Kevin at La Pest Control has been doing our termite inspection for as long as we have been in our house I think and I trust no other person. La Pest Control did the present on our house as it was being built and we felt they should continue the service after we moved in. We have lived in our house going on 7 years now. Ive had nothing but great experiences with Kevin, he has always closed our gate when he completes his work in our back yard and makes sure its secure before he leaves. La Pest Control works with us if we are running late on setting up our appointments for our inspection and makes sure we do not miss. I have been a customer since 2015 when discovering live termites in our exterior wall while doing a master bathroom addition to our home. The office staff and technicians have always been courteous and professional. I personally feel relieved knowing that my house is being protected.

Louisiana Pest Control always takes good care of us and our home’s pest control needs. We do a regular quarterly treatment and rarely see bugs with that treatment. We get termite renewal every year and feel confident if we ever had a problem they would take good care of us. They were not helpful at all there are cats reproducing and living under my truck scratching my wires to keep warm they told me to catch them then offered a net witch they didnt even have

This company is good, but theyve told me they cant leave their invoices in my mailbox. They say they have to leave it on my front door, which isnt practical in my case. I dont like being dictated to by a company that doesnt take my needs into consideration.

Paid for renewal of termite contract. Contacted receptionist to schedule an inspection date and time and was not given a specific date. I was told I would be added to the list of people to be inspected. Two months have elapsed and no receipt of service or inspection results. This tells me no inspection or treatment has been performed as of yet. I have a two year old constructed house. Perhaps they are confident no activity will occur so I get put to the back burner? Im not an expert at this stuff so maybe this is no big deal? I am old school mentality however and that if I pay for a service promptly when a company bills me I expect a reasonable return time on service rendered. Two months I feel is a little excessive amount of time. Also, I have two year old house at what point should interior of dwelling be inspected? I have never had that done since the initial construction of the house. Are newly constructed homes termite proof around plumbing fittings in the slab? Someone with knowledge please reply to my post. I am rating this company 3 stars for slowness in 2016 as I never had this problem in the past with this company.

They are methodical and steadfast. I use their protection plan and I love that they just come and do the preventative things with no prompting from me.

Someone serviced my home not long after and left the inspection ticket in my door without having to wake me which was a plus and as a bonus, even brought my garbage can from the curb as I noticed it at my garage door after retrieving my ticket.
