Absolute horrible customer service. Do not be fooled by their claim of 24 hour customer service.I lost internet in a Saturday. Called multiple times on the weekend - no response. Called Monday morning and was told someone would follow up - it was Tuesday afternoon before I received a call back and the tech didn’t come out until Thursday.I just lost internet again (Saturday on Memorial Day Weekend) and the person that took my call had no clue. She said she would escalate it but I’d need to keep calling back.
Multiple night outages and NO people to answer the phone so your stuck until the following day! Not q happy customer at all
