After using this location for years while Johnsons owned it, I wont go back. I pulled in to get an oil change and sat for 5 mins while the attendant sat on a bucket in the corner looking at his phone. After the last few times of declining service, we tried one last time. No hard feelings but I guess I will go down to Havoline who is a little more money but much better service.

I have a fleet plan for all of our work vehicles. Tim and the staff are very professional, quick service, and very friendly. I highly recommend Valvoline Express Care over any other!

Extremely friendly and professional from the very beginning. Had a routine oil change. Steve was very attentive and friendly. Tim made sure that all of my questions were answered and went above and beyond what was asked. Will definitely be using them again.

All I can say is these guys are AMAZING. Tim made sure everything was good on my car that I just bought. Carla and Jada are the best detailers and all of their customer service is up town. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thanks guys yall rock!!!!

U pay $28.00 to have your car clean and they dont even wipe the dashboard or seat inside of the car nor do they vacum the side of the seats i wont be going back there.

Actually Im very dissatisfied with the whole experience in general. My wife has used this shop prior to us getting married but this is the second time we have used it together on this particular vehicle which is a 2017. The first oil change that we took it to them for the car was at around 37,000 mi so not a high mileage vehicle I was not with her so I told her to put what is supposed to go in the vehicle. This is the message she relayed to them they proceeded to put the most expensive oil they had in it which brought the basic oil change to almost $80. this vehicle does not recommend nor needed a full synthetic oil change at best it only needed a synthetic blend but because my wife didnt know any better she went with what they told her they also did not check the tires they did not air up to the proper specs which are in the door the only thing they did was put windshield wiper fluid and at the time we needed new windshield wipers because they were dried out and no longer clearing the windshield well. I just left from there and said get the same thing shes done previously not knowing what she had previously purchased upon checkout which by the way is when I found out what oil and how much it was going to cost they did another synthetic oil change they also did not air up the tires to the proper specs but on the paperwork it says 35 PSI which two of them were at 32 one was at 33 and the other 34 but it calls for 39 so they never even looked at it. they advertise as car Wash is included with every oil change but I see they charged for the car wash and towel dry which I did not ask for overall I feel this place is a scam and unprofessional and I will not be using them ever again I have been a mechanic for 20 plus years so doing my own work is not a problem I only took it here for convenience since I was in Beaumont but never again, almost $80 for a less than $30 service ridiculous!!!!!!!
