The prices are good, the homes look decent, but the method by which one must apply is not reasonable if one has employment

Im a google reviewer and I give my honest opinion of what i see i would have reviewed you the same either way un- updated website among many other thing that i seen, and heard from previous and current tentants sorry you are unhappy with my review ...

When I moved in the ceiling had mold in it and they took 2 weeks to come fix that . The whole entire family has no professionalism. They are very rude and they charge a arm and a leg for houses that are not worth it.

The rent is too high the homes are too close together there is no place for the kids to play because they live next to a four lane highway they should have a little playground for the kids and it should be fenced in

Very old trailers. Sometimes the water does not work. House was robbed while renting here but they did let me out of my lease. Just pay a little more and live somewhere way, way better.

Food was fresh and hot.

Its not a bad place i just think that majority of the trailers need to be more updated to 2010

I would never recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional. They have advertisement on openings and when you are just riding around the area they have some ghetto housekeeper named SHERI driving around where she blocks you in where you cant get out and then threatens to call the law on you. When I called to speak to someone in the office she responded by saying that their employees behavior was appropriate. Furthermore, I know of several tenants that are renting from them & their homes are filled with mold and mildew. They are not quick to service you when there are maintenance issues. They are cheap for a reason. Just check it out for yourself and visit their rental office it is disgusting in there. I am grateful I didnt make a deposit and end up living in that dump.

Quiet neighborhood but was forced to move due to mold in home that landlords knowingly put us in. They didnt offer to move us in another unit or anything just gave us our deposit and 3 hours to move out. And very rude after complaint about mold and they just painted over spots under the paint and in sheet rock was covered. Was told by neighbors this isnt first time others have moved for same reason.

I enjoy living at Taylors - I am living in a mobile home and it is very affordable for me every month and I love my home! I do not pay anything for water or septic, they come around and mow my yard, their is a dumpster for me to bring my trash to and the only bill I have is electricity and it is only $80 each month! I see the Taylor family every morning on my way to work picking up trash keeping the neighborhood nice. I did a background check before moving in, and I like that because I know my neighbors are criminal free. The neighbors are all friendly and I plan on being here a long time. If you have heard or read something negative about living here, I suggest to check it out in person. Anyone can say anything and someone that got evicted for not paying rent or having disturbances, would not say anything nice. It is super quiet even at 11 pm on a Friday night! I live here and I love it :-)
