I was broke down on a Sunday evening at a red light. Couldnt get any help from other motorist. I called them 5 times and every time I called someone hung up on me. I have used them in the past and the service was great. I will not be calling them again.Open 24 hours my @$$. If I could give them 5 negative stars I would.

Local Baytown tow fee was reasonable.Had an actual person answering the phone. Very professional and courteous on the phone as was the driver.Only negative is they told me tow would be there in 15-20 min. Actually took him an hour. Other than that, they were good people.

Sammy was very professional, honest, and was able to provide towing within minutes of my initial call. I was rejected by several other providers in Baytown but this company went out of their way to help. Thanks Sammy’s Towing!

Not all heros wear capes!At 2am we caught a flat tire driving from Orlando,FL going back to San Antonio,TX. Our tires were rapidly losing air and we used THREE “Fix-a-Flat” cans and kept adding air in hopes of arriving home. We are both in the military and had to arrive between 7am-9am that same day. We called AAA and they told us they would find someone within an hour and a half. As the time got closer, they never gave us an update and I had no choice but to call around. We called a bunch of numbers and they either rang forever, were too far or rude (St.George’s towing was expected to come but AAA never confirmed and St. George’s never answered). Finally Sammy’s answered. The dispatch asked me if I was sure because it was going to cost me $950 but I had no choice (we had no spare & had a strict deadline). Within 30 minutes, Dwayne (our hero) came and took care of everything! It was myself, my husband and our dog. We hit very bad weather (rain, thunder & lightening) but got back 20 minutes earlier than expected! Dwayne and I chatted the whole three hours while my husband and dog slept. Dwayne was very professional and made us feel comfortable. We are very grateful for him ESPECIALLY the day after Christmas! God Bless his heart for saving us and our military careers!

Sells used cars by high pressure tactics. Issa is the sales mans name. He says Ill give you this price now, but if you come back tomorrow ... But in all honesty, the lot is extremely busy and three cars were sold while we were there. We were able to test drive with no pressures. We eventuality dealt with an individual and not this company. So cant tell you about how they deal financially.

These guys work HARD! Always helpful in any situation. Rates are very reasonable and service is done right!

The car I bought from here didnt have the right lug spacing for the spare tire. So when I got a flat, I had to get a tow!!The towing service is not bad though

Very RUDE Lady working there!Then the whole time I am trying to get all my info out and pay, the wrecker driver is just sitting in the chair that the customer is suppose to sit in while at the desk. I looked around and there were 3 other empty chairs in the office. Finally he got up when someone asked to go out back and bring my car around. I will never use that place again!

A few months back I had an accident on my bagger, so I had no choice where my bike went and I would NOT send my bike to this place, in no way would I, but Baytown Police called them, even though I have roadside assistance with my insurance company thats #1 #2 went back and forth with insurance and them (Sammys) finally the price was moved up and down because I was in hospital till after midnight and called them and had my insurance cut a check to them and when I got there 2 days later with friends and trailer the price was higher then had to ask insurance company to cut another check for the inflated price of 212.00 and to top it off they stole all my quarters about 12.00 for tolls and I am quite positive it was the towing driver or Issa in the yard because besides all the loose quarters there also was a squeeze pouch full of quarters also and the squeeze pouch was empty but still in the windshield pouch where all the quarters were and that is a coincident THEY STOLE THEM and I am 100% shure they (Sammys driver or Issa in the yard) in plain English they are THIEVES in my book and anyone that goes there is just asking to get RIPPED OFF. ! VERY UNHAPPY if I could have given a 0 stars I would have.

Called this company to pick up my car. The lady told me 10-15 mins. So after the first 30 mins, I called back. Yes, I called 30 mins ago to have my vehicle picked up. I was told it would only be 10-15 mins originally. .. we are on our way sir, she says. So after a hour I called back and cancelled after I called Graham towing to help me. There was never a call to simply let me know he would be late or hes tied up. How can you be in the servicing business and give service like this? I wouldnt recommend calling Sammy towing to anyone, unless thats the service your looking for. Graham towing did a excellent job.
