Hubby and I moved to Abberly Pointe about 5 months ago and we LOVE our apartment home!! Dallas (the property manager) runs a tight ship and her property is well maintained and she ensures her residents are very well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and spotless. Tori and Misty are always so helpful and friendly if we ever call them with a question, so eager to help. We love all of the amenities like the beautiful pool area, the covered picnic areas w/ bbq grills, the car wash center and the enclosed pet centers. The maintenance team ( I forget their names, Im sorry) are all so nice and they respond in a timely manner and are very clean and always are able to repair my minor requests. Happy to call AP home!

Abberly Pointe is a lovely apartment complex. I rented a furnished apartment until I could find a home to purchase. Mindy and Tori were a great help getting me set up in the apartment and making my stay a pleasant one. The apartment was clean and very large. The setting among the beautiful trees was a bonus. Plus the place is incredibly dog friendly- so my pup and I felt right at home. The complex is also near to shopping and restaurants and beautiful Beaufort. I highly recommend Abberly Pointe apartments.

I just recently moved into this apartment complex and the hospitality and professionalism has been nothing short of amazing. I applied and got into my place 3 days later with no issues at all. Apartments are spacious and the grounds are well kept and clean. I finally got to meet maintenance and they are super friendly and get the job done quickly as well as the leasing staff! Everyone goes above and beyond from what I’ve seen and my neighbors are super friendly as well! 10/10 recommend!

I toured these apartments and fell in love! Unfortunately, we were in a time crunch, and because they’re so great they didn’t have any availability as quickly as I needed it. The woman we toured with and spoke with was GREAT! Tori(I believe was her name) is the best! She was so honest and answered every single question we had, gave us a great tour and did everything she could to get us in as quickly as possible. We were so impressed by the complex and her work! We will definitely keep this complex on our short list for the future! Couldn’t have asked for anything more and really appreciate all she did for us! Definitely take a look if you’re looking for a new place in the Beaufort area.

I have been in leasing for years now and I can honestly say that they are the epitome of good customer service. I understand how hard it is to stay on top of things as a leasing manager but they do it with ease. I travel for work and they made me feel at home. They were very responsive, kind, and helpful. I was initially only supposed to be here for three months and they made extending my lease very easy. If my job wasn’t moving me I would probably sign up for another year lease! Thank you to the entire team at Abberley Pointe I have had contact with almost each and every single one of you and the customer service has been five stars across the board keep it up!

Before arriving for our appointment that day, the community manager, Dallas Stuhr, was easy to reach via email & responded to any further inquiries we had. I was immediately impressed by her level of professionalism, warmth, and hospitality from the minute we walked into the building. I felt that she was very proud of the apartment homes and the community, and I could see why. The apartments are beautiful and spacious (lots of closet space!). I loved the fact that they are keyless entry. Even though we no longer have a dog, it was awesome to hear that there aren’t any breed restrictions. I can’t wait to move in and carve out a space of my own in a place that seems filled with friendly people.

I would recommend everyone I could to live at Abberly Pointe!! The grounds are well maintained, the maintenance team is very friendly and prompt also the office team is super friendly . The best part are neighbors and the abundance of trees and the beautiful ponds . Being pet friendly with no breed restrictions is a plus!

We Love Abberly! We called one day looking to rent an apartment without ever seeing the property the telephone conversation was great very informative not pushy. We scheduled to come to the property the next day and fill out the app. Tori was phenomenal to work with she really enjoys what she does! The apartments are modern and feel very large compared to other places we have lived. The porches are screened in so no worries about bugs. The amenities are great too! I don’t have anything bad to say everything has been wonderful even when it comes down to our dogs this apartment community is super dog friendly!

Too expensive, you can get a better place in town for the same price, the entrance always gets flooded when theres a storm, so people have to park their cars on 170 overnight.

Abberly was the best rental experience I’ve had since being an adult. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s just feels like home.When I walked into the office in 2019, Tori took me right in, showed me around and was an extreme pleasure to work with. She answered every single question, addressed any and all concerns. Even with my move-out she still was very courteous and assisted in anyway she could.The maintenance team is awesome. Never had an maintenance issue more than 12 hours. They were quick and very professional. I never had to worry about them entering my home and bothering anything.I would just all the way around recommend this property to anyone!

I arrived basically on my last leg, having arranged all the paperwork and payments while driving across country with all my stuff. I showed up on a weekend evening and was able to move in right away, zero contact other than via phone. Since then, every phone call, every interaction with the staff, every experience here has been above and beyond expectations. Everyone I have spoken with seems genuinely happy to work here, which is like, a unicorn in apartment complexes. Even the maintenance staff are cheerful every day, while working in the ridiculous SC heat and humidity. The facilities are convenient, love the little dog parks and car shop area. The location is great as well, it feels secluded behind a screen of trees on all sides, but is located very near all the important shopping you might need. After having moved around nearly every year of my life, especially with my military service, I am incredibly happy to say that this experience has led me to consider staying in Beaufort for a good long while. If I ever get the chance to buy an apartment outright I may have to do that, I am THAT impressed and happy with this complex.Long story short, no apartment complex has ever felt more like home than here, and its all because of the amazing staff and the atmosphere theyve created here.

Lived at this place for almost 2 years and I must say this has been the best renters experience I have ever had. They make everything convenient to you. The office staff is very easy to work with, especially Tori. The grounds keepers are very helpful especially Mike. Great place to live especially if you have a fur baby.

This place is like home Abberly Pointe Apartments I moved in last week and I couldnt be more any happier. The staff made me feel welcome every time I walk in the door, the best part of it all having a access to the computer room 24/7 and having my own washer and drier. They will cater to your every need and very understanding and always eager to assist. I love it here and its so close to work and Walmart is 5 minutes away. Special thanks to Dallas, and Tori.

Living at Abberly Pointe Apartments was a great experience. The office staff make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door the smiles to the nice southern accents. Great place If you have dogs! Love the park and walking trail! Mike the groundskeeper is amazing! Very friendly staff member, always goes out of his way to say hi and really make you feel welcome.

The office staff is absolutely fantastic and they put on great events every month. They are always willing to work with you and help when they can. Also, probably have the worlds best maintenance men. Nicest and funniest guys. They make you feel at home.

We were told we had to move out because my dog, who has special needs, was a bother to my down stairs neighbor. The people in the front office refused to understand the situation because the neighbor down Stairs lived there longer. The fees were also ridiculous and went up constantly. They have many hidden fees they do not tell you about. And the apartment is very small.IF YOU ARE MILITARY PLEASE JUST LIVE IN LAUREL BAY, IT IS MUCH BETTER

The Abberly Pointe team does anything they can in order to make your home enjoyable. Dallas and Brian work hard everyday for the residents and it truly shows how much they care about us.The amenities located at Abberly Pointe are wonderful, but it truly is the dedication from the Abberly Pointe management and service team that makes it a wonderful place to live.

The maintenance staff are professional and experienced and can fix anything no matter how badly something is broken. Dallas and the her crew are constantly working in new events that bring people together as a community. The location is perfect for Marines and Navy working Parris Island, MCAS, and the Naval Hospital. Pets are well accommodated with plentiful walk areas and a fenced in dog park. All around good place to live.

Ive lived in several apartments in the past 15 years and Ashton Pointe has the best level of service Ive ever experienced at an apartment. My husband and I lived here for 2 1/2 years and we are so sad to be leaving. We LOVED our time here. The grounds are kept beautiful, the pool clean. The maintenance team is wonderful, they respond immediately- truly never waited longer than a half hour. The office staff are great, they are always friendly, approachable and any issue we may have had, was dealt with promptly and professionally. We have two small dogs and the property was perfect for walking them and utilizing the dog pen here. The entire staff strives to make this community feel neighborly and it shows. We couldn’t have be happier with our time here, we highly recommend living here to anyone.

My boyfriend and I lived here a little more than three years! It was the best place I’ve lived other than my mothers house! From the Maintenance guys and the Ladies in the office, EVERYONE was very helpful and polite. I was very sad to leave. I would put in a work order and the next day they would give me a call and schedule that day service! They took pride in the lawns and up keeping of pool, gym, tanning bed even breezeway! I only moved to be closer to my work. No place in Beaufort will be as great as Abberly Point! I miss you all!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the assistant manager Austin! He answered all my questions and made sure he covered all the details about Abberly Pointe.

Abberly Point Apartments Homes have been extremely accommodating from the very start. Starting with my initial visit and meeting of the office staff. Dallas Stuhr was very professional and courteous. She answered every question and gave a very informative tour of all the facilities. I interviewed and visited many other properties before deciding on Abberly Pointe and hands down no brainer this was the property that best suited my needs. After choosing Abberly Pointe Dallas Stuhr made the leasing and paperwork super easy and walk me through process making less stressful with virtually no worries. In fact on my day to move in there was an maintenance issue with my first apartment but Dallas Stuhr was able to jump threw hoops and get me another available apartment that day with a seamless transition. Once moved in the Abberly Point Apartments were very clean and maintain very well and would recommend these apartments to anyone needing a affordable, clean, beautiful apartment. The facilities and amenities are top notch and above and beyond other properties. I highly recommend Abberly Pointe Apartments and ask for Dallas you wont regret it.

Pros: Beautiful apartments, lovely amenities, Corporate help when problems arose, and great maintenance staff.Cons: There are constant gun shots in the woods behind the apartments. There is also silver fish and ear wigs IN apartments. Mold is bad on the windows (must clean windows everyday). Walls and floors are thin; prepare to tip toe! Not a good place for a large dog or even for a heavy walker due to thin floors. Lastly, the assistant manager Cali is very rude. You will get the run around. Do not be afraid to contact corporate if you have a problem. HHHunt (Corporate) is very helpful and understanding.The pros are the only reason I gave this apartment a two star.*If you are MILITARY I am telling you that I wished I would have lived on base.*

A little over three years ago I moved to Ashton Pointe and was immediately impressed by the spacious apartments, well-maintained grounds and phenomenal amenities. The office and maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to help whenever Ive had a problem. Ashton Pointe emanates community from the neighborhood parties to the stop and go breakfast they provide to their residents. Out of all the apartment communities in Beaufort Ashton Pointe is by far the best.

The apartments are new and nice but I would re consider before renting here.Rent is more expensive then other places in town.Rent increases each year. Nearly to $1100 after first term.Very difficult to contact or get a response from front office.Parking is inadequate.No cell phone service in apartments.When you sign lease you can either pay a deposit or purchase an insurance policy to cover this. At the end of your lease they still charge even if you purchased the insurance. Some dishonesty in this area.

I cannot wait to move out! The apartments are beautiful (except the carpets - mine is obviously bargain priced), but way too small for a family of 3 in the largest apartment. The fines are ridiculous because there is still garbage, cigarette butts, and dog poop everywhere. The ladies in the office are really nice, but its a *our hands are tied* kind of nice, where they empathize but say theres nothing they can do to help. The clubhouse and pool are not available for parties. I was told a bike rack was coming back in August, but I still have 3 bikes in my apartment. My neighbors are jerks, the type who wont even make eye contact or apologize when their dog jumps on you. And the absolute worst part is the school. The bullying in the middle school is so out of hand kids are threatening suicide and bringing knives to school just to protect themselves. Looking for any type of loophole to get me out of this lease! Dont move in here if you have a 5-8 grade kid.

They charge you for hidden fees. I would recommend renting from another place. Things are falling apart, which is surprising because the homes arent even 10 years old yet. They dont want you to have fun ever. Trust me, youll be miserable there. Husband received a complaint for having 3 other friends over and were just talking. Walls are paper thin and neighbors dont mind their own business. Youll receive complaints for just walking. Not to mention, you can find a nicer place for the same price. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. You will regret it.

I love it here at Ashton Pointe, ever since we have moved here they have made us feel right at home, someone is always around when we need help. the grounds are well kept and you cant beat the amenities. They even called after we moved in to make sure everything is going well. If you are looking for a place to call home look no further!!

I lived here 3 years and I couldnt have been happier. The pool and other amenities were always up to par, all services provided either from the employees in the front office or the maintenance personnel were always professional, and friendly; I would recommend this place to anyone to include family members.

The apartments are nice, the maintenance crew responds same-day, and that ladies that work in the administration office are extremely helpful and friendly.

Been living here for a year and the carpets are disgusting & super cheap.When we moved in to the apartment it smelled like dog really bad. Carpet looked clean at the beginning but it felt rough/hard & dirty on my feet (gave me goosebumps) only took a couple weeks for all the nasty stains to start showing on the carpet. Simply disgusting.They should have apartments pet free. For people who dont have pets.

I have lived at Ashton Pointe for nearly 3 years. The rent has went up every year I have lived here; most places bring down rent with residence that say longer. I have requested a copy of my lease several times and they say they will leave it at the door; which still hasnt happen.They do have a well maintained pool and gym. They host different parties throughout the year to get the neighbors together. Monthly News Letters come out and have updates of the local area or any issues in the Apartment Community.Overall it is a nice complex to live at; it is one of the nicer complexs in the area.
