They scratched my car pretty badly. Black Range Rover and my concerns and disappointment were quickly dismissed and disregarded by management and staff. The manager denied any responsibility and said there was no way they scratched it. The front hood had several circular scratches and I am 100% sure they werent there prior to bringing my car there.Yet I was told I was wrong and no way at all that they did it. Just be wary of this if you have a black car. Never going there again. Customers deserve better treatment in a situation like this

I went here yesterday. I paid. $22.99 for them to run my car thru the washer and thats it. No airfreshner that i asked for, they did not vacuum the car like it should of been, my rims were not clean I will not return to this place again

This place is awesome the manager Kenny is very professional and attentive to all his customers as my car was getting done he was back-and-forth helping customers while he could he made sure my car came out perfect and all the employees are very well mannered during COVID-19 it is hard to have a mask on while working outdoors I’m sure but all of them did they were very nice and professional,before I left Kenny walked around my vehicle with me and made sure I was happy before I drove off thank you Splash Car Wash very much I will definitely be returning because this young man definitely went out of his way please give this local business a try if you have not :)

The guy doing my car was just looking to see what the other guys were doing. I got an Ultimate car wash. $26.00 for half way down????Not good enough. I will be going somewhere else. It happened before and again this time. No more. The guy in charge is going to the office on and off and not checking out how the workers work. They suck

OK but not the quickest or the best.

It took almost 2 hours to get an oil change and car wash and when it was FINALLY done, a decoration on my dashboard, gifted from my daughter, was missing and they take no responsibility for missing items from your car. Manager still hasnt even bothered calling me back about it. Im so angry!

Good but once again they didnt put in the car air freshener. When I got in the car smell like sweat

They were way slow and left scratches on tail light fender and didnt even clean the windows I told them and they did a horrible job of cleaning windows, outside bumpers or the tires. How do they stay in buisness we will never be back and will tell others also

This is a well deserved one star rating not only for breaking my antenna but for the way they handled the situation, when getting in my car I noticed they had put my childrens coloring book that was in the back in the passenger seat when i dropped the car off upon moving it i find my broken antenna underneath, after taking a few minutes to put it back on is when i realized it was infact broken so i approached the man who cleaned my car, he tells me they took it off to avoid the spin brushes breaking it my response to him is to please try and put the antenna back on as I think it is broken, he does and yes it is broken so he gets a manager who tells me they did not remove the antenna the spin brush did and they have a sign posted releasing them of all liability of broken antennas. The manager was so unprofessional and rude when me and my husband were more than patient and trying to fix the situation by finding a solution to our broken antenna.

I love it there. They provide excellent service, they are quick, everuone is pleasant, and the prices are readonable.

Very Reasonable Price! The free unlimited vacuum time after was a huge plus. The Cleanest our cars been on this trip. Just wish it would have had room for our airstream to go through.

In Covid-19, employees wearing masks. Been here many times, car goes in dirty, inside and out, comes out clean, including carpet vacuuming and windows. Open 8-5 every day, except when raining. Guys are friendly, and active, as is the manager. Really busy on weekends. Indoor and outdoor waiting areas. Free coffee.

It was a great place. Just a little upset I had water markers on the front and back of the car. Other than that theres nothing else for me to say this place is horrible or be a mean Karen lol

Great car wash. Has been around forever. Employees are loyal and honest. The manager is wonderful. If ever they miss something (they are human) all you have to do is tell them and they are happy to do it again - but it doesnt happen very often.I love that they are close by and willing to offer you a ride if you are getting a detail.

Been coming here for years. Since my parents moved out here. They’re about the only full service car wash place in the area I think.Sometimes they have little mistakes, but if you mention it nicely, they’ll always take care of it and apologize for missing it in the first place.Recommended to come first thing when they open, as it can get VERY busy.They may not always have too many employees working so have a little patience, they do a great job 90% of the time.

Was there earlier today, bought the Senior wash $17.99....I have weather tech floor mats and had to vacuum AGAIN when I got home, u could clearly see small rocks and pebbles on the mats, the side door panels in the car were not wiped, u could see dust on the back seat door handles. I gave 2 stars ⭐️, I’m thinking now I probably should’ve given 1. Too much $$ for the value

Employees are nice, car goes through a wash then is finished with towel drying. They do a very nice job, clean the inside of the car and add your choice of fresheners.

Great customer service.

This was the only car wash I was going to for several years. And they did a good job. But the last time I was there, which will be the last time, I asked for a detail wash. Everything looked great until I started the car and suddenly my check engine light came on. And of course, they said it was nothing they did. But my mechanic said something different. Too much water got into the engine, causing one of the plugs to misfire. Too much of a chance to go back to them again.

I just went by for a basic exterior car wash, but the cost was cheap and the guys there did a good job!

They seem to always do a great job here with cleaning my car I never had a issue. I would of given five stars but the staff and management here are not friendly. If I could make a suggestion it would be talk to your customers more and be friendly at least give a warm greeting instead of giving them a mad dog look.

I probably could have given 4 stars because the overall experience really was good. There very customer oriented and all the employees have a pleasant attitude. There was one gentleman pushing a little to hard to repair my windshield. The need was very questionable .

First time using them and they were pretty nice and did a decent wash job on my car. This place is connected to a lube service center and they do offer free car wash here if you get your car serviced with them. The car wash also offers senior discount and it seems it is used well since there were a lot of senior coming here.I was happy overall and will return if needed to.

Love how they do the windshield repairs always ends up saving me a ton weather 5u have insurance or not and how my car always comes out so clean. Very funny, friendly workers and managers are very cool people. As well as the Napa lube there. 5 stars definitely.

Over priced for what you get. They do a below average job with no attention to detail. Inside windows left dirty, soap in the truck bed, and when you drive off the water from the mirrors, bumpers, and weatherstripping runs down the side of your vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do it yourself or find a better car wash.

Happen to be in the area so i had my car washed. If you still need to wipe the inside of your car, they didnt do a good job. Would not go there again.

Stay away, staff will pressure into repairing your windshield and if you refuse theyll ask you to leave if you dont fix it, at least this is what happened to our son. Very unprofessional, we use to bring our three vehicles each week to have them washed will not be doing so no longer. Im willing to drive south to Hemet much better service.

This was my first time here. Spacious waiting area and I love that staff will come inside to let me know my car is ready instead of honking horn. But it is expensive! $15 for basic wash.

My car looks great except for one complaint, the inside of my windows are foggy looking and smeared. It looks like the guy used the towel he uses to detail dash on the windows. Wish I payed more attention but was in hurry. Still would recommend this place because the customer service and prices are good. One mistake does not make it a bad business.

Not enough people work there to handle the amount of car/ trucks. Car sun dried before any body started drying it. Left water spots. The new prices are double of what they used to be. Also the vehicles are not hand washed any more which used to be a better job of washing. I might give them one more try but only if it is free with a oil change or smog. The automatic car wash (no longer hand wash) left to many bug spots on paint. This car wash is OK if your car is just dusty, but if its dirty your better going some place else. Received better car wash when they used to have X-felons work there.

Great car wash. I says get the ultamit car wash. There is a $5 coupon on Stater Brothers recipient. You just have watch to make sure they do the amoral the last 2 times they said it wasnt written on the window.

Friendly...but you do have to recheck interior for cleaning ...wash doesnt remove all grime tunnel wash old. Would not recommend for new vehicles

The pine needles and leaves that collect in the bed of the pick up, not a lot, but they are still there. Management says you have to tell them to spray out the pick up bed. Is there a list of what you have to tell them. My front middle seat area was not vacuumed, water was on the drivers seat and rear left seat and rubber floor mats, the windows I made sure were rolled up ahead of the wash. So I guess I should tell them to spray out the bed, vacuum the entire surface of the seats, and close the back door completely when done so the front door will close completely so I dont have a puddle on the floor and wet seats. Are all these things on their list for me to tell them. Ill go elsewhere.

I purchased the ultimate car wash, they never vacuum the whole vehicle. The windows had streaks in them. They dont will down the doors very well. And they leave smudges on the outside of the vehicle

Always do a great job here. Tried the one in Hemet and charged me for a detail over 100 and they did nothing but a normal wash. I will always come to Beaumont even if the drive is longer.

Worse car wash Ive ever been to. I dont know how they ever get repeat business. I RARELY leave reviews for any business, but felt I HAD to! I guess its my fault for going right before closing time, but why close at 5 when people are just getting off work? When I got out to my car and saw it was only half wiped down inside, I tried to ask 2 employees for a cloth, but I think they were ready to leave and did not offer to help. I just spent 30 minutes wiping down the inside myself. Why pay nearly $20 for a full service car wash if you have to finish their job for them?

I will never be returning to this place again biggest rip-off ever my dash was not clean my windows were not clean there was still stuff on the bottom of the floor and Ive been going there for six years in the service is the worst its ever been I will not be back ever again and all you ladies that live in sun lakes stop going there find a new place to go

Just had my car washed at the Splash located 655 Highland Springs Road Ave, Paid for my wash at 2:57 pm 09/04/2014,waited for about an hour,seemed strange because they usually are done within a half hour, people kept getting their cars before me that came after my car.Finally they called out my car,looked at my car and Immediately saw the two lines dug unto my drivers side rear door,I mean dug into the metal!!!!!!!!!The manager and the owner (I believe he said owner) happened to be there and they all said I bet somebody keyed your car no responsibility at all!!!!!!.I almost always hand wash my car,I have turned over to my insurance but I KNOW They ALL knew something and covered their tracks!!!!!! I have to give it a star because you have to to get it published, Terrible experience

Good job but prices have skyrocketed !!! The quality is still there but nothing warrants almost doubling the price.

The staff is excellent in customer service. They could it of done a better job in cleaning my suv, but it was ok and also it was super hot so the poor employees working under the sun were burning, the owners need to place more shadows tents to dry the car so the employees do not get sick......overall i am going to come back for another one.

Everytime I come through this car wash I end up having to finish the car by myself by grabbing one of the rags here and wiping down the car no matter how much you pay is never close to being right. Ive done the 24.99 and Ive done the manager special and its always a half as done job. I gave them more than four chances here and this will be my last time coming here
