Our car broke down while driving down Boundary today. Luckily, Complete Express was just down the street. The owner, Billy, went out of his way on a very busy day to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. Both Billy and Woody showed top notch examples of customer service. We’ll definitely be back with any future car needs.

Wisdom and an oil change. What more could you ask for?

I could not be more grateful for Woody, Billy, and team. What an amazing group of honest and genuinely kind guys. We brought our van in that was having a hard time starting and for a rattle that happened when we accelerated . They changed the battery and asked us to bring it back the next day since they were about to close. they did a free diagnostic on the rattle as they suspected it could be a spark knock. Thankfully, it just needed some added anti-rattle to the torque converter. Woody left us with some great advice as well. Costs us $17. Amazing! Thank you all again so so much. (Also, lots of people seem to come here! When we went to pick up the van, people were picking up and dropping off left and right.)
