I had to ask how much my fee will be. I wasnt told until my taxes was almost done and everything I thought that I could claim on my taxes was a no.

Very quick and easy to file. Charlene was very professional and nice.

Had an appointment for 7p.m on the 10th. My wife, newborn and I went there and they told us our appointment was canceled so we rescheduled for the 13th at 730p.m. I called to confirm at 430 on the 13th and they confirmed our appointment was a go for my wife and i. We got there at 725 and they said we werent on the list and had no appointment, so that was twice we had our newborn (1 week old) out in this weather and were turned away. Ill be taking my money to a place that can make an appoinment correctly.
