Just going through reviews since this popped up and I follow Korys work on Facebook. Quality work isnt cheap! If you love your classic vehicle and arent pinching pennies you wont be dissapointed here.

I took my beloved 1976 F-150 to Kory at Vintage Motorworks for cosmetic and maintenance items on my truck that has been in storage for decades. These guys are Dentside /Ford truck gurus! You can clearly tell you they take pride in their work and love what they do. Not only did they do great work at a great price, but gave a clear explanation of all the work that needed to be performed. My truck is my prized possession and I couldn’t be happier with my decision in using Vintage Motorworks. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends. These classic car experts are fantastic. Great to see honest folks running a great business.

After being on a waiting list for 2 1/2 months I had my 1976 Eldorado convertible towed ($100) to Vintage Motorworks because it wouldnt idle & Wasnt possible to drive it from Port Arthur to Beaumont. After he received the car we discussed other work I wanted done, but his labor rates were so ridiculously high I decided let him just get it driveable & take it somewhere else. He told me it was running good & my bill so far is $250, so I told him I would pick it up (just to get out of this money trap) Since brakes were on his high price list I had it towed back to Port Arthur (another $100) I get it home & this Running Good car wont idle & is doing the same thing pre $250.I contacted Kory & he stated when it was here it was running fine Did not offer any remedy or satisfaction.This so-called Master mechanic Kory Woodside is supposedly capable of frame off restorations ? In my honest opinion this guy is a crook & couldnt fix a sandwich .BTW I fixed the idle problem myself by replacing the carburetor & dont sayYou where never a customer of mine, please remove this I have an invoice for anyone who would like to see it.

Updated review, not sure what changed from first experience but things didnt end as planned or at quality previously shown. New manager is personable and can work with him however owner argues with customers at first sign of disagreement. Id goto speedlab in Sour Lake if you need anything related to classic or performance vehicles in the area.
