Don and Liam are amazing. I have been coming here since 2019. Recently moved to GA but haven’t come close to the business services they offer. My eyebrows have not been done since mid July because I refuse to let anyone touch them besides Liam. I am very tempted to make the 1hr and 45 min drive twice a month just to see them. Don works very fast and my nails are always fabulous. If you are in the military in Beaufort, they are aware of military regulations. I miss my nail family. See you guys soon.

Loved my ombre nails at first! But after a week the acrylic kept popping off my nail bed, but the glued on fake nail part would stay on, so I got some nail glue to secure the acrylic to my nail, so that it wouldnt rip my whole nail off. After a week of glueing one of the nails popped up again and caused my nail to rip and bleed, so I had to soak the acrylic off before further damage occurred.

Wont let anyone but Lam touch my nails. She makes them look good but also keeps them healthy.

While let’s just say I got a full set done and it looks like I did it. My nails are short so I don’t understand how he could of miss up my shape. I got get all white and the second day my white was beige. I mean my nails look horrible to say I sat in a nail salon. I always go to Diamond in port royal but didn’t felt like driving there nor the wait. However, I will just drive next time at least I get my money worth.

Arrived at 9:55 sign says open at 9am no one arrived until 10:05..I was told by the mother to come back at 11:00 for the nail tech “T”. Been coming to “T” for a year now, great work but not worth the wait.. I arrived at 10:55am sat until 12:15 only to find out “T” is no longer answering his phone.. UNPROFESSIONAL.. I will NEVER come back or recommend.. Would have gotten “0” stars if possible!

I am very pleased with this shops work. I got a full set with Gel polish.Several people there spoke really good English and were able to converse with me. I had several questions about shape, acrylic vs gel, etc and they answered perfectly. I definitely will be going back.

This was a case of poor customer service. I walked in, no one looked up or greeted me. I proceeded to pick my nail polish and took a seat. Two ladies walked in behind me and were immediately greeted and taken to the pedicure station. Thirty minutes later, still nothing. The man finally walks over and asked did I want my nails done? I said yes. He says well we cant do them. I explained to him I didnt just walk in and that I had been waiting before the other two ladies. He still refused. Safe to say, I wont return to this place. My nails should have been done anyway.

They was very sweet and kind. They took their time on my hands and feet. And I definitely love my nails. They did a awesome job and I will be returning again

They completely destroyed my nails. There is a raw, red line in the middle of my nail from being over filed last month when she put on tips and dip. I let the nail tech be creative with my nails. I had to go to another nail salon to have them soaked off because I refused to pay another dime to Hollywood after that. They are expensive and do not care about the health of your natural nail.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I hate my nails they charge extra for everything Litterally everything I paid 50$ for something I usually pay 25 for ? Don’t waste your time nail techs are unprofessional. And have no kind of knowledge On what it takes to become a nail tech. It’s like they went to nail school for nothing I left the shop with uneven shaped nails. Fingers cut, and now it is the middle of the night and I’m up once again from the throbbing feeling in two of my fingers. Nail tech never asked what shape I wanted automatically assumed I’d be happy with no shape at all and was huffing and puffing because I told him that wasn’t the shape and on top of that charged me another extra 10$.STAY AWAY!!!

This was my first visit today. I am very satisfied with my manicure and pedicure. Workers were nice and everything was clean. I will be going back.

I honestly never write reviews, but I had too for this place. I’ve never have had a bad experience in a nail salon. First off, I had a 1 pm appointment and when I walked in, they didn’t greet me. I had a seat, and after 20 mins they asked me what I needed. I said I had an apt at 1 pm. Once i started getting my nails done, the nail tech man smelled strongly like cigarettes plus his hands were dirty plus he burned my nail and was told over the phone it would be 40 for full set gel color and was charged 45 because my nail shape was semi coffin when I didn’t ask for that. Never again will I return.

At first we were very pleased. But the guy there convinced my wife to get the gel because it was better and the regular polish comes off too easily. I bet you can see where this is going, the very next day two of her nails had already chipped and one of the two prett much completely peeled off. So it was 20 dollars more for the Gel polish that ended up being a complete waste.

Staff did not speak @ all. Waited hours. Pedicure advertised for $25 charged me $50 when I asked why they said they charge to take off nails smh! Didnt want to give me slippers with $50 charge. Knew they were wrong so they tried to explain smh. Keep,that it will cost more taking advantage of folks.

I took my 6 yr old here for a mommy daughter day and they have a childs pedicure chair which was cool and they were really gentle with her she had a good time but for me they were not gentle at all. The guy I had was so rough with my feet he made me bleed. My nails are so sore cause he was so rough. Im glad my daughter had a good time but I wont go back

Vacation in South Carolina went and got a manicure and pedicure, then treated my nephew and nieces also they was really good people

Lam was amazing she took her time didn’t rush and listened to everything I asked for I most definitely would recommend this nail shop prices are good and they don’t add extra fees 💕💕💕💕💕

My mom, daughter, & I got pedis. But my mom & I got manis and lets just say our nail polish was chipping on our fingers the next day and really bad the following day. So far our toes are holding up. I used to go there all the time before I moved and had no problems. But now the nail polish doesnt even last 2 days.... I dont think Ill be going back. Im also debating about either going back and getting them redone or demanding money back.

The nail techs are not good. My nails were so thick and wide. Maybe it is because I am used to my nails being donbe a specific way or I know how thick and nicely shaped I want my nails. I WOULD NOT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Everyone here is rude!!! Walked in and said “hello” they all ignored the fact of me even speaking... sat down and waited for about 45minutes...for one of them to finally walk over and tell me that they weren’t going to do my nails!!!! That is very poor customer service. How do you expect to keep customers if all of your staff is rude??!!! Keep in mind it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I will not be returning and I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone!!!!

This place is so unprofessional. I dropped my 15 yr. old daughter off at Hollywood nails @ exactly 3:00pm to get her nails done. I came back at 4:3O to pick her up and she’s sitting there with her nails un-done. She said the nail technician that was available told her to come back at 6:15 cause they have been busy all day and have church on Sundays at 5:00. This is totally unappreciated to me.How do you tell a customer who has been waiting for an hour and a half that they have to leave and comeback because you have church services to attend. Well I sure hope they reap what the sow on this one cause this just isn’t right. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go here!!! Take the extra 3 minutes and go to Magic Nails down the street you will love the excellent customer service you WILL receive!!!
