I also had them clean my tile floors in the kitchen. I did notice that they had billed me for three bedrooms and I only had two bedrooms done. But both guys were nice. I knew Wayne from previous cleanings and he was the leader of this pack of two. I will have to wait several hours for the carpet to dry. I did notice that they dripped some water, not much, on my wooden floors. I cleaned it up, mostly, with some help from second member of their crew. I would give them five stars, for what they did. Very responsive.

Cleaning service was very good. They did a great job getting all stains out of the carpets. I am disappointed that the workers changed my thermostat to 67 degrees on our upstairs unit without my knowledge. We have a smart system. Once the service was done we left our home for a few hours so the carpets could dry. Since they had changed the thermostat without me knowing the heater kicked on the opposite unit defeating the drying process. I wish they would have communicated to me that they had changed the temperature. We will think twice about using Stanley steamer in the future.

The cleaning job that I requested from Stanley Steemer out of Scott, La well exceeded my expectations!! We recently had carpet installed in some rooms and tracking through left some severe staining, which I wasnt sure could be taken out. Arthur and Kevin were very courteous, friendly and professional! Arthur explained what would be done and also gave information about all of the cleaning services they offer, as well as, products for sell. I was amazed at how little time it took but with such efficiency! I thought it would pretty much take all day to do the job; however, it was all done in a very timely manner but a job well done! I would HIGHLY recommend their service and will not hesitate to contact them again!

They talk to me about how they are going to run their equipment, how long it is going to take and what we should do after they are done and gone. I looked at reviews before I booked a appointment and read all kind of bad reviews but booked them anyway and I so so glad I did. The two guys were very nice and professional. My carpet before they got here was terrible, I thought they’d never get it clean, but oh my god my carpet looks brand new. They cleaned my furniture also and I couldn’t be happier with the way it came out. I don’t know why all the bad reviews but my experience was a fabulous one!

The carpets were cleaned well without any complaints. I can’t say the same for the other services. I had a wood stair case cleaned as well as a tile bathroom and grout cleaning with sealant that weren’t done well at all. They were still fairly dirty. The service was very expensive so this was a huge disappointment. The techs were very polite but left their shoe coverings sitting on my carport. I would not recommend this company. I had used them years ago and had a totally different experience.I was contacted by the manager and they’re coming back. Wonderful customer service!

I have used Stanley Steemer many times in the past with ok results. Today I had them come out again, as I do several times a year. I ordered the service online as I have in the past and when I arrived at my home after my son let them in, I was informed rudely that I had incorrectly ordered the service online. The technician went on and on about how I was not ordering correctly online and that he had to call the home office. I felt like he was too aggressive and could have been way more polite. I felt like I was being verbally assaulted in my own home. I will admit the cleaning was good today, but the last time they were here it left a lot to be desired. Needless to say, I will not be reccomending them to anyone. I also felt like it was not a good value for the money and abuse I put up with.

We are moving into a house that had dingy carpets that we didnt want to replace yet. Even though there are still some stains, I have peace of mind knowing they are clean. The only issue we had is one of the service guys peed in a toilet that didnt work and no one found it for 3 days...

Last week i had wrote a review on this company. It was a not good review but they called me and reschedule the appointment since i was not completely satisfied.. That tells me alot about a company. They came out today and completely redone the job and it looks amazing. Arthur and brandon were very professional they are out of the scott office in lafayette la.. Called around 9:00 am to request service. Crew arrived before 1:00. They were courteous, professional and neatly attired. Were shown the scope of the work to be completed and immediately began to get the job done. The work preformed was excellent. I’m sorry but I have used this company plenty of times and this time they weren’t at my home for a hour. They cleaned three rooms, stair case, hallway, and entry. Normally I have young guys that put wedges under the furniture but this time. I had just painted and they scratched my walls. I’m just out done!!

I have high traffic on Berber carpet & I have Stanley Steemer come clean my carpets at least 4 times a year. I am always very pleased and highly recommend my technician, Chris Tolliver. He is always very accommodating and conscientious! He cares about getting the job done right! Even though they will move the furniture for you, I typically have it moved so that they can spend the allotted time cleaning. Im never disappointed!

Chris and Nick did an outstanding job steaming the old tile and grout in my mothers house that is up for sale. They were able to clean years of dirt away and restore the tile and grout to a brand new look. They were professional, courteous and excellent young men who worked hard and did a wonderful job.

We booked online and were able to schedule for the next day. Our time slot was 9am to 1pm and the two man crew showed up at 9:30am.They introduced themselves, surveyed the areas to be cleaned and then briefly explained the process.They used corner guards so the paint work wasn’t damaged and were very careful to wipe up any drips on the wood floor.The carpets looked extremely clean when they left.The bill was shown on an iPad and all charges were as expected except I found a coupon and they applied that so there was a discount.Five stars to them for a great cleaning job, professional attitudes, clear explanation of process and easy payment.Would highly recommend and use again.

They gave us the estimate & cleaned our entire flooring all during the same visit. The carpet looks almost new again. Nice fresh smell. The two guys that came were courteous and professional. They came during their time slot, they shook my hand and gave their names when they entered, cleaned my carpets quickly, did a great job cleaning, and gave some good tips (be careful, give it 12-24 hrs, air on 72°). Clean carpets is a great start to my Saturday. Excellent service.

I called Stanley Steemer out to clean my tile after construction. My tile had sheetrock mud and dust all over it. They just pushed the dirty water next to the walls in some places and other places didnt even take the time to work on the heavier spots. I had to go behind them with a mop after they left. I wouldve called them back but didnt have the time for them to come back due to needing tile cleaned for Thanksgiving. The men that came out were punctual and friendly but It was not worth the $300 + cost.

Disappointed in how much I paid for not great results. My driveway and walkway is nothing but swirls from the pressure wash. Tons of areas missed making it all look ugly. The crew didn’t take their time and rushed to complete the job. Won’t be using Stanley Steemer again.

Can depend on them to be on time, great service and fantastic job on my floors. Will see them next week to clean my tiles.Been using Stanley Steamer for about 6 years every 6 months. They do a great job every time regardless of what service I request. Also helps they have specials that help me save money on large jobs

I have used Stanley Steemer for years but this cleaning for so disapointing that I will not be using them again. I paid $55 to have a section of my hardwood floors clean - about a 3 x 30 walkway -. Sadely to say he did not use a machine he mopped it! We had a discussion about his procedure. Not good. Also 1 bedroom of carpet did not smell like they cleaned it. It smelled like wet carpet. In the past, I could smell the clean. But not this time. After the carpet dried, all my spots came to light. I went to the store to get the Rug Doctor spot spray and all came up. Goes to say if you want a job done well, do it yourself.

Floor was a disaster after the walls were texturized and painted. So much was dropped on the floors. I didn’t think the floors would ever be presentable again. But Stanley Steemer brought them back to like new condition I can never say enough positive about this company and the young men that did all the hard work

We have used this carpet cleaning company many times. They are very courteous people that came out this time. The problem was they seemed to not know how to clean the carpet to work their way toward the door without walking over areas done. There were footprints over the whole living room and this has never been the case. Also, they left our garden hose out in the yard and the gate opened which allowed our dog to escape when I let him outside. The footprints are the real issue though. Others in the past knew how to go around the room and out the door without a print left in the past.

Technicians were on time and very respectful and friendly. They did a very thorough job, and completed the work in an impressive amount of time.
