I can completely agree with previous reviews, do not go here!! Spoke with an employee that I drive an hour from home and start work at nine, an hour away. The employee assured me she would be able to get me in right at 8AM for a monthly recalibration. I drive an hour the next day and the employee is going to be a half hour late. When I ask the boss there what is going to be done about this he replies, what do you expect me to do? Hire employees that will do their jobs right. My previous interaction before this at Gurs was not good either, but after a second time of problems I decided it was time to help out others in warding them away.

I have never reviewed a business negatively before because I know everyone has their off days, but do not use this company unless you want to leave angry and annoyed.First: this is not their address. When you call and ask for the correct address expect to be spoken to like you are an idiot for wasting the woman at the front desks time with such a dumb question.Second: All points towing told me I could not remove my license plate because of the insurance company coming to get the car, but was promised several times that they would remove the license plate once the insurance company got there and I could come pick it up. I go to retrieve the license plate and am told that they werent able to get it because the insurance company picked my car up over lunch break. When I asked why I wasnt informed about this 2 days prior when it happened I was given a very rude excuse about not having my number. I gave it to them twice and they had called me on it. I know this may seem small but this being my 3rd trip to this place, and now having to purchase a new car and a new license plate I am extremely annoyed with the lack of manners and customer service they provide.

They have no idea how to put a clutch in a VW ended up having to pay dealer to repair after they destroyed the seal while installing the trans to the engine. Strongly recommend finding another shop to complete any major repairs.
