Love getting my nails and eye brows done. Not pack which I love.

Wife and I both had pedicures here. Staff was friendly, and did a decent job on pedis. Price was a bit high I thought, but overall it was a good experience. Would use them again if in the area.

I had a decent experience and my dip lasted 10days before pinky chipped. Chose to take the rest off and give my nails some recovery time. My friend however did not have as great of an experience as me and ended up having to get her nails redone with a refund. Poor things fingernails were almost gone after being removed and over sanded.

The only thing the guy did on my nails was to cut them down. Barley filed them untill I complained that he hardly did anything. Will Never go nack here again.

I always call first but they accept walk-ins, I’ve never had to wait. Used their services three times - will be visiting them again. My nails are always done well.

Not the cleanest place. Nail tech kept scraping my skin as she did my nails which really hurt. I told her a few times and she kept doing it. Will not be going back.

It was going well at first but then the lady started being very rude and grabbing my hands/wrists. She also messed up a very simple design! If you want a design I definitely don’t recommend.. overall just go somewhere else !

I went in when around 9:15 am and was seen immediately. I needed my disaster from diamond nails fixed. My nails were miss-shapen, two broke from thin acrylic (within two days of my visit), and they couldnt do designs. Hope knew how to work with my natural curved nails, shape perfectly, with a cute design. The process did take quite a while (1 1/2) and they arent very sociable with customers. Still well executed service.

Love them... Went somewhere else and I had to return to them. 😁

I came in one day with a few coworkers. The owner, Vincent, worked on my nails and did a great job they stayed on for 4 weeks. On the forth week one of the nails started to come up so I came in with a friend to get my nails taken off and redone. The women that did them was his daughter. She and her father were extremely kind and communicative and he was funny. The daughter overheard me telling my friend that I liked getting my nails done to help them grow, immediately she had recommended dip nails. I was weary since the last place I got dip nails made them chunky and they came off in a week but got them anyways. They look great. She made sure to ask me if there was anything I didnt like and had me check them before I left. They were really nice and I will be continuing to come here until I move. However on the other hand when I came in with my coworkers one of the other guys cut her finger with the nail drill and made them thicker and she will not be going back.

Great service go for pedicure every time Im in town. Last time tried something new and had powder nails done and am very pleased that theyve lasted now just over 4 weeks. Going back in soon.

Most likely will not be returning to City Nails. I asked for a French dip powder manicure and told the guy doing my nails that I want them to look a bit longer and not too thick. As he was doing my nails, I asked if he could make the white tips thinner and he said “too late”. He had only done two nails before I asked. Finished product - nails look way shorter and tips are way thicker than what I asked for. It looks like I have bubbles on my nails bc of how thick they are. On top of that, the guy was very rude and talking about very inappropriate things. I would not recommend this place.

I needed a manicure for my profession and since theyre in the neighborhood I patronized their establishment much to my dismay. I entered, was told by Vincent it would be a twenty minute wait. I had no problem doing so and availed myself to the fine music and atmosphere. Many patrons in need of pedicures entered and were seated, not a problem as I acknowledge my being a walk in as opposed to appointments. I, after the twenty minute lapse have been seated and dipped nails in tepid water was serviced. I must admit this was my first visit here and my nails have become an issue, but the process taken to manicure my ragged nails took less time to wait to have it done! Not to admit that they were successful in that regard as I have been clipping away at oversights that should have been addressed. Not so sure Ill return with results like this. The emphatic sale pitch to have a pedicure as well was over the top! I say, master the art of pleasing the customers, the rest will fall in play......you wont have to infer ........ Good, talented, skillful work speaks for itself!

Horrible service for the black community. I came in for a nail fix told me that it would be a hour. Two minutes into sitting waiting another lady in another race came In for the same service and a pedicure got told 45 mins. She is currently sitting in chair less than 20 minutes. I’m still waiting. If I haven’t been for I been to 4 nail shops already and they were closed. I would never come here. The guy is rude and will talk about the situation in front of you. And tell the blacks longer times than other races. But when I get my nail fix. I will never come here.

My first and only experience here was eh. Binh helped me out. I asked for powder nails and he didn’t do an outstanding job. I had to ask him to do another coat. He didn’t shape them correctly. I had to go to Walmart to buy a filer and file them myself. I wasn’t overly satisfied with him. He kept asking me to come back but i don’t think I will.

Stopped in while visiting the area. Although busy, I was my manicurists only client. So I was in and out quickly. I received a relaxing pedicure and my powder nails look great!!

We brought my granddaughters and they treated them very nicely!

About two months ago I had got a pedicure from there one time. My toes did look good BUT I didnt like how they treated me. Even though my sister did pay for my pedicure but I will not go back there as long as I live. They treated her like she was a queen but not me. I want to go to a nail salon when Im treated with respect and feel like a Princess for a day. IJS!

Went in for foil nail design Vincent said he didnt know what it was then i asked for ombre set and he dont do that i then asked for chrome and of course they dont do that.... they dont offer the newest and latest trends...perfect nails in port royal i did find they do everything...if your seeking new trendy fashion nails perfect nails is the best!!!

Very long wait, not enough employees in my opinion. Should have more people working on the weekends... common sense. After I finally got seated for my pedicure, the water they filled it up with was COLD. This was a huge disappointment. The lady next to me, she said her water was cold also. We waited for a long time. I asked one of the employees if he could fill it with hot water please and he said wait until they come -- 15 minutes later the lady comes and with an attitude she said who wanna go first ... not even who was HERE first. Anyhow, still never received my hot water. This is ridiculous!!!

The owners wife barely payed any attention to what she was doing she was talking and looking around while she cut my nails. She rushed the entire process.

In and out within an hour and my nails turned out fantastic. Lori did amazing & very kind! Finally found my go to spot in Beaufort.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Took my mother here for her birthday and they definitely treated her right. Two deluxe pedis, one with gel and one without. Use liners for foot tubs and new disposable tools for each person. Hot stone rub and warm towel wraps were heavenly. Prices were definitely a little higher than most but the staff was very transparent about prices when offering other options. Also recieved regular manis, again one without gel and one with, and I absolutely love my nails. Between the wonderful staff and the end result, I can see why they were rated best Beaufort Nail Salon of 2018. Also walked in with no appointment around 6pm hoping to get seen and the wait was around 15 minutes. Definitely would recommend and go back.

I was very disappointed this time. I felt like the guy was rushing and he didnt even fill the acrylic all the way back on my nails now I see my real nail then the acrylic right after having them done. now Im gonna have to go back for a fill even sooner I tryed to tell him but he just brushed it off an ignored me I dont think I will be coming back this use to be a place I would recommend to all my friends

I have been going here for almost a year. I love the work they do but it seems sometimes more than not, their quality lacks. Today I got my nails done with the dip powder, as I have before, and by the time it was done I honestly had more nail polish and gunk around my cuticle than on my actual nail. I got home and spent my time fixing with a file and nail clippers what shouldve been noticed before I chucked out 50 bucks. The only good people Ive found that work there are Richard and Kevin. They are consistent in their work and every time I leave there I am ecstatic. So, its worth it to go here if you get either of those two gentleman. But if you get anyone else be prepared to be disappointed. Not only is there always an extremely long wait, one time I went in because I chipped a nail and needed it fixed and I kid you not I waited over an hour, But it seems that mostly everyone there doesnt care about their work or the quality of it. They act as if theyre rushing through it just to get you out of there and they can get your money. I dont know what happened but when I started going there it was an amazing place that was well worth it. But now? Definetly not. So make an appointment to avoid their awful wait and request Kevin or Richard. No one else is worth your time or hard earned money.

I was really disappointed coming here. Probably one of my worst mani pedis ever. I got gel nails because they said it would only cost $5 more. Well it already chipped and it looked terrible even before it chipped. My nails weren’t cut even. Don’t come here.

I want so badly to have faith in the owners wife in doing my eyebrows, but she just cant get it right! I cherish my thick eyebrows and no matter what I say, whether its I want an arch or keep them thick she STILL doesnt understand what Im talking about! I even showed her an example! Now Im walking around with thin itchy eyebrows. If I could fly back to California every two weeks to go back to my threader I would definitely do so, instead of driving a mile away from my house to City Nails.On a positive note. I havent had a bad experience with their pedicures.

Long wait (25 minutes) to get started on a pedicire even when I called first to see if they had time to take me. Overpriced $30 for basic pedicure and they barely massaged my legs at all. It was clean but that was about all I liked about it.

It was the worst pedicure I have every had. Not only was it expensive for the same job I could do better myself, the polish came off in less than a week.

My friend and I got our nails done at city nails yesterday. The man doing our nails was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.

I went to go get my nails done because I heard this one was really good . Went in the staff was rude they told me they would take care of me not to long of a wait . Clearly there was a lot of people so I waited for like 15 min then they said about 30 min more. Not going back here

They do an amazing job n ur nails.

Great service but super pricy! $70 for a basic pedi, basic mani, and eye brow clean up. Plus there is no price board in the entire salon. They only prices listed were the pedi menu, which I had to ask for.

Worst pedicure ever. My toes were bleeding and are now the skin is scraped off around my nails. I asked several times for him to cut my nails and he just kept filing them down. I had to have him stop and leave.
