This was our first time using Doug’s and it won’t be our last. Jason came and replaced a toilet and fixed our shower. He came on time and was very knowledgeable and personable. Totally a first rate experience.

Had an ok experiqnce. They arrived were able to accomadate quickly. He got my furnace up and running. However I have a very old set up so recommendation was to invest in a new syatem since mine is 25 years old and parts are hard to find. Was supossed to follow up with me about part replacement and have not heard back from them.

A/C stopped working they responded immediately. Had multiple problems, motor start capacitor and the condenser fan motor itself. They stayed with the problem until both issues were solved. Great owners and outstanding field staff. You will not find better customer service and field staff that know what they are doing.

Techs are very knowledgeable but service is pricey.

I called in the morning and Jeff came out a short time later. He fixed our problem. My husband and I are very pleased. Jeff was so friendly and pleasant. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely be calling Dougs again.

The blower motor in our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of winter. They came out to look at the furnace when other shops wouldnt even answer the phones. They worked hard to find us the part and had us up and running the next day. AND came in $200 under the quote!

Hands down Chad was one of the most professional service men I ever engaged with. Highly recommend this company for execution on one of the hottest days to get all their clients running.

Dougs plumbing always give an honest quote without asking for unnecessary repairs. Does excellent work and is very respectful of your home. Used a couple times and will always use them from now on with any plumbing issues.

Our furnace that they installed 5 years ago worked fine for 3 years. Now nothing but problems, I have a furnace guy here at least 5 times every winter since. I wont call them to do any work nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The crew was always on time Answering any questions I had Told me it would be 4 to 5 days and they were right also if I had any questions just call the store and they would get right back with me

Very unprofessional company. No one answers their phones and there is no answering machine turned on.Technician came to my house to give me an estimate on new central air conditioner. He was very nice. After 2 weeks of calling for my estimate, the lady that FINALLY answered the phone said she would have it to me by the end of the day. After not receiving the estimate, I tried calling back for another 2 days without anyone answering the phone, she finally called me and said they were declining the work at my house because it was something they didnt want to get into. It was only putting in a new air conditioning unit. I thought that was their business. I do not recommend this company at all. Very poor service and very poor office staff.

I’ve had troubles with my old boiler a couple times this year. Not only did Dougs give great service, they pointed me in the direction of another service man when they wouldn’t be able to get to me right away. Highly recommended!

Never returned our call

Over the years Ive had Dougs replace my furnace/air conditioning unit, a hot water tank, they have even serviced my pool heater. They have always been professional, respectful and quick to respond. They have always done the job right the first time everytime. Great company.

Furnace wasnt working properly . New to the area I google searched them and looked reputable. I called the came the next day says it was a blockage in the air path. He left an HR later my furnace stopped working again. So I called back and no answer because it was after 5. He came out the next morning and told me the exact same thing. It was my air vents. So about 3 hrs after his second visit not heat. I had to call Pauls heating and cooling. They found the problem right away and didnt blame me like Doug s did. It was the condensation trap was full and needed to be draind. Dont want your time with these unprofessional dopes. Go to Pauls

Called once, and got a plumber scheduled. Woman that I talked to read the number to call back to me, but ended up calling someone else completely later on. That person proceeded to cancel the appointment.Called back a second time and managed to get rescheduled, and was told wed have a plumber come by. Plumber never came. Called back, and the lady said they never got a single call from us ever.Worst company ever. Cant even keep track of their own clients schedules, much less their own. Absolutely useless and just gives you the run around. If you want a plumber you definitely dont want these people.

I had Dougs plumbing install a new furnace and central air earlier this year. They showed up on time and did a great job. Both units have worked perfectly. If you have any heating, cooling or plumbing needs look no further.

Very Professional! I did my research and I received 4 price quotes from other companies. Not only did Dougs Plumbing give me the best price over all, they were also able to fix my air conditioner in the fastest amount of time. There were no surprise extra charges added to my bill. They were here when they said they would be, fix it fast and off he went. Barly knew the guy was here. Cant say enough excellent things about Dougs Plumbing Heating and Cooling!

Pros - Office staff & installers were friendly & professional.Cons - The day I signed my contract & placed my 2/3 down deposit, I was told that it would take about 2 weeks for them to repair my furnace (4-5 days to get the parts & then another week out to schedule the repairs because of a busy service schedule). I called three times (each about a week apart) and was told each time that they just needed to order the parts & then they could schedule service. I can see my first request getting overlooked (the office manager was out sick when I came in), but I had to call three more times just to get my parts ordered (even though my check had cleared my bank just two days after I had written it). It took a month for the repairs to be finished on my furnace. I will not be using their services again.

They have installed heating, cooling, plumbing for business and residential...top notch service! Highly recommended!

Never will use this place again, they never discussed that I would be charged travel time from there office to my house, fix issue and travel time back to there office. On top of being charged a trip charge. Double dipping and will be contacting BBB about this.

Very happy with the quick install of a hot water heater. Went above and beyond over a year later to get me another receipt after I lost the original; mailed out the same day.

I scheduled appointments at their latest available time (4:30 pm, meaning I had to take some time off work) on two separate occasions and they were no shows on both. I was home by 4:25 for each appointment and no one ever showed up, called me, or contacted me in any way. When I called the next day each time I was told that someone was there, waiting for 25 minutes and knocked at the door repeatedly but I was not there. I was told that because I kept missing the appointments, they would not be coming out anymore. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

Jason was a very polite, very professional man. He came to give us a bid on what we needed done and he ended up fixing everything within 2 hours. My grandmothers pipes were broken for 4 years and he came in and fixed it so fast, no other place could compare!!!!! Highly recommend
