Went in for an oil change.. Not even 10 mins after leaving truck started leaking from radiator area. took it back they put a bandage on only to stop it for a day. still mad @ my experience..

This place is great. Zippy is the appropriate name because I was in and out for my oil change. Speedy service and reasonable price and very pleasant people. Definitely a good business to support.

Debbie and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and fixed our vehicles A/C issue in under 24 hours! Better pricing than the other shops we called and they were extremely communicative with my husband. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option.

Found these awesome folks this week after having lived in Beaufort for a couple months. Serviced all three of my cars in the same week. Very friendly and fast. Ronnie and co have my business from here on out!

Ok so I gave this 5 stars for 3 reasons! 1) They were super nice and professional! 2) their right by Sonics! I have kids so a ice cream blizzard treat while we waited was really nice. 3) they didnt try to upscale anything! They changed my oil and put new blades on! Inside was clean and nice. The outside not so much...Definitely something they need to work on. Just making it look more inviting. Kinda looks dumpy but I promise its not!

Been going here for oil changes and service for 25 years. Ronnie has become a good friend. I always bring my own oil and filter as he doesnt carry Mobil 1. No problem. In and out in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I have always taken my car for oil changes to Zippy Lube. I needed to get bew brake pads, and there price was half of what the dealership quoted. Honest and family operated! What else could you ask for?

Price quoted to be 250$. Final price was $625 after they damaged the part. Not fair!!! I dont recommend this place.

I went there this morning n felt so comfy from the warm smile when u walk in the door. I had a bad experience with a street mechanic trying 2 do a tune up. I brought my Chrysler Pacifica in and they fix the issue with no prob (unlike other shops that try n cause more issues), for a reasonable price (unlike other quotes I got), in a timely manner!! Go in n get that warm smile and great service!

Came October 19th waited 25 minutes for them to open, because the employee (son) was late. I was told if I came back it would be made right. I go October 22nd I was told I could have $5 off my oil change. The receptionist tells me “anybody that comes here knows the son is always late”. I told her that is not good customer service. I will not go back.

This is a nice little place I go to get my oil changed. Its nothing extravagant but the people there are so friendly and nice, and the prices a pre really good tooI always go to them!

Went here for years because my dad knows the owner and they always did good maintenance at a fair cost (oil changes mostly) but I doubt Ill be going back. Brought my jeep in because it was having trouble starting up after having run for a while and after doing a lot of research, told the mechanic it was likely an electrical issue and to test a specific thing. Ended up having to call him at the end of the next day (never got in touch with me) and he explained he thought it was the starter. I know very little about electrical work so I had him replace it for $200, he would know better than me, right? The problem persisted. I went out and bought a voltmeter and a $5 part (which is what I told him to test in the first place) and replaced it and my jeep has been running fine ever since.Definitely a valuable lesson in not letting mechanics sway you from what you think the issue is when they dont even bother to test it. A $200 lesson. Very unsatisfied with how I was ignored and overall I felt taken advantage of. Only getting 2 stars because Ive had satisfactory service on oil changes in the past.

They were great! My car had a problem with the battery connection...had quit on me several times. They fixed the problem quickly and didnt even charge me. Thank you! Ill be sure to go back when my car needs service.

Terrible car wash station. Barely any soap dispensed in spray, no tire or engine cleaner, low water pressure, soap from brush was so so, and doesnt drain well 1+ deep so youll track the mess into your carno wax was dispensed in wax mode. The only thing that worked was change machine, the money taker and the trash can. Will be contacting Quaker state corporate.

Crooks. Avoid. After working with clerk to find a coupon to get the price down, they surprised me with a tire rotation for an additional 20 bucks. They wouldnt put them back afterwards. They should have said it was an additional fee.
