Went in about a week ago to switch my phone to a plan from prepaid. We had so many issues and I had to go into the store three times but every time Tradd was patient and helpful. He worked with what I needed and was really friendly. This will definitely be the store I recommend to people and come back to when I need anything! A++ service!
