My husband and I went into the store already knowing we were going to purchase a bike. Madilyn was awesome! She answered all our questions and helped us build the best package for us at the best price. An extremely easy experience. We can’t wait to get our bike on Friday! Also getting the bike within 3 days of purchase is amazing!

I tried to call the Peleton store in order to make an appointment to come into the showroom. I pressed #1 to speak with a representative from the store and was put on hold. I waited for over an hour and I still never had the chance to speak with someone. I then pressed the #2 prompt in order to have a store representative call me back. An hour or so later I received an AUTOMATED call from the store with a robot representative telling me no agents were available and then there was a beep where I could leave a voicemail. I was so frustrated I just hung up at that point. I called Peleton Corporate and they could not assist with anything at the store level. What a terrible customer experience.

What a scam, why have telephone # when NO ONE ANSWERS?!I have a bike....truely the greatest thing ever!

Great staff, clean store, able to test out stuff. Weirdly you can only buy apparel there, accessories have to be shipped.
