and wait to get out there. But owners kindness is why I gave it three stars.

I didnt like the fact they didnt have nothing for the kids who are learning how to skate. I also didnt like the fact that dont have much games for the kids. I just have couple reason s why I didnt like the skating rink. My son is only 2 years old so its wasnt a for sure thing that he was gonna skate all night. I asked for a refund they couldnt do that. Also asked for a request for didnt music. It just a horrible experience. Wouldnt recommend it

My great nephews enjoy their time everytime we go to Texas on Wheels. It doesnt matter how long the break has been between visits we always get the same welcoming smile from everyone. Best place the bring your family! 😀

I Love Going here every Saturday its so much fun I have been going here ever since I was 5 years old I am a teen but still its a great place to bring the children staff are very friendly but a thing I should warn you about every Saturday from 7-11 some of the older kids on the rink sometimes push other kids down if they dont know how to skate and the girls and older boys are sometimes bullies so watch and but have fun!😄

Great place for the kids to have fun but I believe parents should stay with there kids, because the kids curse like sailors and act as thought they have no manners. Meet there girlfriend and boyfriends here, if you not with them you dont know how they are behaving. On top of kids getting ran over on the skating ring floor and bully going on as well. The music didnt make it no better there was cursing in a couple of songs that was played. I got up to go ask one of the young men behind the counter, where you get your skates from about the music he acted as though he didnt hear the curse words, but he had to say something to who ever was playing the music because they put on better music after I said something about it. I appreciate him for the communication. Again parents should not just drop there kids off this is not a daycare.

Ive had teens visit both of your locations . And everyone I have had visit cones back and says they had fun but there could ve some things changed . Try having a lock in 1 more time . Those were amazing and I remember when I was 4 yall had movies playing at your location in orange tx. Bring that back and your ratings are guaranteed to go up

Good place to skate. Too many slower songs for my taste, but they still played a few to shuffle to.

If youre an avid skater youll know that the floors are a bit slick or dusty, that dont have many activities but they do have cops and robbers. The place is usually very crowded making it hard to skate, but it serves its purpose as a rink.

It was okey just need to mix up on the music cause theyve other races that dont understand that music but they want understand ours either. But its an multi cultures even though some people might not think so.

No other skating place so ok. But, wouldnt recommend; it is not like most skating places. Minimal skate games & off floor activites. Old wooden floor that seems dusty and they definately need added music variety. This place needs a good, complete renovation.. better floor, atmosphere and more up to date activites!! #LetsGuide
