Wyatt and Robin (wife) are old school in a way that means honest business owners. He does things the right way. Explains everything he does after the fix. He has been at it a long time. Dont let the name fool you. He does much more than alignments. Runs a clean shop and its the true definition of family run business.

Wyatt & his wife Robin are very sweet people. They were very patient and understanding with me. I’d definitely recommend this place. They aren’t like most people who are money hungry and only trying to get a penny out of you. I’ll definitely be back if need be.

Well i just left Wyatts alignments plus LLc and i do have to say it was the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience i have had with a business in the southeast texas in my 40 years here in beaumont texas. To start off i brought my car to Wyatts alignments plus, llc in late march due to excessive squeaking even though I had the brakes changed so when i brought it to Wyatts alignments plus, llc im told that i need new rotors on all four wheels and so i proceeded to give Wyatts alignments plus, llc my business. I got my car back no squeaking. At the end of may it starts squeaking and i notice that my front rotors were still shining and new but the back where i hear the squeaking coming from i notice the rotors are rusted as they where when i brought the car in MY MISTAKE . So i call let them know the problem i have and im told to bring it in on 6/4/2021 at 8 a.m. im there at 7:40 my spouse and i call when they open and shes told that theres no telling when we will get fit in because were being squeezed in ok no problem me and my spouse continue to sit in our car 10 min later MR. WYATT himself walks up to the drivers side door where my spouse is and proceeded to tell her [ In a very unprofessional tone ] Come On Get Out Your Car Hurry Up This Wasent Apart Of My Plans This Morning Come One Get Out and thats when i stepped in and PROFESSIONALLY let him know that it was ok i would rather not use his business if thats the attitude that he gives his customers and me and my spouse left I Advise My Fellow southeast texans not involve there selfs wit Wyatts alignments plus, llc

I have taken my vehicles to Wyatt for years and I always receive top-notch service. He and his wife Robin treat you like family and Robin remembers small details about you which indicates how in tuned they are with their client base. I wouldnt trust ANY of my vehicles to anyone else, especially the dealership.

Wyatt has done 90% of my automotive work for the past decade and I own five cars. He is great to work with, patient with my unique requests and absolutely stands by his work. Since I did 90% of my own work for 30 years, I know when jobs are done right and when corners are cut. Wyatt always takes the high road and does great work. Ive never had to return a job except when a part failed -- i.e. he has not made a single mistake.

I took my brand new truck in to get aligned after installing some suspension parts recently. Wyatt drove the truck like it was his own, was very meticulous in making sure there would be little to no impact on tire wear after his alignment correction, and even took the time to explain to me how the work he did was completed, going into detail on what changes were made.I’m 100% comfortable with the work done, and think the price was very fair for how thorough his work is. His wife is a very nice person as well, making nice conversation while I waited. (I’d rate higher if I could!)Instead of going to a corporate or chain shop that happens to include alignments in their list of services, go here. Wyatt is a specialist, and it shows in his work. It is also a pleasure to support a hard working family!

Best place to go if you want an honest reliable trustworthy and quality fix thats done right the first time. I am extremely picky and I dont want anyone else touching my vehicles. I know a lot of customers that would agree.

Very rude.once, I came from houston and my van has overheated and the belt has broken down, I slept in super 8. second day I went to him to fix it.he was so rude and replied: im like the dentist, I need an appointment.I told him Im far 80 miles from here but he did not accept to fix it.
