On a road trip home to Pennsylvania from california and my water hose blows. They quickly gave us perfect instruction on how to arrive and got us in right away. They repaired the issues and were amazingly professional.Although I am leaving California I would highly recommend this shop to anyone near Beaumont

I’ve been with inner city auto for quite some time and never had an issue . They go above and beyond to help you out and it’s nice to have a genuine auto shop to trust especially as a female . JACOB was so nice and so helpful . He couldn’t have given me better service also told me about my battery and he would help me whenever I need. I walked out of there very happy with his service and the way he tended to my car. Very good addition to the inner city family .I was in and out and treated with the best service . Thankful for this shop and it’s people !

During a brake inspection, The owner damaged my car when pulling it into the garage, and then tried to fix it himself. The fix wasn’t good, so he sent a mobile dent puller to my home. He expressed to me that if he had to call a body shop, “it would cost him a lot of money.” After brake inspection they told me I needed front pads and resurface rotors. I paid full price for the service and left with a damaged car with a shoddy patch up job. 2 months later I take the car back, as it shakes every time brakes are applied. They did yet another brake inspection, reassured me it wasn’t the front brakes but put new ones on anyways. They said it had improved, but the shaking was still an issue. I drove it 2 more days and there was no improvement. I take the car to the dealership, they said I need my front and back rotors resurfaced and I need back brake pads. I call inner city speak to the owner. He explains he wasn’t there when I went in for reinspection. Tells me the dealership is lying to make a profit, and tells me there is nothing he can do If I won’t come back and let them make it right. I explain I have been back, and sent off again being told that it wasn’t their problem. He again blames the dealership for lying. Again, I still have brake issues after my car has been inspected in his shop twice now. When I am explaining my problem and experience the previous week while he was gone, he cuts me off tells me, “I have good reviews all over town, the only person who has a problem with us is you.” And then hung up.

I do not trust many mechanics, but I was in desperate need to get my car up and running. I have been to several shops in Beaumont and all have left me disappointed. I found this shop by accident and I am so glad I did. The work completed on my car exceeded my expectations. This will forever be my go to place.

Needed my A/C recharged these guys had me in and out and the price was very affordable I will definitely continue going to them for all my repairs.

Ive taken my 2006 Silverado here several times now. I moved to Beaumont last year and wanted a good local shop.Every time Ive dropped it off its been ready very fast, mostly same day, only had it over night when I dropped it off Friday after 4pm.The price was very fair and more inexpensive than anyone around. The Mechanics will show you the damaged parts and explain the problem, and even look at other things and suggest repairs or maintenance while they have it up.They will work with you on the price, working in your budget as much as they can with parts and labor. Highly recommend.Other shops in the Area wanted several hundred dollars more when my water pump went out, they had it done same day and hundreds of dollars cheaper.I want to see this business succeed during these hard times, so take your vehicle there, you wont be disappointed.Very friendly office staff as well.

This place is awesome. The employees are all very nice and helpful. My family and I are from out of town and 3 days ago had an emergency. We blew a tire on the freeway and that caused a coolant hose to break. We were leaking coolant and we were turned away by 3 other places before going to these guys and they dropped what they were doing and helped us right away. We were in and out in no time. They offered water to ourselves and our kids. I cant tell you how nice it was to be helped during such a bad time for us. It made our day much better. If you need a place to go I highly recommend this place. They went above and beyond to help a family in need. Thank you to everyone who works there and helped us that day!!

Great staff and customer service.

Im here now happily paying for the service they just gave me. Two air compressors, loads of Freon and a replaced blown fuse later I finally have cold air again. Was without A/C for 3 weeks! These guys really went the extra mile to figure just what the heck was wrong. Process of elimination, step by step until they figured it out. Thanks a lot guys!
