Jessie was the person who was the service tech. He was very professional and went above and beyond in making sure the work was done correctly. We had not moved everything that needed to be moved and he spend well over an hour helping my wife move things away from the baseboards. He had a great attitude and was very patient with her. A great representative for your company!

I contacted them for quotes on termites and roaches. The inspector came out and inspected my home in and out. I was given a quote for monthly pest inspection at $50. I decided to use the monthly service. When it was time for my 3rd inspection I called to ask for something more affective due to me not seeing any results. The representative showed no concern with the fact that they quoted me for and we treating my home incorrectly. She proceeded to tell me that they could come and spray an aerosol treatment for $150. I explained that my elderly father lives with me and I didn’t want an aerosol spray. I asked for baiting and spraying instead. She stated that that was the treatment that they use. She just apologized for their mistakes. I asked how did the representative and inspector fail me without realizing not once but twice when spraying. She just said I know I do apologize.

I have used Salvant for many years, they never disappoint. They are very responsive to my needs. The customer service ladies in the office are always the sweetest, give me their divided attention at all times when i need something, they always manage to fit me with a technician in the same day. They were very unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone. They charged me $105 for the first inspection and then resprayed for the wrong type of roaches the second time. I had to use another service who told me they sprayed for the wrong type if roaches. They also recommended 3 traps for $395. Then a month later they tell me that it will be $40 /mtg. To keep it up. So they are going to take my traps that I paid $395 for. What a ripoff company!!!! Do not use them they dont know what they are doing!!

Fantastic service, always. Our technician is wonderful and so friendly. I love that he is consistently assigned to our home for our quarterly sprays. He always takes the time to ask where our trouble areas are. He is very knowledgeable and explains in detail the answers to our questions! We will never use another company for our pest control services!! They are always prompt with scheduling, always returns my phone calls in a timely manner. Salvant is simply the best!.

We recently moved into our new home. It was already under contract with Salvant. Spoke with a very nice lady in the front office to get our appointment scheduled, the process was quick, prompt, proficient. They came out to check on things yesterday and we were very impressed. Our Technician was extremely thorough and professional. He explained everything to us and was very polite and patient with all the chaos going on at our house that day. I will definitely recommend their services!

At night theres been lots of flying bugs by the back door. I called Salvant Environmental to show them and they informed me it was termites. I decided to get my home treated with them and now Im very reassured because they knew just what to do. Im glad to refer my friends and family too because I know Salvant will solve any of their pest problems. I feel I get way more for my money when I shop local.

We had a dead animal in our attic and they came out, located the animal (a rat), sealed up the hole where they were getting in and now they service our house regularly for other pests. The technician was very knowledgeable. We are very satisfied they their service.

This company doesnt inform you when theyre coming out, they do the work then bill you. My yard is locked and cant be accessed yet they somehow managed to treat my whole property?! HOW? I told the manager, Danielle, I didnt feel they were a trust worthy company after this and she was not concerned one bit. She said they survey the property yearly and treat as needed. Even if thats true why do your records show a drawing of my whole property with markings stating everything was treated?

ZERO stars. I have a dead raccoon or other rodent in my attic above the kitchen/garage area. They refused to come inspect and remove it. They told me I would need to crawl in the attic and find the EXACT location of the animal. THEN they’d pick it up. Well hello!!! I can do that myself if I could fight through the overwhelmingly nauseating smell. That’s what I thought I would be paying Salvant to do- they absolutely refused to help me. Found another pest control company in town that will actually work to address the issue.

This company has treated my apartment complex for years now and Ive never seen any kind of pests. Had a neighbor down the street tell me when they have needed to call Salvant out they were always prompt and took care of any issues that were present. Friendly and knowledgeable

Stay far away from this group! Quality of services is below average. They are local but dont act like it. They took advantage of flood victims the same way out of town companies did. There are also much cheaper alternatives with higher quality results. Please look around before committing to using this service!

Had a run in with one of your drivers the other day. They need to learn when they drive a company truck they are representing your company. I would not want a man like that in my house for any reason. Very very unprofessional.

This company has serviced my home for the 4 years I have owned it for termite control.. no issues (house is only 4 years old), UNTIL I sold my house and needed a termite certificate. Mind you, the ONLY time I have called them in the last 4 years was to remit payment.. I set an appointment, I couldnt make it and needed to reschedule; yes, it was 30 minutes before, BUT, you are NOT that busy, that you couldnt reschedule without a fee. The issue I have is that they wanted to charge me to MOVE the appointment. Customer longevity should have some weigh-in on the service provided. I understand the short notice, however, the lack of consideration and saying I would have to pay another fee for the certificate is INCONSIDERATE!Do not use them!

Do not trust them!! they never live up to there word, not environmentally friendly! they us all the same chemicals as everyone else except they use less( probably more water than anything). I am filing a complaint with the state about a termite job done incorrectly and I have termites in that section. Of course Salvant says not their fault.
