Promised to plant a palmetto for months. Made and broke over 3 appointments. After that just stopped returning calls. I finally gave up and had my friends son and his college buddies plant it. If they’re too busy I understand, just say so. It was the lack of communication/ghosting that puts them in the unprofessional category.

Don’t bother calling them for anything. I requested an estimate for removing a tree that was threatening my house. A rep. responded and said he would call me the next day. He never called. I called their office and they assured me he would call the next day. He never did.I can understand that perhaps the job was too big for them, or they were too busy, but in any case, the least they could do was call me back to let me know.It would be imprudent to get involved with a company that operates like this. Why would you give money to anyone who is that unprofessional and lacks basic respect for potential customers.

Yes, Bob has a sterling reputation but he has really let me down and I have to do something other than continue to leave messages that he does not return. The story is that after he did work on my property the large truck left huge ruts everywhere. I called the office to ask who I could hire to make my yard look like it had originally and was told that no one knew why it was left that way but they would be back on Tuesday to fix it. Never showed or returned my call to ask where they were on Tuesday. Called Wednesday and left another message. On Thursday they called back and said they would be at my address that afternoon between 2:30 and 3. Obviously no one showed up or I would not be writing this. I have left 3 messages on the answering machine since then. Its been two weeks, no one comes or calls back.

Offered a reasonable estimate, returned within 2 hours to complete a large tree removal on a Saturday, and cleaned up thoroughly. A professional team & quality service.
