Alfredo took his time cleaning my car. He cleaned it as if it were his own car. He did an excellent job. Best work Ive seen since coming here. Give that man a raise. And they also gave me a $3 discount. That was an unexpected nice surprise. Really nice of them to do that for me.

I been a customer to this car wash/gas station for the last 5+ years. I was very disappointed with the on-site manager. Purchased a hand wash with a leather treatment. When my vehicle was ready to pick, I noticed that my leather wasn’t waxed and explained to the gentleman who washed my car that I wanted my interior waxed not the exterior even though it wasn’t a fault of his own. Jasmine was very friendly, and helpful explaining what went wrong which was a miscommunication part on the person who wrote my request. I kindly requested to speak to manager on duty or to call me back to come out with a solution to resolve my request. Unfortunately, she refused to speak with me or contact me and told Jasmine to relate the message that they can fix it for another $30. At that point, it wasn’t about the money it was the principal of me paying for something that I originally asked for at the first place. Sadly, I will not be coming after so many years doing business with them

We took two of our Vehicles (Ford F-250 and an expedition) today to get a wash and we were so impressed with the quality of the car wash. We have had several mobile detailers come to our house that cost around $100 and have usually been disappointed. The oak valley chevron car was was by far way better than any of the people we have used in the past. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond with the detail they put into the wash. They provide an amazing wash (like a mini detail) with great customer service and for an affordable price. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work! You all are very much appreciated!! I would also like to recognize the employee Alfredo for his hard work and dedication to his job by providing us with the best detail wash we have had in a long time. Thank you Alfredo! You did an amazing job!!

Paid for the platinum car wash with added ext and int dressing and for the price it came out nicely. Would have given five star but the windows in the rear were untouched in my Jeep. Located to a few shops to go to while you wait such as a subway, nail shop, rite aid, etc. My kids lost their phone somewhere in the car and they found it and placed on the seat. Wasnt too busy when we showed up and took about 1.5 hours I believe. Will definitely come back and make sure all the windows are addressed for what I paid for.
