I love them very painless very responsive and they care about my every need. I’ve been able to get ahold of them after hours on their personal phones. They walk me through the steps when I can’t comprehend the system. They always go above and beyond what I’d expect from a tax service.

Gave them my tax forms and needed a signature and to mail them out myself once paid for. I was never informed this, waited a month for my returns to never come; so I called them to find out these extra steps I needed to do.. never got a courtesy call when they knew I was trying to file asap, just got put on the back burner. Very unreliable and inconvenient.

I got my taxes done last year with these people and it was quick cheep and painless.They also got me back more than expected i got my return like a week later.

I cannot stress enough, DO NOT use Bennetts for preparing your taxes. They did our taxes wrong 2 years in a row, then gave us a free service the third year and we were stupid enough to go there again this year. This year their obvious mistake, which I told the lady was wrong when she was doing it, would have cost us over $1500! I asked them to file an amendment, which they didnt bother to do. I researched their mistake and printed out the paperwork and brought it to them and they still didnt file my amendment AND they lost all my paperwork. They have absolutely no accountability, no interest in getting the best return, and theyre incompetent, even for local taxes which they should be experts on. Do not use their services!
